Extra's: I really liked the 18 minute long Behind the Scenes feature as it gave each gal a chance to showcase her personality a bit. There was also the good natured fun surrounding one of Pat's movies and those of you who haven't taken the time to watch such a feature are really missing out. There was also a set of trailers, a pop shot compilation for the movie's scenes, a photogallery and some spam.

Audio/Video Quality: Myne Tease 2 was presented in the typical full frame, 1.33:1 aspect ratio, color that it was originally shot in by director Pat Myne. There was a bit more grain than I prefer to see and some compression artifacts but the colors were accurate and the composition of most scenes handled nicely. In general, it looked pretty solid although it wasn't Pat's best work to date. The audio was presented in the usual stereo English but the levels varied more than I like and there were moments when I had to turn up the volume a whole lot to hear what was said.

Body of Review: Given his newness to directing porn, there will likely be a lot of grumpy fans wondering why Pat Myne was named as an alternative choice for best porn director of the year this week. I think part of it related to how he uses women to their best advantage and loves those fetish lingerie outfits so many fans appreciate as a way to enhance their favorite performers. Another part of it would be the straightforward manner in which Pat showcases the gals and allows them some time to tease the camera, typically more than most of his peers seem willing to do. His latest release for Metro Interactive is Myne Tease 2, a series of five scenes with an variety of gals willing to do it all for the viewing audience (or at least their money). I'm not going to argue the relative merits of his style since it has become apparent that his audience is growing daily and his mere success should be evidence enough of his talent but if you'd like a glimpse into what makes Pat tick, read the following breakdowns of the scenes included on this DVD:

Scene One: Judy, the hotty crouching on the front DVD cover wearing the purple outfit and fishnet stockings, started off the scene with some of Pat Myne's teasing action as she climbed the stairs and hung out by the railing. While I didn't care for the way her hair was pulled back (maybe if she were playing a dominatrix it would work better for me), I thought she looked great otherwise. She paired up with Mark on a couch after giving the English stud a tease show of his own. She then gave him a very hardcore blowjob before he boned her hard and deep in her pussy and ass (with the usual PTM and ATM). There was a lot of energy between the two and she earned her money with the way she pushed back as he did her. It ended with a large load to her face and mouth; making it a good starting scene.

Scene Two: Monica, a bleached blonde with large implants, started out the following scene by telling the camera how she was tired of being treated so well by the men in her life. Her lingerie wasn't as exciting to watch on her but she began with a butt plug spreading her open for the inevitable action with Miles after he rappelled down to her floor and took her. While her oral wasn't as heated as the previous scene, it had some warmth going for it and the gagging will work for many of you out there. He gave her vagina and ass a workout, even doing a technical DP on her, but it was the weakest scene of the movie with both of them appearing to simply go through the motions most of the time. If the mechanics of sex are all you need to get off, you'll enjoy it more than I did but the other scenes were good enough that I don't know why you'd bother.

Scene Three: Paticia, the hot brunette standing on the front DVD cover wearing a striped black and red outfit, was up next as she teased the camera in a bedroom. The lingerie really enhanced her look and while I prefer a bit more meat on the bones than she had, I'd be misleading you if I said she wasn't super cute. Mark was once again the lucky guy as the two warmed one another up before the oral and straight screwing. The playful attitude made it more fun (even though there were a few slip ups in the lighting) and he gave as well as he got this time. She didn't seem as able to handle him in her sweet little ass but she sure tried to accommodate his needs and I have to give her credit for going past her limits like that. There was some taste testing as well and the chemistry was undeniable with a moderate amount of energy and heat between these two throughout the scene.

Scene Four: Tawny, the former contract star at VCA, was up next as she wore a sweet little lingerie outfit and offered herself up during the tease footage. This is another gal that has a beautiful face but a body leaner than I prefer yet Rick didn't seem to mind her beckoning for some anal loving on the couch. I've never really thought a lot about his skill level in porn but the two have always worked well together and displayed some chemistry so I didn't really think too much about it (Mark would've ripped her up though). The oral, straight and anal sex with all the trimmings wasn't bad but she's simply not as hot as she once was and I got the impression that she was definitely on the decline as a porn performer. Maybe if she worked at her skill level or took on other partners, she could regain some of the reason why men liked her so much before but I'm not holding my breath. The up side is that she's kept her all natural body intact and for all her fake screaming, a lot of guys will overlook her deficiencies for that reason alone.

Scene Five: Roxy, one of the more popular gals in porn for her lean body, willing smile and ability to coax a load out of any guy she meets, was the final gal to display her charms. She wore a pair of black panties and a neon pink fishnet top as she teased the camera a bit both outside and on a bed indoors. Her playful tease outdid most of the others and I have to give her credit for giving Pat a solid scene. Mark took her after she insisted he dominate her and the use of an anal plug sure didn't hurt her as much as it would most gals (large objects going into the ass are the opposite of what they're designed for). The emphasis was on oral and anal sex here and the load she eventually took to her mouth was impressive to say the least. In all, a good scene by the two that they can be proud of (swallow fans will like this as much as the anal creampie Tawny took previously).

Summary: Myne Tease 2 carries on the same type of action that Pat has focused on over the last year or so, often to solid results. It wasn't his best work but there was plenty of fuck for the buck so my quandary became how to rate the DVD. With solid extras, a cast of (mostly) attractive women, and usually decent production values, I initially leaned towards a higher rating but the fact remained that there were weaker scenes that had far less replay value so I gave it a Rent It. Pat Myne is a talented fellow and his charms seem to work on the ladies but this effort simply fell a bit short of his usual skill so I had to scale back my rating for fairness.
