Extra's: The best extra was the 38.5 minutes of Behind the Scenes bonus footage edited out of the scenes. Wisely starting with Teagan Presley, the material included some great stuff by her and a hot dance by Bruna but some other gals got to shine too. There was also a 5.5 minute short with Kayla Marie where she kept getting interrupted by her cell phone for frivolous things like her sister giving birth (there wasn't much more than some tease footage with Joey getting some titty and a quick blowjob), a photogallery, cumshot recap, cast list, Fashionistas Las Vegas floor show advertisement.

Audio/Video Quality: Evil Vault 2 was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color the scenes were shot in by director Joey Silvera for distribution by Evil Angel. The idea behind the series is to offer up scenes that slipped through the cracks and therefore I wasn't expecting the absolutely best technical material from the director (a good thing too). This belief panned out when I saw a variety of lighting, editing, and grain issues as well as some problems with the composition of the shots. Some of the time, it looked like Joey was trying out a new cameraman while other times it simply looked like he tried something new and it didn't work out. In all though, the visuals weren't bad but they were great and no compression artifacts were observed in my single viewing of the two disc set. The audio was presented in stereo English (for the most part) with little separation between the channels except in Bruna's scene with Joey. The dynamic range of the music and vocals wasn't great either but I could hear what they were saying in most cases.

Body of Review: Fans of Joey Silvera know that he is the equivalent of Evil Angel's all around professional director, capable of handling almost any situation or genre of porn. This sheer versatility allows him to write his own distribution ticket so he sticks with the big guns of the company rather than chase the pie in the sky deals offered by various companies competing with Evil Angel. Today's review is of Evil Vault 2: Special All New Two Disc Set, which was not the compilation I originally thought it to be. The scenes included a wide variety of gals and scenarios, most taken from various series Joey works on but never used as they didn't fit in just right. This elevates my assessment of his work all the more (if that's truly possible) since most directors take a shot it, toss it on the DVD, and move on approach rather than "waste" a scene for some later release like this one. With about five and a half hours on the main feature and a lot of bonus footage to boot, many of you are going to keep getting spoiled by the amount of fuck for the buck Evil Angel is giving you for the same price you'd find a much shorter release by someone else. That said, here's a quick breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that Joey used a single rubber here in his scene with Bruna from Brazil:

Scene One: Brooklyn, the hotty on the upper left hand side of the front DVD cover, was up first wearing a tight, white body stocking that was sheer and perfect for her. She had a scene where the scenario had her begging for her boyfriend's job back, working over Bishop and Sean Michaels, to make it happen. She did some fine oral work before her vaginal ride and her energy levels were high although she did seem to try the slow, sultry approach rather than hit the metal to the metal right away. She wasn't the most aggressively sexual gal in the movie but she looked good here and I liked the scene.

Scene Two: Vanilla Skye, a curvy gal with a great body and pretty face, was up next dressed as a hooker/cocktail waitress with see though pantyhose, a plaid skirt, and a tight white top. She teased the camera and climbed the stairs on her knees to find Mr. Pete waiting for her in the corner near some balloons. He led her through some fine oral and she aggressively sucked him off before she bounced up and down on his penis like it was the best thing in the world. The vaginal sex didn't last that long since she was in the mood for anal with her slapping her own titties as he tore her a new one. After some ATM (ass to mouth), she swallowed his load in this very interesting scene.

Scene Three: Teagan Presley, the darling of the contract performer world these days, was up next in a scene filmed well before she started working for Digital Playground. Her lucky bastard partner was Scott Nails; a guy who seemed to appreciate her bad girl china doll outfit as displayed on the lower right hand side of the front DVD cover. This was not her most extreme work for Evil Angel as it just had oral and vaginal up for grabs but she seemed to really enjoy the scene as much as I did. It ended when he jilled her off (soaking his hand) and she returned the favor by blowing him with some swallowing action.

Scene Four: Violet Love, a lean brunette with a black PVC skirt and matching accessories, was another gal from Texas (Teagan's from Houston but Violet hails from San Antonio) with a nice body and she teased with it during an interview before taking care of Sean Michaels. The natural light of the afternoon sun really looked better on her than the indoor lighting where the real action took place. She had great DSL's (dick sucking lips) and spoke Spanish but got mad at him for being late. The scene had a lot of oral by both of them and some decent, if unexceptional vaginal in various positions. I didn't sense a lot of chemistry although she seemed to forgive him after he sucked her ass a bit. It ended in an okay facial that went all over her face and chest.

