Extra's: The best extra here was the inclusion of 17.5 minute of extra sex footage. It wasn't technically as well done as the movie and it had some limitations but Rocco was in playful form here as were the rest of the cast. The other extras were the helpful cast list, filmographies, a photogallery, a limited fetish menu, and the standard biography for Rocco Siffredi.

Audio/Video Quality: Animal Trainer 18 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as originally shot by director Rocco Siffredi. Like most of his work, the technical aspects weren't bad but seemed to lack the polish of the other directors at Evil Angel in favor of a slightly realistic approach (not as bad as a home movie or amateur porno but in that direction nonetheless). The colors were accurate but the shadows and grain were more than I care for with camera angles that sometimes didn't enhance the way the gals looked. The audio was presented in stereo English but it was as basic as ever with limited dynamic range and not a lot of separation between the channels. I've never expected a lot from the audio of gonzo porn so I won't wail on this one for giving me exactly that but some day soon, I'd like to see someone really focus on the audio.

Body of Review: The name Rocco Siffredi seems to mean many things to many people these days. To admiring women, he's a champion willing to do anything, including push their limits, to get them off while to men he's a guy that scores the best pussy in the known universe that can get gals to do anything he wants of them. There have been rumors circulating that the super stud will retire soon but that's subject to change depending on various factors I'm told. Be that as it may, he still makes some heated porn as with his latest movie for Evil Angel, Rocco: Animal Trainer 18. Like previous volumes in the series, the last one I saw being Volume 16, he pushes gals to their absolute limits and often has them wearing fetish apparel in order to provide the kind of "look" fans want. If you've watched the series before, you'll know how extreme Rocco can get although this time, he seemed to ease up more than a little bit and a few of you may appreciate that (don't worry, he still shows choking and hardcore anal). If this sounds like it'll work for you, here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used to mar the process:

Scene One: Nicol and Angelina Crow, after a street confrontation with performance artist Kid Jamaica, went back to a hotel room for some heated action. I thought Nicol was the more attractive of the two gals but Angelina was the more sexually energized so your mileage will vary. The sexual action began when Angelina played with an inflatable anal plug in her skimpy black outfit as Kid tried to get her ready for the true action of the scene. She was soon working on the real deal, blowing him with vigor as he offered up his pole for the sucking. He snacked on her crack after that and was plugging away at her tight ass in no time. Nicol stayed to herself for much of the scene but eventually joined them for a good screwing her before the inevitable pop shot to the gals' faces. Fans of foot fetish action may like that a bit of that took place but not enough to warrant special attention. The energy levels were pretty high but I didn't notice a lot of chemistry between the performers this time. If you want a good, mechanical fucking scene though, this would likely satisfy you.

Scene Two: Kathy Anderson, a hot blonde playing a masseuse in Rocco's private gym, came over to rub him down after a bit of a light workout with his punching bag. Once she took off her white frock, the rainbow bikini was pretty cool looking and I was sure she'd be giving him a happy ending in no time. After some oral pleasuring, Mili Jay, a cute brunette with a curvy body, joined them and the action reverted to a standardized Rocco Siffredi formula. There was less "animal training" than in previous encounters here (the scene could've been shot for any of his series) but it was fun to watch them fuck and suck one another as they displayed a passion the previous scene lacked while still maintaining some high energy levels as though they wanted to be with him). It ended after some foot fetish action and a pop shot to the face that the gals shared slightly (as they kissed) but it wasn't the most extreme scene I've seen from Rocco in recent years.

Scene Three: Liliane Tiger, a curvy gal that was looking exceptionally hot in her skimpy black leather outfit, was up last as she walked around a railway mechanic yard (seen in a great many scenes of late too) looking for some action. She found it in the guise of Franco Roccaforte, Jazz Duro, and Kid Jamaica as she took them on handily. Aside from a heated blowjob, it took her awhile to get fully situated in the scene, making me think it was the latter half of the scene's gangbang that really worked best for her. The plunged their peckers in each hole but seemed to favor her tight ass as much as the fans would while they slammed her repeatedly (fans of ATM will find a lot to enjoy here). The men never let up from her mouth and ass until they all jerked off onto her lovely face. The energy levels were solid and I detected some chemistry but it wasn't as evenly distributed this time (the scene still smoked though).

Summary: Rocco: Animal Trainer 18 was a decent, if not overly extreme volume in the long running series. I don't want to sound jaded but the action here, however good it was, made me think it was worth a rating of Rent It (even though I think Rocco is one of the top studs in porn, sometimes things don't work out as well as other times). The cast was slutty enough, the action included all the anal the front DVD cover advertised, and the technical values were pretty solid (although my DVD player couldn't keep the time code right on the bonus footage) but it came off as somewhat generic for Rocco. If you're a huge fan, it'll still be worth picking up but you might want to rent it first to make sure it'll work for your needs.
