Extra's: The first disc didn't have much about it worth mentioning except the helpful cast list, some filmographies, and a list of contents from the second disc of the set. The second disc, on the other hand, had nearly 46.5 minutes of deleted footage (most of it well worth watching, by the way) a cumshot recap, some trailers, and a pretty solid photogallery. While not the most extensive selection of extras on a DVD set, keep in mind that the movie itself had 317 minutes of sexual activity on it for the price of a single movie and some of the scenes (four of them according to the front DVD cover) were only on the DVD. Nice!

Audio/Video Quality: Service Animals 21 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Joey Silvera for Evil Angel. One of the problems with earlier volumes in the series has been various technical limitations like lots of grain, video noise, poor camera angles, and compression artifacts and they were all present here too. There was some grain due to some of the lighting being off and some noise in a few spots but with two discs to put the material on, the compression artifacts were nowhere to be seen and even some of the fleshtones looked more accurate than usual but the compression rate used to put so much information on just two discs showed as well. The composition of the shots was usually flattering to the women although much of that would still be an artistic call on my part so I can safely say that the overall visual aspects of the movie were solid. The audio was presented in the usual stereo English but there wasn't any significant dynamic range or separation between the channels. The voices were sometimes hollow but like seeing the occasional shadow in the movie, this is to be expected in order to preserve the nearly realistic manner in which the scenes took place.

Body of Review: As Evil Angel attempts to reclaim some of the market share it has lost to all the other gonzo start ups in the last couple of years, they have been going all out at offering more material on their DVDs than anyone else. The former high end of 140 minutes has been tossed aside in most cases by the company to provide hours upon hours of quality material, all for the same price as they've cost for years (with some titles clocking in at 5+ hours long!). Today's review is of Service Animals 21: Extended 2 Disc Set, called Lil Secrets on the credits, and it offered up a lot of material this time too, making it a value oriented package. While not superior to the excellent Service Animals 20, there was a lot of fuck for the buck taking place here with a fine cast and decent technical values. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and actions, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: Karina Kay, the gal bent over on the upper middle of the front DVD cover with the brown hair and fleshy ass, Sandra Romain, the brunette standing near her there, Chris Charming, and Chris Mountain were up in the first scene. Initially, the scenario had Sandra dominating Karina, using a dark storage closet to break down the gal. Personally, abandonment training doesn't do anything for me but at least Joey was trying something different here. The guys entered the closet and were fully erect, dressed in some mighty gay bondage outfits, and she was eventually allowed to blow them. All four of them then joined the action with the gals taking dick energetically. Sandra was the more enthusiastic of the bunch, allowing a DAP (double anal penetration), DP, and all the other tricks of the trade while Karina seemed amazed at how talented her trainer was. It got rough at times and had some choking and spanking but fans of the series know to expect that. It ended with some swallowing and was a good way to start off the show.

Scene Two: Stefanie Renee, the red head on the upper left hand corner of the front DVD cover, was up next as a professional call girl for Mr. Pete in a motel room. She teased him with a little dance (to a conga drum beat no less!) and she then blew him with some titty fucking to drive him crazy. She wasn't the most energetic gal in the movie, allowing him to do most of the work as she rode his penis a bit in a few positions. She jerked him off with some sucking on the tip to finish him off but it was a minor league pop shot compared to most in porn these days. In all, this scene was one of the weakest and something of a filler scene for me.

Scene Three: Jasmine Byrne, the brunette hotty featured on the lower left hand side of the front DVD cover, was up in some sexy lingerie as partially displayed on the cover. Tyler Knight and Jean Claude Batiste, a couple of black men for those of you unfamiliar with them, were set up as her sex slaves. They orally pleased her, calling her mistress Jasmine as they licked every square inch of her (and her outfit), including her boots and ass. This worked for the horny little vixen so she started to orally service their shafts in return. They then took turns riding her pussy after which she spanked one of them and rubbed her body on him to get him extra hard for the anal. She then sat on his face and caused him to pop off a decent load that she swallowed down easily.

