Extra's: There were two really solid extras this time starting with the 28.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by the now infamous Brother Love that included interviews, watching the gals pose for the still photographs, and some sex. It was among the better BTS features I've seen of late so I give the company full credit for including it. Another cool extra was a 29 minute music CD by Alex DeLarge, a guy best known for his trance music and mixes. I have seen only a handful of such CDs in the past twenty years so even if a few of the tracks weren't great, it was still worth giving extra credit for. Most people will still prefer the bonus scene from China Syndrome between Lucy Lee, Chris Charming, and Mr. Pete. She's a moderately Asian with decent sexual skills. I liked the scene although current reports suggest the actual DVD was worth buying even if this 22 minute long scene was only pretty good on its own (it had anal, DP, and a bunch of ATM for those who care). The other extras were kind of generic, including some trailers, a fetish menu, a double sided DVD cover and a photogallery.

Audio/Video Quality: Asspirations 2 was presented in a mixed aspect ratio of 1.33:1 ratio full frame color for the first scene and a non-anamorphic 1.85:1 widescreen color for the other four scenes. In all, the lighting was kind of low and the colors muted but I didn't see a whole lot of grain or video noise here even when the multitude of shadows popped up. The camera angles and composition of the shots wasn't always favorable to the cast but I thought director Axel Braun did a workman-like job at capturing some of the gals. The focus was decent too and I saw no compression artifacts to mar the otherwise fair picture. The stereo English audio was about average with most of the cast remaining pretty quite except for the usual grunts and groans, noting that each scene started with a musical piece that wasn't as well done as the audio CD included in this double disc set.

Body of Review: One of the subsidiaries of Digital Sin, Hot Boxxx, is still fairly new to porn but it has made a few critics sit up and take notice of the new direction the company is heading in even now. Lead director Axel Braun, probably tired of the same old formulaic porn, set out to make something slightly off the beaten track, combining newer audio to a set of scenes made solely for the release of Asspirations 2, a group of five scenes all including anal sex as the main thematic event. While not exactly a trend setter by my standards, Axel managed to do a decent job with the action here, if not his best work to date. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: Keeani Lei, a 23 year old gal with a decent body and attractive face, was up first as she set the basic formula in motion by teasing the camera and masturbating to warm up. She went so far as to take a standard sized vibrator up her ass and Mark Ashley soon joined in on the fun. He sucked her pussy and fingered her as she kept up her dildo action, leading to a technical DP as he boned her tight pussy. She did some PTM oral on him and they resumed screwing vaginally for a few more minutes until it became time for some anal action. He did most of the work before the anal and virtually all of it during her backdoor fun although she was quite vocal about it. I prefer my women to work it too so the scene came off as kind of weak, even with the ending facial where she swallowed some of his load.

Scene Two: Summer Raine and Poppy Morgan, a couple of slightly hardened performers that have been in at least a few heated scenes, started off the next scene by making out on a couch while Mr. Pete jerked off. Scene Three: Holly Day, a brown haired gal with a liking for the taste of semen, went down on Jerry as the two maneuvered on a couch in an artistic looking living room. Her all natural body was pleasing to look at and her enthusiasm managed to make me take notice although her skills with a meat pipe weren't exactly top notch. He played with her tight sphincter muscles as she inhaled him, leading to the anal portion of the scene, but he did most of the work as she passively took him inside her ass. They did several positions and she tasted him a few times before he unloaded on her face at the end but the lack of chemistry between them was markedly different than the last (and better) scene.

Scene Four: Myah Monroe, a skinny brunette with an all natural body, stared out the window as she seemed to be contemplating her role in life, after which she stripped down to her panties to masturbate for Mr. Pete. She was one of the most attractive gals in the movie (by her face at least) and I could tell that horn dog Pete wanted her in the worst way possible as he offered up some more of that dipstick of his for her to suck on. She was another very vocal gal but she also knew how to ride this stallion, making the vaginal sex here very solid to watch repeatedly. Her command of the anal action was far less satisfying though, with her coming off like a newbie to getting her behind worked over. It ended with some ATM and a mouth load of his semen, giving me the overall impression that a bit more work could make her a star.

Scene Five: Janet Alfano, the Czech Republic cutie on the front DVD cover, was up last in a scene with the lucky Mr. Pete as he went down on her pussy and ass as she spread her legs in the air. Her oral skills were okay (not the best in the show but far from the worst too) as was her ability to take his penis up her ass but even then she was kind of middle of the road to me. I prefer my women to have some meat on their bones and the front cover aside, she looked skinny in the movie (too skinny) which detracted from the heat for me. I'll be the first to admit that she had some untapped potential (which was the only thing about her left untapped by the way) but even the ending was a generic facial.

Summary: Asspirations 2 wasn't really worth more than a Rent It to me since only a couple of scenes worked as well as possible but it showed director Axel Braun trying something new (for him at least) and the advertised action appeared to be on the money. The cast looked good and some of them performed nearly as well as they looked so it had some merit that fans of the cast might consider worth buying up front instead of renting. The technical values were kind of basic and the lack of significantly different sex was offset by the solid extras so give it a look if you're into anal or the listed cast.
