Extra's: Red Light District has often led the way for gonzo companies in regards to extras. It wasn't long ago that gonzo porn meant no (or barely any) extras so things like the 16 minutes of Behind the Scenes footage, 9 minute of the gals during their photoshoots, and 11.5 minutes of striptease were great! There was also a photogallery and a double sided DVD cover but those kinds of extras are so generic that I hardly feel like mentioning them. The true value added extras did add some replay value and were well worth checking out but a bonus scene would've been good too.

Audio/Video Quality: Anal Expedition 5 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Manuel Ferrara. One thing I immediately noticed about this volume was the inconsistent lighting. This caused more grain than usual and some moments where the action wasn't as easy to see as most fans of circus act sex want but it wasn't as bad as most shows shot in Europe or Brazil (for example). I expect more from Red Light District than this but the action was often good enough to cover for the slightly off production values. The audio was presented in the usual stereo English although it was pretty basic too.

Body of Review: When it comes to gonzo porn, few companies provide as much truth in advertising as Red Light District and sister company Platinum X Pictures. If the cover says it'll have double penetrations, you can bet that virtually all of the scenes will have DPs and this is but one reason that fans have made the company a huge success in the last couple of years (having likely been burned as often as I have over the years by lesser companies). In any case, the latest release of theirs I got to review was Anal Expedition 5, the sequel to the excellent Volume 4. In the show, the cast of cuties from all over the world, took to anal like a fish to water and showed the guys a great time sexually. Each scene was jam packed with anal sex and no girl's ass went untouched. If this is the type of thing you're looking for, read on:

Scene One: Makayla, an attractive brunette wearing a French maid's outfit, and Naudia, a less attractive gal with a gap tooth smile like Belladonna's, tormented Manuel in his large house to start off the movie. Naudia was up first with him on a couch as she sucked him off like the professional that she was before they screwed and warmed up like nobody's business. Makayla joined in after playing hard to get and after licking her friend a little bit, got in on the action too. There was a lot of taste testing between the vaginal and anal plundering going on and I really got the sense that the gals wanted to work with one another (as well as Manuel). In the end, they shared his spew as though they each wanted to down a mouthful.

Scene Two: Chiquita, a crazy Latina wearing fishnet stockings and a black tank top, began her scene by showing off her ample ass for the camera. She orally pleased Steve, including blowing him as well as rimming his hairy butt, before he tore into her tight anal passage. Steve's one of the better anal porn studs and this scene on a purple couch reaffirmed his talents as he ripped her up energetically. She looked a bit rougher here than I've seen her before but I thought she showed a lot of potential too. When the scene was mostly done; Manuel joined them for some DP action and she took to it fairly well, although not as enthusiastically as the rest of the scene. It ended with her swallowing their loads down.

Scene Three: Marie, the lean black gal on the front DVD cover wearing a green fishnet body stocking, was up next as she took care of Michael on the stair railing inside the house while Michelle masturbated on the couch below. Michelle had a fishnet stocking on too and the passion of the sex was pretty strong as he went from gal to gal to get some nooky. Michelle had a mostly cameo appearance though (set more to tease the audience than him) and fans of black women will appreciate Marie a whole bunch. The anal was pretty well done and there was some taste testing but compared to the other gals, she was only average.

Scene Four: Michelle, an attractive blonde that had a bit of fun in the previous scene was up next in a scene all her own. She gave some oral and a nice titty fuck before letting him slam his meat inside her dark, cavernous ass. I thought she was the best looking gal of the movie and her ability to fuck was unsurpassed although she seemed to barely hang on at times when he went into overdrive mode. Her lovely ass looked built for pleasing men and he took full advantage of the opportunity as he teased it, drilled it, and ultimately reamed it better than most of his peers have been able to do in her career. It ended when she jerked him off onto her large breasts to the point where he felt like titty fucking her as she rimmed him to orgasm. Whew!

Scene Five: Jazmine, a very lean Asian gal, Gia, her white counterpart (sporting a baseball bat), John, and Manuel were in the last scene together. The scene started with the gals taking advantage of Manuel since he was bound and gagged, Gia nearly sticking the bat up his ass, but after John came to the rescue, everyone played nicely with one another. There was lots of sucking and fucking, DP's and rimming and I had to give Gia credit for being the best of the bunch here. In all, the heat levels were really high here and while the gals weren't the best of the bunch, they were very talented at what they did (and there wasn't much that they didn't do). Fans of gals sucking off two guys in their mouths at the same time will like the oral more than average here and the scene showed some chemistry between the players.

Summary: Okay, I'm not the world's biggest fan of anal sex (although it can be a lot of fun to watch) and the gals here weren't all as hot as this series is known for but I still felt it earned a rating of Recommended for the amount of fuck for the buck and the truth in advertising mentioned before. The extras helped make it worthwhile and the production values, while not as solid as usual, were still decent enough to convey a sense of chemistry between the performers as well as their passion. If you like anal sex with all the trimmings, you could a lot worse than Red Light District and this series has been well received by a number of fans and critics alike so you know you'll be on solid ground checking it out.
