Extra's: My favorite extra this time was the series of masturbation scenes that each of the women got to participate in. While they were far too short, this kind of extra shows some foresight in providing extras many companies wouldn't tough so I'm glad DVSX spent the time to add something good onto the DVD. There was also a short but fun 3.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. It didn't provide much for an extra but I liked watching it myself. There were also the usual trailers, photogallery, and pop shot compilation for those who care.

Audio/Video Quality: Girls Interrupted 3 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as originally shot by director Alex Ladd for DVSX. The sepia toned introduction shots looked interesting as the gals teased the camera but the actual scenes looked very solid with good color tones, nice lighting and camera angles that managed to show off the cast in their best light more often than not. I saw no compression artifacts or video noise and the editing was also pretty good. The stereo audio track wasn't all that great but I could hear the entire cast and there was no droning music once the sex started.

Body of Review: Alex Ladd is one of the best directors at DVSX, having carved out a niche that proves time and again he has what some critics (like myself) call "The Eye" for good porn. That doesn't mean all of his releases are great but it does mean he has the building blocks for a successful career as a director in porn. His latest DVD for DVSX is a little heard of number called Girls Interrupted 3, presumably the sequel to volumes one and two. The formula employed here has the female cast members give some tease footage, have lesbian sex, and then have a man join in with them on a bed or couch. While the premise is fairly straightforward, it actually works nicely given the attractive cast and heated sexual activity. If you're still interested in this hardcore bag of tricks, read the following brief descriptions of the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were harmed in the making of this release:

Scene One: Genesis Skye and Angela Stone, the two blondes on the lower right hand corner of the front DVD cover, were joined by exotic Finesse Navaro, after the initial tease footage with the trio warming up on a bed. They used some glass toys that looked very expensive to warm each other up, tasting as they went. After about ten minutes of lesbian action, Talon joined them to provide a change of pace, screwing them after some playful oral by the gals. There was some squirting as Talon screwed Finesse (she looked very unhappy in the BTS feature about it too) and he blew his load on her belly at the end. In all, I thought they had some good energy and appeared to enjoy the action as much as I did (except for the pissing/squirting).

Scene Two: Jennifer Siguer, Erica Campos, and Luiza Magnon were up next as they followed the formula and stripped for the camera as individuals before getting into some lesbian trickery. They are the gals on the left hand side of the front DVD cover but I'll point out that the picture there did them no justice whatsoever. The scene progressed into a lesbian tryst on the small bed with each gal giving and getting some oral attention by her friends before they were joined by Vitor Gaucho. There were no glass toys this time and the amount of anal was enough to please anyone as were the vocalizations by the cast. It ended with him rubbing out a load onto their faces and while not as technical interesting as the first scene, it was pretty fun to watch.

Scene Three: McKenzie Lee and Scottie Andrews, a bleached blonde and brunette, were next up in this cunning array of stunts as they warmed one another up on a couch. They used more traditional toys (vibrators) and tongues to get each other off and there was plenty of PTM taking place too. I liked the fishnet stockings (why they both weren't allowed to wear them is beyond me) and I believed Mark Sloan liked them too as he rubbed himself erect watching the gals go at it. They then shared his medium sized member orally before some serious anal took place (with taste testing too). It ended when he jerked off on their chests with some minor licking after that but they lacked the passion of the earlier scenes for the most part, making this a filler scene in many ways.

Scene Four: Suzie and Patience, a couple of bleached blondes that contrasted one another nicely as one was slightly plump and the other slightly too lean, had their scene on a bed as well with Steve Hooper watching them go at it. The sex was oral, lesbian, and straight but the main strength of this one was the manner in which the gals enjoyed one another. I'd have been perfectly happy if they kept it lesbian (and I have nothing against Steve since he's done a fine job many times before) since his part of the scene seemed to drag on by the way they managed to fake it. It wasn't the best scene but it was watchable.

Scene Five: Paola Alves, Vanessa Brandao, and Iasmin Castelli, were up next as the trio of Latina hotties went at one another on a bed. They were very attractive and playful with one another as they used a dildo and their tongues to get each other off but they were in need of some blemish remover too (zits and body hair; yuck!). Their partner was Roge Fonseca, an average guy, and the oral went pretty well as the gals attacked his meat soundly. I also really liked how they lined up on the bed as he boned their pussies and asses with some solid taste testing; I just with the last two scenes could've had this level of energy and chemistry. Whew!

Scene Six: Leah Luv and Hillary Scott, the two blondes showcased in the center of the front DVD cover, were up next as they sort of skipped the sepia toned tease in favor of having Sergio watch them in the game room. He was playing pool by the Japanese slot machine and they started going at one another on a mini-stripper stage complete with pole. They looked good together and if I hadn't promised myself I'd refrain from whipping it out, I'd have been stroking off too. They did the lesbian action on the pool table, ruining his game, but made up for it by giving him a ride with their mouths and pussies that he probably wouldn't soon forget. It was fun as well as heated, making it another good scene, ending with some cum gargling and swallowing.

Summary: Girls Interrupted 3 was a very pleasant viewing experience for me and we all know how jaded I've become in the last several years. The cast was a nice mixture of down to earth domestic gals and more exotic types to see in action, with each possessing some talent to the proceeding. The extras were nice and the amount of fuck for the buck was high enough that I gave the DVD a rating of Recommended although fans of the cast may rate it higher. I see that director Alex Ladd has come a long way since I met him and only wish my taped interview with him and Bryan Xin hadn't of been lost by the airlines. In any case, if Girls Interrupted 3 is any indicator of the current quality levels at DVSX, I think a lot of us will be spending a lot of money checking out their movies.
