Extra's: My favorite extra was the 9.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Poppa Nutt that looked at the making of the movie. From Axel's egomaniac kidding about his level of genius to the performers acting like they're going to bust out laughing, the extra was well worth a look. There was also a set of short interviews with some of the gals (covergirl Courtney was conspicuously absent) that lasted under 2.5 minutes in each case. There was also a pop shot compilation from the scenes, a couple of photogalleries, some trailers, and a double sided DVD cover. There was also some sex talk spam but that's hardly an extra.

Audio/Video Quality: Direct Deposit was presented in the 1.85:1 ratio non-anamorphic widescreen color it was shot in by director Axel Braun for distribution by Mayhem. The fleshtones were accurate but the lighting was weak enough to cause all sorts of problems with grain and shadows. The composition of the shots was mixed too since there were numerous times when the blemishes of the cast were zoomed in on (better productions don't do that or at least edit those moments out if they even use blemished gals at all). The picture did look faded out in some cases too but that wasn't always the case so don't worry about it too much. I saw no compression artifacts in the picture but there was some pattern noise when the gals wore fishnet stockings. The stereo English audio was as basic as could be with no separation between the channels and limited dynamic range on top of as hollow sounding cast.

Body of Review: Director Axel Braun has made some very heated porn in his career so I made it a point to pick up his latest release on DVD the other day. The title was Direct Deposit and the theme was to showcase creampies in the vignette style scenes. Well, this was one of those times when I seriously doubted the authenticity of the pop shots since the guys would often seem prepared to drop another load to the faces of the gals and the consistency of the initial creampie seemed to be a mixture that I've seen made in other BTS scenes. That said, the cast wasn't bad and fans might still want to give them a look so here's a glimpse into those scenes, noting no condoms were used:

Scene One: Alicia Alighetti, wearing a black top and neon pink skirt, began by teasing the camera and masturbating but was soon sucking Chris Charming's cock. Summary: Direct Deposit had some attractive gals but none of them lived up to their potential compared to scenes made elsewhere. Axel has directed better porn in his past and this one fell flat enough that I didn't feel right giving it anything other than a rating of Skip It unless you're a slavering fanboy of one or more of the gals. I don't think Axel set out to make a DVD this bad but perhaps he had a lot of flakes or other issues arose that limited the heat of the cast. The extras weren't bad but you can do much better for your money (either at Mayhem or elsewhere) so pass this one up unless you're simply in a mood to see half baked action that doesn't seem to follow the advertised action.
