The video is presented in full frame color. The picture quality is pretty disappointing, which is due to poor lighting. The majority of the scenes suffer from too much lighting, which causes the picture to look washed out and distorted. Otherwise, it does not have enough lighting and detail is hard to see because it is so dark. The audio is presented in 2-channel stereo and sounds good. There is background music, but it is not loud enough to interfere with the sounds of sex.

Each scene opens with a very short strip tease, which is followed by an interview with the director Mark Kismet. Following is the actual sex scene. In the past I reviewed Busty Beauties 9, which I really enjoyed. Unfortunately, #13 did not seem to have the same steamy content. In fact, I felt that this release was pretty bad. The sex was dull. As an added bonus, the video quality was poor. Because of this, I do not feel that this title is worth checking out, skip it.
