Extra's: The best extra of the bunch was the nearly seven minutes of Behind the Scenes footage. The cast had a chance to show their other side and there was a fair amount of nudity. The almost four minutes of bloopers were cute too but edited far too much to allow a chance to enjoy the action. The other extras included trailers and a photogallery; making the package a bit lighter than I prefer.

Audio/Video Quality: Welcome to the Valley 4 was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio it was shot in by director Johnny Diablo. I thought this volume looked a bit better than Volume 3 as there were no compression artifacts to be seen and the overall lighting levels were solid. There was a bit of grain at times and some of the scenes looked better than others but the fleshtones looked good and the composition of the shots appeared to have some more thought given to them (on average at least) so I was happy. The stereo English audio was about the same with the music given more space than the vocals but otherwise the audio was about average.

Body of Review: I'm a fan of comedy porn and have been for a long time. Recently, shows like Jack's Playground have set the stage for a revival as consumers get increasingly restless with the gonzo crud that has become so prolific on the market and while I enjoy that type of thing too, the lack of diversity in porn was one of the reasons I enjoyed watching Welcome to the Valley 3 last year. The show is a sort of comedic version of real life with Nectar Entertainment being the focus as Dick Smothers Jr. plays corporate porn magnate Sean Logan trying to see is assistant Billy Glide has what it takes to be given a higher position. As Billy struggles to become a bigwig himself, he goes through a series of trials and tribulations that make him appear to be a goofus to the boss. In the latest volume, Welcome to the Valley 4, Billy has to make it to glass dildo company Phallix in order to prove he's not just a loser. How he manages to get there to handle business is the basis for this admittedly light volume of the show. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that the non-sex parts weren't very plentiful and the sex itself more varied than most porn:

Scene One: Trina, a busty blonde with a moderate amount of talent, blew Nick in the back of an SUV limousine as he gave her shit verbally. I've never been a fan of his and the rude act he was given to perform made this scene really call out as FFF (fast forward fodder) although I stuck with it since I was reviewing it. The scene had him go down on her too and she allowed him in her tight pussy and ass as a result. She did all the work here and the energy levels were pretty high although I saw no chemistry worth mentioning. It ended with her doing some ATM during the facial.

Scene Two: Jana, the blonde hotty on the front DVD cover, had a solo scene outside on a patio. Her perfect and natural body was as great as ever and as she rubbed and licked herself, I got the feeling that she knew thousands of fans would be doing likewise. She even used one of those cool looking glass dildos from Phallix (a company that must've underwritten the show since they got so much free advertising throughout the show) to get off on. Yum!

Scene Three: Jenaveve, a very attractive brunette with a lean body, blew Dale with a lot of energy on his balcony to start the next scene. She was attentive and seemed to savor the taste as she worked him long and hard orally. He gave her a little bit in return before they moved to a couch beside the outdoor Jacuzzi where she rode him as if to scratch an itch. I didn't like her implants but couldn't deny her sexual skill and the scene was very well done.

Scene Four: Alexis, a bleached blonde with lots of darker hair underneath (think: Teri Nunn look), played on her own all natural look as she masturbated on a couch to a musak version of the theme from Charlie's Angels (one of the riffs sounded the same at least). While she wasn't the dream girl every man wants to nail, she did have the same appeal most house strippers have in local exotic dance clubs so watching her use a vibrator to masturbate was cool. Like many of the scenes, the music was louder than I like but this is a growing problem in porn these days and I don't want to single out Nectar as being much different than the pack.

Scene Five: Stephanie, a gal I haven't seen since her Wicked Pictures contract days, and youthful Jezebelle, were up next in a lesbian scene on a couch at the dildo company (they were supposed to be toy inspectors). Initially, they were mutually masturbating but it wasn't long before they started working on one another in a heated fashion, something that looked very hot indeed. In the BTS feature, Stephanie said she didn't sign back up with Wicked Pictures due to wanting to work with other contract gals but the general consensus was that she was let go since they had expanded to newer performers (and in 2004, the company was focusing more on compilations so the amount of work she'd get would've been minimal). Either way, she proved she still had the trademarked appeal and looked nearly as cute as she did five years ago. I liked the strap on dildo action the best but the entire scene elevated the heat of the show (with lots of chemistry and passion).

Scene Six: Monique, looking a bit leaner than I prefer but very cute, had the final scene with Billy in the warehouse of Phallix after spouting some gibberish (with hilarious subtitles that went so far as to mention Lord of the Rings lines). Her ample sample of an ass looked as good as ever and the two playfully took care of one another's needs orally, making me wonder why they didn't finish off in a more typical fashion. Whatever the case, I'm sure most guys wouldn't mind getting head from this honey but it did manage to leave me hanging a bit.

Summary: Welcome to the Valley 4 didn't have enough material to qualify as being said to have lots of fuck for the buck but I liked it just the same. I'm going to rate it as Recommended for fans of the cast or comedy porn in general but I'm still wishing that director Johnny gets on the ball and adds better extras and/or more sex footage to bring it in line with the competition, like Teen America. Otherwise, the cast was attractive, generally showed plenty of talent, and were well worth watching a few times at least.
