Extra's: The extras weren't as plentiful here as previous editions but there was still a lot to like and enjoy. You could start with the 17.5 minute long new scene between Cristina Bella and Max Cortes (I added all the scene times into the set length above, including this one), progress to the nine separate magazine photoshoots she was in for Private, the new photogallery for this set, a 5+ minute interview with someone dubbed in for her voice, and end with the trailers. While this sounds like a lot, and the extra scenes were well done, it paled beside some of the previous entries in the series. I couldn't find the quiz game this time (it was advertised on the back DVD cover) but Private seems to be shying away from Easter Egg style extras as they get feedback from consumers so I wouldn't be surprised if they dropped it altogether.

Audio/Video Quality: The Private Life of Cristina Bella (Private Life Series #22) was presented in the same variety of aspect ratios the scenes were originally shot in for Private, including primarily 1.33:1 ratio full frame but also several in 1.85:1 widescreen color. I don't think any of the scenes looked bad and most of them were very crisp and clear, marking this as the first time in the series I've been able to say that. The hint of grain and video noise from a few scenes was hardly enough to whine about and I saw no compression artifacts at all while watching this one. The audio was mostly dubbed English with little separation on the stereo track and even less dynamic range but I've heard a lot worse too so consider this about average for a foreign release.

Body of Review: In recent years, one of my favorite compilation series has been from Private and focuses on the sexual antics of a single gal. The name of the series is, of course, the Private Life of… series and it has provided a lot of fuck for the buck by showcasing hot women such as Monique Covet, Stacy Silver, Jessica May, Sandra Iron, Jodie Moore, Rita Faltoyano, Bettina, Jane Darling, Kate More, Wanda Curtis, and Michelle Wild in their best scenes from the company's vaults along with great extras. As the series approaches the two dozen mark though, they seem to be running out of steam since the more recent years with Private have seen less of an emphasis on contract performers and more on a multitude of gals from all walks of life (giving each gal less opportunity to have a large body of work with the company). The latest volume in the series is The Private Life of Cristina Bella (Private Life Series #22), a look at a fabulously attractive brunette with ice blue eyes and a sense of smoldering passion rarely seen in a domestic performer. While her work with Private hasn't been extensive enough to truly support this two disc set, I have to admit it had plenty to like and fans of foreign bred hotties will like this one a lot more than the generic compilations most of us are used to. Summary: The Private Life of Cristina Bella (Private Life Series #22) was a very nice selection of scenes from the Private vaults containing this 23 year old European hotty and it tracked her rise from humble beginnings at the hands of Pierre Woodman (he always seems to get first dibs on the Private babes; much like Ed Powers gets the primo pussy over here) to her various fetish releases and stylish scenes for Kovi and Adamo. While I wish this two disc set had some of her domestic scenes too (she's had some great scenes here), I feel obligated to rate this as Recommended for what it contains, even if I think Private might've commissioned her for another scene or two to fully complete this set. If you like the pictures of her on the front DVD cover, you'll find they didn't do her justice so check out the set to see what I mean.
