Extra's: With so much footage in the movie's scenes, it would be unreasonable to expect a lot of extras, yes? Well, thankfully Evil Angel was looking out for the consumer again and started off the extras with a 24.5 minute selection of extra sex footage in the form of deleted material. Not all of it worked as well as could be expected but the general appeal of the extra sex was undeniable in terms of the heat and energy displayed (much like the movie itself). There was also a cast list, filmographies, coupon for the Las Vegas Fashionistas show, fetish menu, and photogallery but the movie itself took two discs to fit in this set so you can be assured that you'll get your moneys worth.

Audio/Video Quality: Service Animals 19: Special Edition was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Joey Silvera for Evil Angel. One of the problems with earlier volumes in the series has been various technical limitations like lots of grain, video noise, poor camera angles, and compression artifacts but thankfully, those weren't a big issue here. There was some grain due to some of the lighting being slightly off and some noise in a few spots but with two discs to put the material on, the compression artifacts were nowhere to be seen and even some of the fleshtones looked more accurate. The composition of the shots were usually flattering to the women although much of that would be an artistic call on my part so I can safely say that the overall visual aspects of the movie were solid, if not the best I've seen from Joey's past works. The audio was presented in the usual stereo English but there wasn't any significant dynamic range or separation between the channels. The voices were sometimes hollow but like seeing the occasional shadow in the movie, this is to be expected in order to preserve the nearly realistic manner in which the scenes took place.

Body of Review: One of the workhorse directors at Evil Angel these days is long time industry veteran Joey Silvera. Currently, he makes about one movie a month, with several well received series under his belt. One of the better series for rougher edged sex would probably be the Service Animals series where the cast tends to have one partner (or partners) dominate the other in each scene. The latest volume in the series is Service Animals 19: Super Sized!!: Special Edition, the first double disc release under Joey's name that I recall being released. The show was much like Service Animals 18 without the assistance of the lovely Teagan Presley of course, but it had a tremendous amount of fuck for the buck with two discs of footage and some decent extras totally well over four hours of sex for the fan (at a pretty decent price I might add). The scenes showed various partners dominating one another in the same playful, not over the top (typically) manner that the series is known for. If that sounds good to you, you have no idea how much better the reality of the DVD set will be for you but here's a short breakdown of the action for those still unsure about it, noting that no condoms were used and only one animal was abused throughout the whole movie:

Scene One: Friday The 13th: Daddy's Little Girl: Taryn Thomas, dressed like a school girl in a white top and plaid skirt with stripper boots, was up first in a scene where she disrespected her apparent step father (to keep it legal) before and after school. She's the cutie on the upper middle of the front DVD cover wearing the tie in case you're not familiar with her (she's a very cute brunette with a lean body). Her partner was old man Jake Malone, a guy probably in his mid to late 40's. Scene Three: Simone West, the black gal on the upper right hand side of the front DVD cover billed as her first scene, claimed to be 25 years old but looked younger to me. She also wore the schoolgirl outfit that Taryn wore earlier although she also had some form of black masking tape blindfolding her at the beginning. Her partner was studly Mark Ashley and I think he appreciated the way that she looked like a younger Janet Jackson (towards the end of her run with the television show Good Times would be the best time frame, not after last year's Superbowl fiasco) as she slobbed his knob and otherwise took care of his needs. Fans of interracial action will appreciate her enthusiasm as much as her talent here since she didn't seem to be solely there for the money. Scene Six: Saana, an extremely cute bleached blonde with a lovely body that was cheated out of being on the front DVD cover, began her scene by smoking a cigarette while the camera zoomed in on her mouth. She wore a basic collar, bra, garter and stockings outfit with the usual stripper shoes to increase her height. Her partners were Kevin Kline (not the effeminate mainstream actor but Kelly's main squeeze instead) and Dirty Dog, each of whom seemed to really appreciate the opportunity to work with her given the manner in which they toyed with her curvy body. The scene skipped away to Sativa enjoying Reno in the living room (she's great by the way) but I knew Juan was going to be in trouble by the footage edited in from there. Scene Eight: Tiffany Hopkins, another hotty not found on the front DVD cover, was notable for looking very much like a porn version of mainstream actress Sophie Marceau (both coming from France…hmmmm) with her pretty eyes, beautiful face, and lean body dressed in a PVC maid outfit. After the extreme nature of the last scene, I couldn't help but notice this one seemed fairly tame by comparison but the trio managed to instill a sense of heat nonetheless. There was also some taste testing going on but it seemed less enthusiastic than the rest of the movie so while the scene ended as expected, it was kind of a weaker scene by comparison (though not quite a filler scene due in large part to her great looks).

Summary: Service Animals 19: Special Edition was easily Joey Silvera's best movie of the last few years in terms of heat, chemistry, value, and overall presentation, earning it a rating of Highly Recommended with no hesitation on my part. If you're a huge fan of Joey's, you'll find it worth a collector rating since it provides more sex than just about any two releases by most of the competition. Together with Feeding Frenzy 7, this movie took quite a long time to review since even a jaded old porn veteran needs a respite from action this lengthy, this hot, and this complex after a few scenes. While the technical values were Joey's absolute best, they were better than average for gonzo and with over four hours of fuck for the buck, Joey's going to be working overtime if he wants to top this massive double disc set any time soon. If you need more than this amount of porn to get off in a given month, you need to apply to be a reviewer since this would break a lesser soul.
