Extra's: The best extra was the bonus scene between Christi and Randy from Young Pink 3. They looked good together and it showed, with a focus on the energy she has become known for. My personal favorite extra was the 23 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Don Fischer since it gave some insight into the minds (and bodies) of the cast members by what they said during their interviews and on breaks from the scenes. There was also the usual trailers and a photogallery but no one I know cares much for them.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as originally shot. The colors were rich, almost a bit too saturated at times, and the lighting fairly well done so there was minimal grain to contend with. The flesh tones seemed accurate and I didn't notice any compression artifacts as I watched the movie. The audio was presented in the usual stereo English with a bit of music mixed in at the beginning of the scenes, replaced during the sex with the standard moaning and groaning. I heard what they said and the overall effect wasn't bad but the dynamic range and separation were about average in most ways for vignette-styled porn.

Body of Review: Simon Wolf Productions have released a lot of solid porn over the years that even a jaded reviewer like me has enjoyed far more often than not. From their wonderfully creative features to their more recent focus of vignette porn, the company seems to have nine lives when it comes to reinventing itself these days. With a new distribution deal with Pure Play Media, the company seems poised to explode back to the forefront of the porn world with titles such as Young Pink 7, the subject of this review. Much like Young Pink 4, the show was designed to get a number of young, cute gals to have sex in front of the camera, relying on the heat of youth more than the warmth of experience. I've only seen a couple of volumes in the series and they've led me to believe the basic premise of the show is solid, especially given how many similar titles are made by other companies these days. While I prefer hot looking women who know how to fuck over the youngest available who are amateurs, there is always room for a comprise and Simon Wolf's main director, Robert Herrera, seems to have a decent track record at such a balancing act. If this seems like the type of hardcore porn you want to watch, read the following breakdown of the scenes by cast and action:

Scene One: Patricia, an 18 year old brunette Canadian seen on the lower right hand side of the front DVD cover wearing the green shirt, had her scene with Joey on a large couch with a red slip cover over it. I thought she was very attractive with her all natural body but a bit too cold when the sex began. She claimed to be 19 in the BTS feature while the back cover claimed the aforementioned 18 so you can watch it and decided for yourself how old she looked and while I suppose that either age could be true; her later years must've been harder than most on her. On a technical note, her oral skills were well honed and no one can accuse her of a lack of attentiveness there. The vaginal lost some points due to the fake moaning but at least she participated when he was pumping her. It ended when she did some ATM (ass to mouth) and took the facial.

Scene Two: Nicole, a hot blonde from Tennessee with powerful legs and a great smile (featured on the front DVD cover on the left hand side), took on Dale on a couch that had an animal print. She mentioned that her first scene had been a "black attack gang bang" so I doubt the usual race baiters will bother her for a while. I would've preferred she work with Joey or Scott rather than Dale since he seemed kind of lost (as usual). Her southern accent disappeared during the sex but otherwise she gave an energetic performance with plenty of dirty talking to enhance the mood. She did PTM (pussy to mouth) but no anal and seemed to enjoy the facial a lot.

Scene Three: Tyra, a light skinned black gal in her first boy/girl scene, took care of Scott on a brown couch. I thought she had a pretty face but had one of those waifish sized bodies (very skinny) that some guys, like myself, don't like. On an artistic note, her outfit matched the color scheme of the DVD cover, and I think she wanted to do more (and better) but her inexperience held her back a lot. The scene lacked chemistry and heat although a lot of you probably won't care since had the youthful look going for her. With more experience and learning of the sexual arts, she could be very good but it wasn't happening here this time and that was just a shame.

Scene Four: Brandy, a brunette from Seattle seen on the upper right hand side of the front DVD cover, had a scene on a purple couch with Joey. She didn't say a lot but her throaty little gasps for air gave the scene just enough spark to interest me into watching it twice, with me enjoying the second time even better. The bottom line for this hotty was that she will likely get a lot better as time goes bye but this early scene of hers was limited in terms of sex acts and chemistry but the warmth was there to enjoy.

Scene Five: Hillary, a 19 year old blonde from Chicago that showed some potential after her second week in porn, did Nick on a bed. He was acting wacky, perhaps trying to change public opinion about his feminine nature, and he really killed the heat, although he did hammer her ass like it was his favorite guy. She reminded me a bit of Flick Shagwell and while I'm not exactly sure if she got off here, I am sure that she looked great during the scene. The sex included the usual oral and straight as well as some anal with dirty talk. Maybe if Nick and Dale were off making gay flicks, I could've enjoyed a couple of scenes better but this one wasn't bad, just not as good as I thought it should be.

Bonus Scene: Young Pink 3: Christie and Randy Spears had a warm scene together that showed off her youthful inexperience. It wasn't the best scene she's been in to date but I think it was her first (or close to it) and the jaded way so many performers act towards their jobs wasn't there.

Summary: I really didn't like all the scenes as much as some earlier Simon Wolf production videos but it was easily worth a rating of Rent It and maybe more if you enjoy specific cast members or the youthful look over all else. The technical values were decent and the cast was generally attractive (some to the point of "hotty") so it's not like you're going to hate it either way. I think Mr. Herrera has done a pretty good job here but fans will note that he's done a lot better elsewhere too so keep your eyes peeled for his earlier works if you want to see some of his better material.
