Extra's: My favorite extra of the show was the 14+ minutes of strip tease footage provided where the ladies from the movie slowly and erotically strip off their clothes much like strippers do, except not on a stage but by a nice rose garden outdoors. I also liked the 18 minute long Behind the Scenes feature as it gave Mike a chance to make various humorous statements and the cast to give some biographical data on themselves. There were also trailers, a photogallery, a cumshot compilation from the scenes and a double sided DVD cover.

Audio/Video Quality: Virgin Surgeon 3 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as originally shot by director Mike Quasar for Zero Tolerance. The composition of the shots was above average, making the gals look better than they would have otherwise looked, but the picture looked slightly washed out as some of the company's other releases have been. This is perhaps the biggest gripe I've had with their movies over the years and I've discussed it with several company representatives so perhaps some day they'll fix it (you can compare the picture to another gonzo company, Red Light District, and see the difference immediately). That said, the action was generally good enough to distract me from this minor flaw. There were also a number of compression artifacts that could probably be fixed by whomever they have mastering their DVDs but only individual consumers could say whether this issue bothers them enough to fuss about it. The focus was sharp though and I thought in many ways the picture looked good but it's so close to looking great that I feel obligated to mention it. The stereo audio was pretty basic with little separation between the channels and seemed a little low on the vocals in some scenes but otherwise okay.

Body of Review: Does anybody remember the early days of Zero Tolerance when they originally advertised they had zero tolerance for: dumb fucking dialogue, ugly bitches, stretch marks, Tijuana boob jobs, stupid tattoos, fake orgasms, limp cocks, weak pop shots, hookers who hate fucking, sorry ass suitcase pimps, crack whores, and bad pornography? Well, I do and I have to admit that I always liked that advertising campaign (since dropped) which is why I mention it since it sets up my expectations for whatever release of theirs I review. For the most part, they still seem to follow those guidelines and that's why I like their stuff more often than not (especially considering how crowded the gonzo porn market is these days). Their latest release is Virgin Surgeon 3, a movie that tentatively advertises on the front cover "6 camera virgin sluts ready to pop their cherrys for you!" Okay, aside from the grammatical issue (I don't want to be a prick, honest!), only one of the gals was new to porn so if you're looking for brand new gals, look elsewhere. That said, the cast looked very attractive and none of them were as worn out looking as you'll find at lower tier companies. Much like when I reviewed Volume 2 a while back, the action was often pretty solid so if you'd like to see a DVD full of gals "fairly new" to porn, read on for a breakdown of the scenes by cast and action:

Scene One: Jeneveve Jolie, a curvy brunette with an attractive face and swell DSL's (dick sucking lips), revealed her age to be 20 during her interview with mad man Mike as well as the number of scenes as being about 20, while on the porch. Her implants looked pretty good as did her sweet ass but it was her friendly attitude that looked like it would set her apart from the pack. Her partner was Steve French and the two had the usual spot on a couch to perform on; kissing and caressing to warm up. He snacked on her crack and she gave some heated oral before they boned with abandon in some energetic vaginal before he blew his load on her face. I thought they had chemistry as well, making it a nice way to begin the show.

Scene Two: Gwenn, in her first scene, initially didn't impress me since her "look" included short cropped bleached blond hair all scattered about as if she just woke up and a very lean body that bordered on skinny. After she did the split during the interview, I began a bit interested since flexibility is always a good thing and porn veteran Mark Wood seemed to like the way she blew him on the couch. I was less than impressed by the passive manner in which she screwed though, letting him do all the work for the most part; something that bores me. She may become well received if she works on her act a bit but only time will tell (low energy can be fixed and she could probably do something with her "gym-nasty" routine). It ended with some PTM and Mark jerking off onto her stomach rather than face in a generally generic scene.

Scene Three: Gianna, a 25 year old nurse in her fifth movie, looked a lot like the gal on the front DVD cover as she interviewed with Mike outside. Her all natural body was very pleasing to look at and Sasha apparently approved since he almost immediately had wood while he kissed and rubbed her to warm up. Her oral was as basic, and short lived, as his going down on her but most of you want to know what kind of a lay she was. In short, it was not the best scene in the movie as he did most of the work. Granted, she could just lie there for most of us and we'd get off but the point of porn is to showcase more sexually energetic acts than this. It ended with a facial and this was another gal that I hope learns a few tricks in order to move up the pantheon of porn.

Scene Four: Saana, a Finnish bleached blonde in porn a year (about ten movies), and cutie Courtney Cummz (in five movies), held each other during the interview and their all natural bodies looked good as they prepared to share Mark Wood on a bed. They started off by making a sandwich of him, playfully caressing him as they licked one another (and the gals kissed). There was some spanking and the obligatory oral before the gals took turns riding his cock in their pussies. Courtney was easily the best of the scene given her energetic manner and ability to do most of the work as she rode him hard and wet by pumping her ass up and down on him (no anal though). Her partner was creepy Chris Charming and the two began their scene on a big comfy chair (imagine that) as he sucked her breast and massaged her pussy a bit. She gave some good head here but wasn't allowed much time to do it as the scene progressed to the boning immediately afterwards. Her sexual energy levels were on the light side as he did most of the work but she looked good bent over and with some minor training could become a force to be reckoned with in bed. It ended with the usual pop shot to the face and wasn't a bad way to spend some time.

Scene Six: Denice K(lascow)., a busty little number in porn for under six months had nice natural breasts and a curvy ass, hailing from Denmark for those who care. She claimed to be 18 years old but I'd be misleading you if I thought this were factually accurate. She got together with Mark Wood on a couch and reminded me a bit of former performer Chloe (former VCA contract performer) in terms of her face. Mark cared more about parts south of the face though and quickly stripped her clothes off before getting a blowjob. She rode him with some decent, if not exactly exceptional, energy and I did think they had a bit of chemistry together during most of the scene. It ended with a facial and her playfully licking him clean.

Summary: Virgin Surgeon 3 didn't have any virgins or surgeons but it was well done enough for me to rate it as Recommended. Most of the technical values were well done, the cast was very attractive, and the amount of fuck for the buck (in the extras section as well as the movie itself) was pretty high. I've been watching Mike's releases for a long time now and think he does a great job with whatever resources he's given as he routinely proves he has "the eye" for scenes (he denies it every time we communicate though) and this one was no different. In short, Virgin Surgeon 3 was worth more than a passing glance for all it had to offer, surpassing the efforts of earlier volumes in the series but also showing once again that Zero Tolerance isn't a second class company. Give it a look and you'll see what I mean but don't take the advertising too seriously (it was never meant as a literal matter from what I've been told).
