Extra's: The best extra was a sex scene between a brunette and JR that lasted about twenty minutes. It was no great shakes so I can see why it wasn't included in the main show but she was attractive and I'd have bought her a few drinks at closing time to get into her pants. There was also a section of interviews with some of the female cast lasting 10.5 minutes (with a bit of comedy part way through), some bloopers lasting slightly over five minutes, some trailers, a set of cast biographies, and a photogallery; all complimenting the double sided DVD cover.

Audio/Video Quality: College Guide to Anal Sex was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color that it was shot in last year. While some of the camera angles weren't as flattering as possible, the lighting was decent, the fleshtones accurate, and the simple nature of the scenes made it easy to capture nicely. The series doesn't always look this good and aside from some minor grain and video noise a couple of times, I think it looked very solid. There were a few compression artifacts too but again, they were very few so I'm not fussing about them too loudly. The audio was presented in the usual stereo English but the separation between the channels, even during the silly rap song, wasn't all that great and the dynamic range was very average for a porno.

Body of Review: One of the better cross over series combining reality television, comedy, and porn seems to be the Shane's World series, started by the fabulous Shane herself and then taken up by uncredited others some time afterwards. The variety of related shows by Shane & company have often gone unrewarded by those in the industry yet they frequently have good sex, a number of gals not found elsewhere (at least initially) and a sense of fun missing in far too many releases these days. The latest release by the company is College Guide to Anal Sex, that was a series of comedic vignettes starting off with covergal Brittney Skye dressed up as a stripper version of Wonder Woman as displayed on the front DVD cover. Sadly, Brittney took off her clothes but did not participate in the sex scenes so fans of hers will likely be as disappointed as I was (Couldn't she have at least had a solo scene or a bonus scene? Was she under contract at the time this was made to another company?) In any case, the subject of anal sex was discussed in a lighthearted manner and the scenes had plenty to offer in that regard. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that for all the discussion about safer sex, it wasn't utilized here:

Scene One: Staci, a kind of plain blonde gal with a girl next door quality, and Jerry, were first up on a bed. The sex appeared to be more like the kind regular folks have rather than porn performers and they took it very slow, from the oral to the anal. This gave it an appeal to those who like seeing new…faces, but also something a bit less formulaic than what porn is used to showing. I could blather on like an idiot but the general feel I got for the scene was that the couple had a history together and that lent it some extra chemistry.

Scene Two: Michelle, one of the more attractive gals in porn these days, could be seen on the front DVD cover wearing a t-shirt with the numbers 35 on it (I'd have had her wear one with 71-a 69 with two fingers up her ass-but that's just me). Her scene was with studly Kurt, a guy that's seen the inside of an ass or two in his time. The two were also playful in their approach to sex and I have to admit that her perfectly shaped ass was worth checking out the movie all by its lovely self. He fingered it a bit to open her up and it wasn't long before he was tapping it as she moaned like a gal possessed. Yum!

Scene Three: Trinity, a gal that has long appealed to the internet crowd for her down to Earth attitude about having fun, and JR, started off this scene with a demonstration about anal plugs. Once that was out of the way, she blew his rather small penis (it was smaller than mine) to get him hard. He spent some time snacking on her crack in the 69 position and the two soon hammered away vaginally and anally. The scene was fairly tame but I still enjoyed it more than I thought I would at first. She's talented sexually and he proved that any regular guy could do porn so I gave it a "B" for effort.

Scene Four: Mika, a 27 year old Asian gal that will appeal to the MILF crowd more than anything else, had the next scene on a motel room bed after Pete gave his best suitcase pimp impression of a white boy trying to be cool. It was funny more for the over the top nature of the goofing around than anything since even Vanilla Ice acted blacker than this fool but the sex was better than I expected given her usually mundane action. In fact, I'd be willing to say that it was the best scene I remember her being in and worth watching more than a couple of times although not as good as most of the scenes here. Thankfully, the truth in advertising employed by Shane's World had her taking a good reaming in her ass and she seemed fairly well at home with the anal.

Scene Five: Shy, the cute brunette on the lower left hand side of the front DVD cover with over done breasts, was up for the last scene of the flick with Trent in a room. While I have never liked her implants, I have long thought of her as a talented hotty that I'd tap in a heartbeat (heck, I'd let her do my taxes if she were local). She displayed more energy than the others and gave a great blowjob before he spanked and otherwise warmed her up orally. They boned in each of her holes and she managed to impress me once again with her throaty moans during the anal. The energy was as high as ever for her and there seemed to be some chemistry between them to add some icing on the cake.

Summary: I thought the parody of the Wonder Woman show, complete with similar riffs, words, and spinning babe were highly amusing but why the skit wasn't continued throughout the movie is beyond me (copyright issues might be the case but the courts have long held that parodies are not actionable). If it had been played up more, I'm sure the release would've at least been nominated for a best comedy show (maybe even some more of Vanilla Ice wannabe Pete would've helped too). In any case, the DVD with all its extras, production values and fuck for the buck earned a rating of Recommended but only barely since the gals weren't all top of the line. It was fun though and all the scenes had anal in them so fans of ass sex will be happy as long as they don't want to see Brittney in action.
