Extra's: The best extra was easily the 54.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. It had most, if not all, of the cast with Rocco working them to get the best performances out of them. Some of it was in a foreign language (subtitles would've been nice in those parts) but there was a lot of nudity and some sex, even a section with a gal named Mary who never made the final cut of the movie (for reasons that became obvious). Rocco has been providing some great BTS extras in the recent past that showcase his playful sense of humor and this was one of the better ones to enjoy. There was also a photogallery, a set of filmographies for the gals (I'd prefer it if they were more complete though), a cast list that saved me hours of trouble, a biography for Rocco Siffredi, a cumshot recap from the scenes, a paper Evil Angel movie releases sheet and a coupon for the Las Vegas Fashionistas show.
Note: There was no fetish menu as advertised on the cover but this is not an extra that adds a lot of value so I let it slide.

Audio/Video Quality: Rocco Ravishes Ibiza 2 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by Rocco Siffredi for distribution by Evil Angel. It's my understanding that it was shot at the same time as Rocco Ravishes Ibiza 1 so it naturally looked very much like it in most ways. The lighting and general composition of the scenes was actually pretty solid this time too, at least for a gonzo production, and the grain appeared to be minimal with very little video noise introduced from the DVD mastering. I saw some compression artifacts from time to time but they weren't that regular an occurrence to upset my finicky tastes and the playful nature of the sex was well captured on video this time, regardless of the minor technical matters. The audio was presented in a stereo English track although it seemed to just be in monaural and separated later (my equipment said it had a stereo signal but I heard no separation from the tracks). The dynamic range was okay for such a traveling gonzo product and in general, the audio was okay.

Body of Review: In terms of versatility, there are few directors as well versed as Rocco Siffredi (except maybe Joey Silvera for obvious reasons) at Evil Angel these days. Despite rumors that he was going to retire (which may pan out but I haven't seen any signs of him letting up and the rumors have been floating around for a long time), he has continued to offer a stream of titles where he does what he's known for, all to varying degrees of success. About three months ago, I reviewed a movie showing a return to the Rocco of old, called Rocco Ravishes Ibiza 1. Today, I'm taking a look at the sequel which was filmed at the same time, Rocco Ravishes Ibiza 2, which seemed to offer a similar selection of fun so fans of the initial escapade will almost certainly enjoy this one too. The movie was basically a travelogue where Rocco and friends traveled to the world nightclub action of Ibiza (an island off the coast of Spain known for all night raves, massive amounts of ecstasy consumed, and a horde of youthful vacationers that pounce on one another). The subtitles this time were Take an anal holiday! and Sun, surf, sex, Siffredi!; both of which rang true considering the various elements of the movie. If this sounds interesting to you, here's a brief breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used and all sorts of nasty fun took place:

Scene One: Beach Party: Roxy Jezel, the lean Asian gal, and Jamie Brooks, the curvier British blonde, had a scene on a public beach with a couple of guys. Max Cortes, Juan Dam, and Carlos, were all somewhere or other involved here as was a barely present Isabella, but the main action was definitely centered on Roxy and Jamie. There was some very energetic screwing by Jamie but it was so short as to be negligible but the scene made up for it by virtue of having great blowjobs. The gals were energetic here, slobbered all over the guys, and seemed enthusiastic about the sex. Compared to the other scenes, it was short (especially compared to the orgy scene), and I would have appreciated seeing more of the underwater camera footage (that made the Jacques Cousteau suffer by comparison) yet it was a good introduction to the DVD.

Scene Two: Bedroom Bang: Angel Dark, one of the most attractive gals in porn and sometimes compared to mainstream actress Jessica Alba (hence the name, derived from Jessica's Dark Angel series), and Roxy Jezel, were up next with Nacho Vidal and Rocco Siffredi in the hotel suite. The gals were both talented at fellatio and managed to trade around positions and partners several times as they screwed vaginally and anally. While I have no doubt that many of you prefer Roxy as the established star, Angel was great here and actively participated in each aspect of the sex rather than rely on her sheer beauty to carry her as other gals do. Roxy was no slacker either but most of us expect this of her so she lost out by comparison. Regardless, both gals did a solid job of milking their partner's nuts dry and foot fetish fans will appreciate that there was a lot of this going on too. Nacho's trademarked rough sex wasn't as dominant this time but some choking and hair pulling took place and the men were always in charge. It ended when both gals took their facials and it should be noted that this scene was more than twice as long (and twice as heated) as the first scene.

Scene Three: House Party: Liliane Tiger, Gina Jolie, Kathy Anderson, Nikki Sun, Daniela, Jamie Brooks, Isabella, Angel Dark, Eva San Marcos, Frances, Golden, Niki Dark, Patricia Well, Jazz Duro, Franco Roccaforte, Kid Jamaica, Robert Chivas, Xavier, Rocco Siffredi, Juan Dam, Carlos, and Nacho Vidal, were up in the third and final scene of the movie. The scene included a lot of tease footage and preparation for the orgy; even showing the local newspaper's headline about the cast's sexual antics (I wish it had translated what was said here). The emphasis of the sex was on oral and anal, with lots of ATM (ass to mouth) action for those who enjoy it. To say there was something for everyone wouldn't be going far enough but as far as orgies go, I think this was one of the best I've seen all year in terms of playfulness and the cast seeming to be truly into the action for fun as much as the money. I'm only passingly familiar with some of the cast (and the various spellings of their names doesn't help either) but the women were in top form and the guys were somehow able to keep up with them. The scene eventually ended with a lot of facials and some magnificent cum swapping with Jamie as the center of attention.

Summary: Rocco Ravishes Ibiza 2 was worth a rating of Recommended for the solid cast, the amount of fun, and the sweet Behind the Scenes extra. While it didn't quite live up to Rocco Ravishes Ibiza 1 (I'm surprised that this was released as two volumes given the recent tendency of Evil Angel to offer extremely lengthy DVD sets), there was still a lot of the old Rocco on display here and few would argue that he's one of the best all around director/performers in the jizz biz. In terms of orgy action, this DVD offered up a very nicely handled group grope that pretty much sets the stage for future orgies by Rocco since it wasn't the rougher edged material that the limited few raincoaters demand (at the expense of everyone else) but it was better than the vanilla action you'll find elsewhere. In large part to the fun I had watching it, I'll probably replay this one more than once in the future, since the cast were so good at what they did but I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to see better technical values and fuck for the buck as other Evil Angel releases have been spoiling me with.