Scene Four: Sinita Stone, the blonde on the middle left side of the front DVD cover, was up next in a scene with Jake Malone. I'm familiar with his extensive work at the Red Light District/Platinum X Pictures consortium but fans of old, wimpy guys might identify with him more than I did here. She took charge of him in her black & transparent corset and matching fishnet stockings, sitting on his face, paddling, and otherwise abusing him (like using a belt to choke him). He got to bone her pussy and ass but had to suck down him own spew as she fed it to him. Again, this was edgy for those into it but an acquired taste nonetheless.

Scene Five: Kara Mynor, the cutie in the upper right hand corner, had her first scene here as she went door to door selling a curb painting service in a lower middle class neighborhood. Joey invited her in for some ice cream (too bad he didn't have any cones for her to lick) and played with her as she ate it down. Joey Silvera got the first blowjob but Trent Tesoro got to screw her tight pussy after fingering her on the kitchen counter. She blew him too and then they boned with her acting very frisky towards getting some meat inside her. With PTM and some swallowing, she proved to be someone worth watching out for (and Joey got a second helping of oral the next day from her too).

Scene Six: Hillary Scott, the blonde located beside Jasmine on the front DVD cover (just under the title), was up next as the second disc started up. She's a lean blonde with a lot of energy most of the time and her stripper/maid outfit with fishnet stockings worked well to enhance her look as three black men, Broc Adams, Slimm Dawg, and Tyler Knight, got worked up on the simulated strip club set in the house (pole included). They fucked her face, pussy and ass (including doing her second DP) and her best work came during the vaginal action when she actively rode the cocks. She was also pretty good with dirty talk but this wasn't the best scene she's been in so far although it was a well done interracial scene nonetheless.

Scene Seven: Ria Lynn, another new gal (and one that claims to "squirt" or as most of us know it; urinate on command), wore a GFY shirt and a tiny pink skirt, as she spray painted the bathroom walls before doing James Deen and Trent Tesoro. She wasn't on the front DVD cover but her all natural body, attractive face, and willing attitude went a long way to pleasing the guys who felt her up as much as she was rubbing them. Her oral skills were solid and she took a dick up her ass well enough but she needed a bit more work to really reach her untapped potential (admittedly, nothing else was left untapped on her). The guys unloaded on her face and that ended the decent scene.

Scene Eight: Bethany Sweet, an older blonde, and Jeannie Marie Sullavan, a far cuter gal, were both displayed on the lower right hand side of the front DVD cover as a family affair; specifically, a step mother and daughter. Bethany looked a lot like the barflies I see at local bars looking for companionship with no strings and Jeannie was a major cutie. If you like MILF's (Bethany looked older than the 36 the subtitles claimed though), she's okay but Jeannie was a doll. Slimm Dawg was the lucky partner here and the trio got busy right away with some oral to him from Bethany. She then started kissing and jilling Jeannie but that was the extent of the younger gal's participation in the action. It was a vaginal-only ride but she appeared to be pretty good at her chosen profession.

Scene Nine: Jeannie Marie Sullavan, looking even better in black lingerie, was introduced to her new baby sitters; Mark Wood and Trent Tesoro. She had very pretty eyes and those of you that appreciate really young looking gals will fall for her soon enough. She did vaginal and anal (not much though) with the guys getting off to her face after jilling her a bit. She was playful enough for me and I think she could be really big in the "barely young enough" circles but other than taking a couple of loads to her face, she really didn't do a lot for me.

Summary: Service Animals 21 was worth a rating of Recommended on the quality of the cast and amount of porn action going on alone. While the quality of the action wasn't the best in the series, it was still a worthy ride that nearly rated a step higher except for the mixed bag of tricks offered up this time. The domination theme wasn't always present, some of the gals weren't ready for prime time (as in an Evil Angel movie) and there was a slip in the production quality (typically relating to the levels of lighting that caused other issues). Still, fans of Joey and this series will note that the few scenes that didn't work out as well could easily be skipped and you'd still have plenty more left over to assist you in your hand to gland combat. Check it out and I think you'll see why Evil Angel gets so much attention from the press as well as the fans with DVD sets like this one.