Scene Five: Cassidy, a curvy gal with light colored hair and some baby fat on her frame, was up next in an oral only scene that had her donning a bathing cap and doing some laps in Joey Silvera's pool outside. She wasn't a great looking gal but she did seem to have a good amount of experience with a dick in her mouth by the way she took care of Joey's knob. I liked when she got out of the pool, then her bathing suit, to land on her knees for him but overall it was something of a filler scene for me.

Scene Six: Britney Alexander, in an early scene of hers where she played a school age gal as seen on the upper middle of the front DVD cover (between Brooklyn and Svetlana), took on both Domineko and Joey Silvera after some tease footage outside and in the car. The scene was mostly oral but she did take Dom's large black penis inside her tight, wet, pussy and also used a vibrator on herself while they watched. If you like girl next door scenes, you'll like this one a lot but she wasn't at her best here (seemingly holding back).

Scene Seven: Keri Sable, the latest Wicked Pictures contract performer who was sorely missed on the front DVD cover, was up next in a scene where she dominated John West inside an open room (with him wearing a ball gag and allowing her to tie him up). The scene looked like it came from the time of Gobble The Goop but sadly was simply an oral only scene. She's too lean for my tastes but her face is perfect so seeing her wrap her lips around his shaft and work it to the bone worked for me really well. My biggest complaint is that it was so short a scene.

Scene Eight: Bruna, a short, darkly tanned Brazilian gal with a nice ass, was up next in a scene with Joey Silvera that started off with some tease at night on the patio. Her lingerie was hot and enhanced her look and her tan lines were incredible. He wore a condom to do her (smart move) vaginally and anally once they went inside. It was a very slow fuck though as it he was trying to keep from blowing his load. On an interesting note, the captions mentioned that Joey had handed the camera to Fabio and it was his first time with a camera (it looked it too). The music at the beginning of the scene all came out of the left hand speakers too. It ended with a pop shot to her all natural chest.

Scene Nine: Kayden, a cute little blonde all dressed up in school girl attire, was up next as she went through the garbage cans of a tennis court. Joey caught her and the next thing you know, she's working it out with Kurt Lockwood in his little home gym. The scene was oral and vaginal only but as lacking in chemistry and passion as the scene was, I had to admit her look was pretty hot. Fans will probably think the facial was weak since it was a small pop shot and most of it missed her mouth but she did seem to swallow some down.

Scene Ten: Svetlana, the blonde on the upper right hand side of the front DVD cover lifting the dumbbells, was up next as she laid on the bed with a nice striped outfit on (hugging her sweet ass and all natural top). I've long thought her pretty blue eyes are a great attribute for her line of work and both Byron Long and Carlton Banks seemed to agree with me. The oral and anal were the focal points of the scene and she seemed to enjoy taking them in both ends as they plugged away mercilessly. There wasn't as much passion and energy as I prefer to see but fans of interracial sex will enjoy this one a lot.

Scene Eleven: Kori Ireland, a bleach blonde with a better body than a face, was up next with firecracker brunette Alicia Alighatti in a scene involving studly Nat Turnher on a couch. The scene included a lot of dirty talk, some sweet oral and a host of other acts including anal and a technical DP. Alicia was very cute here and both gals seemed to know their way around a cock as they drained him dry of a large load at the end of the scene. Fans of taste testing will have a lot to appreciate here too and I thought the scene was a good one regardless of any limitations.

Scene Twelve: Cailey Taylor, yet another blonde, claimed to have given up a scholarship to a University (pre-law) in favor of making pornos as she teased with her nice legs and ass, eventually lifting up her shirt to play some soccer against Nacho Vidal. Scene Thirteen: Leili Koshi, the cute Asian gal on the lower left hand side of the front DVD cover, reminded me of one of those babes from the 1960's Godzilla movies in her white and blue outfit. She was a flexible gal and Mr. Pete was called in to handle her as she showed off her cheerleading routine. Sexually, the scene was strictly oral and vaginal but aside from her implants, I could see why she was featured on the front cover with equal billing as Teagan (at least as far as the picture size and placement went). It was a good scene and ended the show nicely.

Summary: Evil Vault 2 was a mixed bag of sex footage that had all been left behind from a variety of shoots by Joey Silvera over the years. Some of the time, the reasoning was clearly due to technical matters and other times, I could see where the playful banter just didn't come off right so the scenes were dropped. In any case, with over 6 hours of footage on the double disc set, I'd be lying to you if I said that the quantity didn't make up (in large part anyway) for some of the quality issues. I'm going to rate this one as Recommended although purists might think it should be higher (or lower) depending on their love of Joey's style of direction. In all, the extras were well done and the cast managed to average out nicely with a few exceptionally good, and a few pretty weak, gals in the mix. I like the concept of the series and hope Evil Angel offers up more of them from other directors but Joey seems to have a nice selection of material languishing in his vaults so I can see why he's been focused on to date.
