Extra's: I liked the 17 minute long Behind the Scenes feature the most as it gave the cast a chance to hang out and have some fun (the extra sex and nudity didn't hurt either). There was also a set of trailers, a photogallery, a fetish menu and the Playboy commercial for Lex's series.

Audio/Video Quality: Manhammer 3 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as originally shot by Lex and company. There were shadows and some grain that occurred due to the lighting issues but the show looked pretty good otherwise and I think fans will be happy at the improvements Lex has made between the three volumes (I've only seen parts of the first DVD before this one). There were no compression artifacts and few parts that had any discernable video noise; making it a solid release in terms of the visuals. The audio was a mixed bag where some parts were very clear and others somewhat distorted. It was about average for a gonzo and not a huge factor in terms of rating the DVD.

Body of Review: Lexington Steele has long been a fixture in gonzo porn with his large penis, friendly attitude, and ability to pick some of the hottest gals in the world for his releases. As his directing skills grow, he manages to keep true to his roots without the numerous compromises that so many (too many) of his peers have made in order to succeed in porn. His latest release, and the last one of my pre-MLK holiday celebration review-a-thon, is Manhammer 3, a show that had some of the best gals in porn having a good time screwing, most of them anally with a double penetration. If you've seen his past work, you'll know what he has to offer and the cast here was just what he needed to prove his manly skills yet again. Here's a quick breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that there was a lot to like here:

Scene One: Lauren, the hot young lead gal on the front row of the front DVD cover, wore an orange mesh top and black thong as she teased the camera and provided some dirty talk to incite the audience a bit inside the house. Within moments, she was hooking up with Mike on a large four post bed and the two did the usual oral and straight before the anal. Lex joined them in progress and the real fun began as her chunky butt took them in turns before they gave her exactly what she had asked for; a double penetration. She was less energetic taking both of them on but I couldn't turn away from the action since she was so inviting as she kept asking for more. It was chemistry incarnate with lots of energy and all the trimmings to the scene were included (PTM, ATM, etc.). While not her best work, it was certainly a good way to start the movie.

Scene Two: Sandra, a brunette hotty wearing a little schoolgirl outfit with plaid skirt, white stockings and tiny undies, was up next as she walked around looking for trouser trout. She snuck up on Brian, Marco, and Dre; each of whom took an active role in using her body to get off with. I liked her tight round ass and I could tell they did too as they readied it for the coming action. In turn, she blew them as she jerked them off to get them as hard as they needed to be to plug her good. She took anal and the DP very well and while it was more mechanical sex than anything else, it was still fun to enjoy watching more than once.

Scene Three: Trina, a bleached blonde with large implants and a worn look about her face, was up next as she showed off her fetish gear that included a fishnet top, shackles, and black stockings with a set of short shorts. I didn't expect much from her but she surprised me a little bit when the action started (her tease was weak) with Charlie and Dimitri. She turned up the heat and did vaginal and anal like it was second nature as she beckoned for more. In all, it was a better than average scene with this gal as she really got into it more than average.

Scene Four: Nikki, the hot blonde standing behind Lauren on the front DVD cover, began her scene by masturbating on a chair as her partners prepared to jump her bones. Her outfit was the same as on the cover, with the corset, stockings and butt floss all in place. John, Zenza and Lex himself went to town on her various holes (all three of them) and she once again proved my belief that she was super hot and worthy of more attention in the industry. Her dirty talk alone would've been enough to juice me up but her taste testing, DP and passion all helped make her one of the top acts on the DVD (surpassing even Lauren). Wow!

Scene Five: Rio, a short Brazilian gal with a great smile and a chain mail bikini, was the last gal of the show. She looked very good outside by the pool and I'd have offered to clean her outfit after she masturbated her juices all over it for a while. Benjamin and Zenza were the lucky duo this time and they took care of her needs inside the house on a couch. Her oral was very warm, the vaginal just fine and the anal with DP top of the line. Her dirty talk was second only to one other here and the entire scene was consistently good. Yum!

Summary: Manhammer 3 was well worth a rating of Recommended and I almost gave it a notch higher except that a couple scenes weren't quite good enough to maintain such a rating. The gals were generally hot and energetic, the production values better than usual, and the overall amount of fuck for the buck well represented for the current price. It wasn't perfect but I predict a lot of happiness from consumers if they get this DVD for all those positive attributes listed above. Check it out if you get a chance.
