Extra's: The best extra of the batch was a 13 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. It started off with Lauren's ass (a great way to start I might add) and ended with Rio playfully walking about. I wish the other gals had some screen time here too but if you have to cut something, the extras are the first place to start. The other extras were pale in comparison with some trailers, a photogallery, a fetish menu and the usual commercial of Lex's series.

Audio/Video Quality: Pole Position 2 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by Lexington Steele. Except for a couple of moments where the lighting was a bit on the dark side, this was one of the best looking movies from Mercenary Pictures with little grain, video noise of other flaws that have long been associated with some of Lex's earlier works. The colors were accurate, the flesh tones very real, and the point of view camera angles all the advertised way I was expecting. The audio was in stereo and sometimes that fell a bit flat yet it was also pretty good for me. With a little bit more polishing up, Lex will be challenging his mentors of recent months so I wish him well in that regard.

Body of Review: POV gonzo porn is growing in popularity these days although it was established long ago by master directors like John "Buttman" Stagliano. The action looks almost like the audience is getting the benefit of the sexual experience and Lexington Steele was the driving force behind Pole Position 1. In the movie, Lex took on a host of the finest European porn stars to grace the streets of Prague and while a few of them would've benefited from a professional make up artist, each had the requisite skills and body shape to entice fans into losing multiple loads. Having established his success with that initial release, Lex decided to go for the gold and try for round two with a mix of home grown honeys and foreign goddesses too with Pole Position 2. To put it mildly, everything about the series took a step or two up the ladder with the best anal queens in the jizz bizz combining with Lex's improved technique. Rather than blather on like someone driven by the whims of a consortium, here's my take on the DVD's scenes:

Scene One: Lauren, a white gal with such a nice ass that I'm amazed how well honed it is every time I see it, was on the upper left hand side of the front DVD cover wearing a blue mesh top and thong. She started her scene using the same formula Lex established in the previous DVD with the usual tease footage and warming up sequence. Lex was the partner here, knowing full well that he'd be getting some primo tail and he sure did. There wasn't much oral but the way she took his cock in her tight pussy made me wince more than once. Watching her ass bob up and down and the way she spoke during the scene made this an awesome scene to behold. She also did some PTM before the inevitable facial. Wow, what a scene!

Scene Two: Nikki, a hot looking blonde with large breasts and a winning smile was up next as she teased the camera in a pretty solid fashion herself. She was located on the lower right hand side of the front DVD cover and I thought she looked better here than anywhere I'd seen her before. She blew Lex by the pool before they took the act inside (probably to keep from going to jail). It ended up on the couch and her dirty talk was exceptionally heated as she aggressively coaxed out his large load onto her face. I hope to see more of her in the future since this was a great gal too.

Scene Three: Anna, looking a bit harsher than I remember her (now sporting dark hair rather than the bleached blonde look she had before) wore a corset and thong to tease the camera. She was located on the lower left hand side of the front DVD cover if you'd like to see what she looks like but the strength of this gal has long been her sexual prowess. The oral wasn't anything special but the way she slammed her hips up and down on Lex reminded me that she always takes a "no prisoners" approach to her scenes, as if she's attempting to drain her partner's life force out of him sexually. Like the previous scenes, there was a lot of chemistry and heat to enjoy repeated times.

Scene Four: Trina, a blonde with an ample sample for a behind and a green bikini to enhance her look, could be found on the middle of the left hand side of the front DVD cover. She seemed a little bit lost compared to the others here but Lex talked her through the motions and she also turned in a fairly decent scene. I liked her titty fucking and the way she pumped her hips hard onto his lap but she lacked the chemistry some of the others had in spades. It wasn't a bad scene but compared to the greats she was up against, this was as close to a filler scene as you'll find on a Mercenary Pictures release.

Scene Five: Rio, one of the hottest little gals I've ever met in person, wore a red outfit on the middle of the right hand side of the front DVD cover. She epitomized the Brazilian look with her round ass and lovely smile, especially as she walked up the staircase. She worked him to the bone as she ground her hips and bounced up and down on Lex's lap in this scene. I had worried that the heat was going to diminish after the last scene but the torch was lit yet again and I think Rio gave 110% throughout the scene.

Scene Six: Katja, the wonderful German hotty that won the top performer award from the DVDTalk 2004 Top Porn contest, was located on the upper right hand side of the front DVD cover wearing the black mesh outfit she wore in her scene. This gal was sex personified and looking great as she teased Lex a bit before he got to take her. I doubt anyone could handle him as well as she did here and the scene absolutely rocked with heat and chemistry from the electric moment she came into view until the last drop of his semen fell from his extended girth. I was surprised that she didn't do anal here since she's so good at it but the bottom line is that she didn't need to do it and still come out smelling like roses. If I had to pick which scene was the hottest, I'd be in a jam since Lauren also gave a great scene and the two made this movie (even though most of the others scenes were well done too).

Summary: Pole Position 2 was worth a rating of Highly Recommended for the awesome cast, the truth in advertising, and the solid production values. With such a great cast in charge of their own sexuality; proving they were getting off and into the action, it was no small wonder that the DVD got such a rating but it earned it over and over again. Lex has tapped into something more than just the great holes of his performers; he's tapped into a whole new genre to conquer. If he included anal here, I'm sure it would've been winning gonzo awards all over the place (and it still might) as the overall feel of the show was so heated.
