Extra's: The best extra would be the bonus scene that lasted the better part of 17 minutes. It wasn't the best scene of the show but it was certainly likable enough to watch a few times. There was also the usual fetish menu, a double sided DVD cover, some trailers, and a photogallery as well as the commercial for Lex's show, Lex in the City.

Audio/Video Quality: Pole Position was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by Lex while he was in Prague. The picture had a few areas where the lighting was lower than needed and a few of the scenes had Lex fumbling a bit to maintain control but as Lex said during the ending credits; he learned a lot from Mike John and Vince Vouyer, and I figure it might take him a while to get the hang of POV style shooting (it took them long enough…). The colors were accurate though and the action was caught fairly well in the advertised POV fashion so fans of this type of thing will be happy to know he didn't cheat them. The stereo audio was minimal in nature and while it wasn't the best I've heard this week, it wasn't the worst either. I guess calling it bare bones would be the most accurate way of describing it but that holds true for most gonzo porn these days.

Body of Review: POV gonzo porn is growing in popularity these days although it was established long ago by master directors like John "Buttman" Stagliano. The action looks almost like the audience is getting the benefit of the sexual experience and Lexington Steele was the driving force behind the subject of this review, Pole Position 1. In the movie, Lex took on a host of the finest European porn stars to grace the streets of Prague and while a few of them would've benefited from a professional make up artist, each had the requisite skills and body shape to entice fans into losing multiple loads. If you enjoy point of view gonzo porn, you could do a lot worse than this one so without further rambling on my part, here's a look at the scenes by cast and actions:

Scene One: Angel, the curvy cutie on the upper left hand side of the front DVD cover, was the first gal of the movie for good reason; she's a sweet piece of ass! Wearing a bikini as she stood on the balcony showing off her body, Angel puffed away on a cancer stick in preparation of her scene with Lex. They went inside for the actual sex but it was still a lot of fun to watch. I've never been a huge fan of POV action except in small doses yet she made me feel like I was the one getting a hummer. The screwing was fast and frantic, owing as much to her skill as his need to drop seed inside her. It had lots of energy and even some chemistry as she appeared to want to work with him more than others I've seen her with in the past.

Scene Two: Annika, the blonde on the upper right hand side of the front DVD cover, looked rougher than Angel in many ways as she pranced about in a bikini with a mesh top over it. She too smoked during the introductory material but as much as I hate smokers, I thought her biggest weakness was her look. She's looked better elsewhere and that didn't help me get a chubby watching her but she seemed okay with Lex in her mouth. Lex gave her some of his manly loving in her pussy too with her taking him in most of the way before milking out a scene. She did some PTM but the scene was weaker than most of this type.

Scene Three: Lucy, another blonde that looked somewhat haggard in her scene but better on the front DVD cover (on the lower left hand side), was up next as she played with herself in a chair indoors. Scene Four: Simone, a cute brunette with large hips built for someone the size of Lex, was on the middle of the right hand side of the front DVD cover. Lex walked into the apartment as she was on the phone wearing skimpy lingerie and she seemed genuinely pleased to see him as he ogled her from toe to head (rather than the other way around). When her top came off, it was apparent that she was beaming big time and the effect on me was very favorable if you know what I mean. Her pretty green eyes and curvy body were nice enough and from a moderate distance, she could easily make you believe she was super hot. Scene Six: Jane, the former Private Pictures contract star, and Lex were next up. Her picture was on the lower right hand side of the front DVD cover and I have to say that it was poorly taken (low lighting) but I know what this gal is capable of and Lex was in for a good ride if her past was any guide to what she planned to do with him. Summary: Pole Position 1 was worth a rating of Recommended for several reasons; most important of which was that the advertised style of shooting was followed and the women were all very capable at what they were being paid to do. Yes, I'd have liked a bit more attention to detail here; from the way the women looked to the technical aspects of the movie, but overall it was at least as good as much of the so-called competition and a bit of work on Lex's part may allow him to overtake his mentors some day. I think I'd prefer to see a little POV camera work in all of Lex's works rather than all at once but that might help increase the replay value of this one for you as it has for me.
