Extra's: The best extra was easily the almost 11 minutes of Behind the Scenes footage where the cast and crew were shown in action. There was also a photogallery and some trailers but that's not a whole lot considering the increasing demand on companies to offer up better DVD extras.

Audio/Video Quality: Fresh Asses was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was directed in by Skeeter Kerkove for distribution by Nectar Entertainment. The fleshtones were mostly accurate, the lighting fairly solid (except that the fill lighting was missing so you could see slight shadows as the camera moved around), and the amount of grain minimal. The movie looked a bit different than Skeeter's works for Metro and Private but not in a bad way mind you. The shot compositions and other aesthetic aspects were reasonably well handled and for all the rumors about his extra curricular activities, I'm glad the wacko is back. There were few compression artifacts and no video noise present that I noticed either; another positive aspect of the production. The audio was basic this time with droning introductory music and then silence during the scenes except for the usual sex noises of the cast. Thankfully, I didn't hear a lot of direction on Skeeter's part; another positive.

Body of Review: If there's anyone who enjoys gonzo porn that hasn't heard of Skeeter Kerkove, I'd be surprised since the guy has been a fixture in porn for years. Initially, he started as a suitcase pimp to his then wife, Bridgette Kerkove, routinely attacking anyone (particularly online folks) that said anything negative about her. Well, now that she's trying to hammer him with various accusations, he'll probably spend more time with his directing of porn, something he has shown a lot of talent for in the last year or two. I'm more familiar with his work for Metro and Private where he dressed the gals up in fetishware and had them follow a strict formula (if you like the formula as much as I did, the scenes were great for the most part). His most recent effort comes from a company known mainly for their erotic releases and comedic attempts to showcase the company and was appropriately titled: Fresh Asses. The movie was a series of scene that revolved around anal sex with a cast of gals that are fairly new to porn. Thankfully, the nice folks at Nectar included a picture of the gals on the front DVD cover so you can see exactly what they looked like (and they looked fresh with nice asses for those keeping track). Scene One: Veronica Jett, a very lean 22 year old brunette as displayed on the right hand side of the front DVD cover, was up first as she danced around in her satiny blue outfit. This was one of the first times I've seen here and while she's not really my type, I know a lot of you perverts will enjoy seeing her in action. Her scene involved Trick Dixxon, a man that towered over her going down on her after some warm foreplay, seemingly enjoying the oral as she rode his tongue. Her oral was fairly short but it worked in order to warm her up for the vaginal boning she took in several positions (I thought the standing doggy was great). She was less active in the anal portion of the scene and if I didn't know any better, I'd say it was her first anal given her minor difficulties. The scene ended with a facial and some ATM with her seeming to swallow his load. In all, it wasn't a bad way to start the movie.

Scene Two: Hillary Scott (22 years old) and Leah Love (20 years old), were up next in a lesbian scene on a couch. They're the gals featured on the front DVD cover (dead center) who both looked years younger for those who care. The scene was notable for the manner in which they appeared to really, really, want to work together as they licked, sucked, fingered and fucked one another silly. They used a pink double headed dildo and were very vocal during the scene, making it a winner for anyone who enjoys watching gals do one another with passion and flair.

Scene Three: Jamie Elle, a gal with brown hair as displayed on the upper left hand side of the front DVD cover, was up next with wimpy Scotty Lyons on a bed. She's cute in a Kaylynn sort of way and I'll admit that the picture on the cover didn't do her justice. She did seem to self conscious for my tastes, looking right at the camera then quickly looking away several times, but I thought she was worth a second look for her skills as much as her good looks. She slobbed his knob as though it were almost too big (not a problem for Scott mind you) and was very vocal when he boned her ass (although she was never very active during the penetration; either vaginal or anal). I'd like to see more of her as her skills develop and this scene remained somewhat a filler due to her lack of energy or chemistry with him but if you like watching young gals go at it, she sure has a lot of potential.

Scene Four: Rachel Luv, the brown haired cutie in the middle of the left hand side of the front DVD cover, was notable for her pretty eyes, dirty talking and nice ass, as she had the usual oral, vaginal, and anal sex with her partner, Bad Bob. In all, I thought her performance was heated and showed some major skill at milking a nut so she probably has had some serious experience outside of porn (since she's new to porn). If you like gals giving orders to the guy as they are being hammered anally, you're going to really appreciate the manner in which she took over her, screaming for him to "Fuck my ass. Fuck my tight little Ass. Fuck it. Fuck it", over and over again. I know that sometimes gals like that drive me insane (wanting them to shut up) but she did a solid job of convincing me she wanted him to drive it deep inside her. Wow!

Scene Five: Tiffany Holiday, the 19 year old brown haired gal on the bottom of the left hand side of the front DVD cover, was up next as she followed the general formula of teasing the camera for a moment until her two partners (Otto Bauer and Alec Knight) walked over to her. I liked her corset and matching panties but her body was even better; a fact not lost on the men. The action took place on a couch with the guys orally satisfying her before she gave them some oral loving. If you like gals that are lean and clean, she'll find her way into your crotch although I prefer gals with more meat on their bones. There was some spanking and lots of foreplay going on this time with the scene spending a lot of time on a DP that she seemed unable to properly handle yet I can see where some of you will enjoy her a lot (I liked her act but I'll like it more when she's able to truly handle the double dicking with ease).

Summary: Fresh Asses wasn't my favorite release by the talented Skeeter Kerkove but fans of anal sex will likely be happy that he's back in action after a brief hiatus from directing. In time, perhaps Skeeter will regain his top of the line abilities but you can't fault the guy too much since he's rebounding from some serious events in his life. That said, the gals were attractive, the cover truthfully advertised the contents, and the production values were pretty solid so I'm going to rate this one as Recommended. I still think I appreciate some of the more erotically charged releases by Nectar Entertainment over this one (that appears to be only distributed by them under the 1st Strike label) but many of you enjoy gonzo a lot more so here's another contender for you to spend some dough on.
