Extra's: My favorite extra was the 11.5 minute long set of deleted scenes from the movie. Most of it seemed very well done and I couldn't tell why it was cut from the finished project. There was also a 5.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature, a 2.5 minute pop shot compilation from the scenes, 4.5 minute long photoshoot, a really solid 15.5 minute long series of tease footage, some trailers, a director's biography of Brandon Iron, and a cast list on the chapter menu. In all, the quality of the extras was very high with a nice mix of items to enjoy.

Audio/Video Quality: Ten Little Piggies 5 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by Brandon Iron. Most of the scenes were properly lit and that kept the video noise, grain, and shadows at bay although there were a few moments in said scenes that had minor issues that most people won't notice. The composition of the shots tended to showcase the feet and other body parts in a fairly flattering manner although the women were not Brandon's usual selection of hotties for the most part. I saw few compression artifacts and if there was any edge enhancement here, I'll leave it to someone more willing to forego the forest because the trees are in the way to discuss it with you. The audio was presented in the usual stereo English but the vocals were somewhat mixed in terms of levels. Brandon was easier to hear than the women during their interviews, leaving me to believe the audio was short shifted in where the attention went. I doubt anyone really cares much about audio in a gonzo movie but I felt obligated to bring it up as it bugged me.

Body of Review: Platinum X Pictures has gained something of a reputation for providing kinkier sex for fans than their sister company, Red Light District. With the numerous gonzo production companies filling the shelves these days, I can see why PXP would seek to carve out a niche all their own, lest they be lost in the sea of mediocrity we all hear about from time to time. Their 112th release is Ten Little Piggies 5, a show devoted in large part to the female foot and its sexual use during gonzo style porn. It you enjoy getting off with feet, I have yet to see anything even close to providing high end production values, lots of fuck for the buck, and the unique, perverted vision of a true foot fanatic like director Brandon Iron. Much like Ten Little Piggies 3, the cast displayed the ability to do what was requested, although the cast this time wasn't as attractive on average, and fans of foot play will be largely okay with the action on the DVD. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast and sex acts, noting that the cast was largely unknown to me (and we all know how much porn I watch):

Scene One: Nicole, a 22 year old Ukrainian gal with size 39 feet (European measurement; don't get excited of fans of Sasquatch), started off the show on a bed as Mick and Steve played with her feet. She rubbed their dicks and showed off her tight little body as they got all excited, soon to begin warming her up in return. As a surprise, Lilith, another brunette with a lean body (although less attractive face) joined them and began sucking feet too. By this point, both Mick and Steve were rock hard as the gals went down on them. The sex then reverted to more conventional gonzo with some vaginal, anal, and DP action (with taste testing mind you) before the pop shots at the end. The pop shots went to Nicole's feet where Lilith licked them clean. There wasn't a whole lot of chemistry here but the energy levels were above average.

Scene Two: Honey, a Canadian gal that had a better looking body than face, gave Brandon a lesson in French as he played with her toes. The lighting was, sadly, perfect and I'd be lying if I said I liked looking at her but once she got going on his penis; I didn't mind so much. In short, she had some working knowledge of sucking a cock; the kind that comes from years of experience. I have to hand it to Brandon for changing the formula of gonzo in order to mix things up a bit as most directors seem afraid to try anything new these days. Scene Three: Gloria, a major 22 year old hotty with size 38 feet and a sweet ass, was up next with Mick initiating the foot play action. By this point in time, I figured that Brandon was being extremely brave by showing women that most top rate producers would overlook due to their facial appearance; likely going for the willingness to screw hard with any kink requested factor. Admittedly, the duo here knew their way around a penis as much as any of the other gals and had bodies I'd be willing to play with at closing time but the freshness factor probably also played a role in their selection. They did a lot of foot play between the usual gonzo sucking and fucking (vaginal and anal) with some PTM and ATM thrown in between the gapes. Myriam got the load on her face and Pamela licked it off but the foot action kind of died out early this time.

Scene Five: Sylvie, a blonde with size 40 feet, Mya, a brunette with the look of a stripper and feet measuring as a 35, and Mick with a size 7 cock, had the next scene on a blue couch. I admit that the lingerie did help elevate their attractiveness quotient a bit although they were plainer looking than anything else and they seemed as skilled as any of the others in the show. The foot play action got a bit tiresome for me by this point (for me, a little goes a long way) but I did admire the view of their asses in the air. The gals appeared to be into the oral and some of the positions used during the vaginal sex were inventive as well as appealing (I'm not an acrobat myself so I won't be trying them). Sylvie's anal action was pretty good with some ATM for kicks and the foot play continued after he spewed on their feet. In all, it was a good scene for foot fetish fanatics.

Scene Six: Maria, a Hungarian brunette with size 38 feet, started off the scene on a hotel room bed as she stripped her shoes off for Brandon. I had to agree with her that her ass was her best feature but Brandon seemed to enjoy the whole package (including her size 94 cm breasts) and limber legs. Like the majority of gals in the movie, she wasn't going to win many prizes for her face but that seemed to be part of the kink here. She was joined by Andi, a gal that looked good from a distance with her hot outfit on, and Frank, a guy I wasn't particularly familiar with. The trio got into rubbing and sucking one another, spending a little time on the feet but not as much as the other scenes and he seemed most content when they were double teaming his penis orally. He did get to screw but the gals only sort of licked it up afterwards.

Summary: Ten Little Piggies 5 will appeal mostly to fans of foot fetish action, unlike some of the earlier volumes. This isn't necessarily a bad thing as the idea behind much of modern day porn is to focus on narrower niches in order to more fully serve the intended audience. I've watched a lot of foot material before and PXP's series is the best of the bunch on a routine basis so you can adjust my rating of Rent It a notch or two if you want to see the foot play with newer gals in the minimalist setting Brandon provided. If you aren't into foot play at all, my rating will be more appropriate for you considering the totality of the scenes being somewhat less heated but there was fun going on and the value factor was pretty good too.
