Extra's: The extras section started off with five minutes of extra footage from a couple of the scenes. It didn't add a lot to the original scenes but extra footage is always a pleasant extra to check out. I also liked the 16+ minutes worth of Behind the Scenes footage where John spoke to most of the gals about their previous sexual experiences. While I understand that most of the gals tend to make something up, it's still interesting to watch. Otherwise, there was a cumshot recap, a photogallery, and a double sided DVD cover (the second side was strictly covers from other releases though).

Audio/Video Quality: Dual Invasion #3 was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director John Strong for distribution by Platinum X Pictures. First off, there was no watermark (some of you have asked I point that out) but the lighting wasn't as good as usual either. This caused some grain and shadows, as well as other minor visual flaws, most of which aren't regularly noticed on one of John's movies these days. The composition of the shots was another area of contention with the cameraman spending too much time zooming in on stretch marks and blemishes rather than concentrating his efforts on the more eye pleasing aspects of the female cast members. There were no compression artifacts and my overall impression of the picture was that it was average for a gonzo. The stereo English audio was about as expected though with the vocals easily heard, even if not full of separation between the channels or dynamically pleasing to the ear. You'll hear the sex sounds well enough as well as the voices but don't expect much beyond that.

Body of Review: John Strong is one of those performer-turned-directors that you hear a lot about these days. He can play a scene rough and rowdy or kinder and gentler, depending on what the movie calls for (though he obviously prefers to dish it out roughly). His current company is Platinum X Pictures and his success there has been substantial from what I'm told. That said, his latest release on DVD is the company's 186th movie, Dual Invasion #3, a gonzo centering on double penetrations like the initial volume in the series I reviewed a long time ago, Dual Invasion 1. If you've seen his work before, you'll know he attempts to bring high energy gals in to have quality sex, leaving no hole barred. This one wasn't his best release to date but it still had a lot to offer so here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and actions, noting that the men didn't wear any condoms:

Scene One: Dillan Lauren, a brunette with all natural breasts, incredible legs (and ass), and a winning sultry look, started off the show as she teased the camera in her black fishnet top and neon pink shorts to a droning bit of music. Initially appearing slightly standoffish, she masturbated as though she didn't care who was watching and this readied her for Michael Stefano and John Strong to get a piece of the young gal. I would've preferred that her crawling be shot from behind but her oral was solid enough that the thought left my mind in no time as the POV action showed her at her best. The action that followed was more formulaic, as she took turns getting pussy pummeled by the guys and then some anal before the advertised DP (several positions). While I loved her green eyes, I was less enthusiastic about how she let the men do most of the work during the screwing portion of the scene. Once warmed up, she tried to change that fact but it was too little, too late so the scene was only fair compared to how awesome it could've otherwise been. The guys dropped loads into her mouth and she swallowed but it wasn't her best work.

Scene Two: Claire Robbins, a 19 year old from Oregon, began the second scene with an interview as she wore a white fishnet top and blue jean shorts that worked for her all natural body. I liked her eyes too but the tomboy look she sported was less than thrilling for me (she had a great ass though and a year or two of hair growth will solve the other problem). After a quick humjob to John Strong outside done in POV fashion, she was joined by Erik Everhard on a couch indoors. Her oral talents were top notch here too but it was her playfulness that set her apart from the crowd. The ensuing action was similar to Dillan's scene except Claire brought more energy to bear on matters, allowing Erik first dibs on her holes with John providing backup for the DP. I liked how she pushed back when being boned and made those little noises gals make when they're having fun. It also ended with some swallowing but she made more of a show of it, acting like the semen was mouthwash to clean out her mouth (note to self: don't kiss Claire any more!).

Scene Three: Crissy Cums, a gal with brown hair, a slight overbite, and another one with nice eyes, was next up on a bed where she teased and striped while wearing her red & black fringed top and string panties before hooking up with John Strong and Michael Stefano. She had a fair amount of blemishes on her body and the makeup was far too heavily applied which gave her a truly slutty look but some of you enjoy that kind of thing and her flexibility was pretty cool. She proved to be a good suck slut for a beginner but it was nothing out of the ordinary compared to some of the others here. The vaginal, anal and DP footage was also along the same lines; she did what was required but it came off as somewhat mechanical to me with the guys doing most of the work. She may have some untapped potential but this was a weak scene overall, even the ending where she swallowed as ordered.

Scene Four: Courtney Cummz, a 23 year old from Florida, graced the front DVD cover for a reason; she's fine! Her silvery shorts and attractive face sure didn't hurt this scene as she slobbed the knobs of both Mr. Pete and John Strong, burping from time to time to show she's still new to inhaling so much man meat. The action was primarily anal after she was warmed up with the same advertised DP's the other gals got. She was one of the more vocal gals of the flick, getting a spanking after asking for it and allowing them to tear into her in a most dynamic fashion. Fans of taste testing will also appreciate that she was into that as much as the other gals in the movie and I think she has a lot of potential yet to surface. It ended with a load swallowed and another coating her face as she sucked his nuts, leaving fans with the best of both worlds.

Scene Five: Tiffany Hopkins, another sultry brunette with hot eyes, was up next as she crawled on the floor in skimpy lingerie before coming across a red anal wand to suck as she jilled herself silly. Her partners were the tag team duo of John Strong and Michael Stefano, who used the toy in her ass to prepare her for the coming anal love fest. In terms of oral loving, she did more than any of the other gals, both initially and throughout the scene in the form of PTM (pussy to mouth) and ATM (ass to mouth). Her other antics weren't as energetic though and even the DP seemed somewhat held back compared to a few of her other scenes. It ended as expected, with a couple of massive loads to her face but she always seemed happy during the sex.

Summary: Dual Invasion #3 was not as strokable as Dual Invasion 1 but it still had some merit to it. The female cast was almost all attractive, a few of them were super skilled in the art of milking a nut, and the extras added some value but this was offset by the technical matters and a couple of gals that appeared to be less than enthusiastic during lengthy portions of their scenes. I think John is a talented guy and his cameramen have assisted him and others in making some fine porn but even with as much fuck for the buck as this DVD had, the best I could rate it was as a Rent It.
