Audio/Video Quality: Jack's Playground 26 was presented in anamorphic widescreen 1.85:1 ratio color. The colors were sometimes a bit too saturated but aside from some minor grain and video noise, the show looked pretty good and rarely distracted from the sex taking place. I saw no compression artifacts, the fleshtones were solid, and I only wonder what the next volume will look like since it was reportedly shot in HD (high definition). The audio was presented in 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround English but the use of the audio format was not really great since most of the sound came from the center channel. While this comes as no surprise, especially since the budget of most porn movies is so small, Digital Playground is world-renowned for being on the leading edge of technology and a number of fans, me included, appreciate their efforts.

Body of Review: With the recent release of Pirates, Digital Playground has gained even more attention than they already had, bringing a whole new bunch of consumers into the world of porn that otherwise might've followed the conventional wisdom that "all porn is alike". If you've watched even a handful of titles from different companies, you'll know that the common adage is wrong and Robby D.'s latest release, Jack's Playground 26: Jayna Does Anal is yet another example. Unlike the big budget blockbuster, this was another in the long running gonzo comedy series where Robby D. attempts to convince gals to have sex in order to get into his music videos. Unlike the last volume in the series, Jack's Playground 25, which used previously unreleased footage of numerous superstars, this volume returns to offering up a horde of contemporary cuties for your viewing pleasure. That said, here's a quick look at the scenes, noting that Robby has been working on the value quotient of the series (much to my personal delight):

Scene One: Marie Luv, a sexually talented black gal with plenty of attitude to spare, has never been a favorite performer of mine although friends of mine suggest I have a blind spot to her varied talents. Her scene here on the couch had her trying to entertain Chris Charming, a man who played a German video producer in order to get laid. Deception to get laid is a common theme in the series and based largely on real life so those looking for deeper meaning should look elsewhere. She gave him a solid blowjob before riding him in her pussy. The camera work used too many close ups for my liking but her fans will probably appreciate how much she was focused on with regard to camera angles. She may not appeal to me in terms of looks but she was an energetic fuck this time, even offering up her ass for his consumption. It ended with a small load in her mouth and her admitting that she had been "fucked again". In all, it was a better than average scene, particularly for Marie.

Scene Two: Jana Cova, the fantastic looking blonde featured on the front DVD cover on the right hand side, showed why men should make a trip to the Czech Republic since many women there are said to look like her. The front DVD cover stated the movie had her in a "starring" role and that didn't sit all that well with me since the scene was only a solo masturbation scene but she's so good looking that I'd be remiss to say I wasn't going to savor the moment. I also think that the length of the scene, far longer than usual for a Jack's Playground movie, made a world of difference to me in terms of enjoying it. The tease aspect of the scene enhanced it and I found myself almost okay with the advertising comment although in the future, using words like "starring" should also mean she does some actual sex with a male partner (and it doesn't have to be me either).

Scene Three: Paola Rey, the gal on the middle of the front DVD cover with the lean body, was up next in a scene that had her working with talented Mick Blue on a bed. It started underway after a silly little pool scene with a hotty, an inflatable shark, and a large dildo that bother poor Montel. The two did some nice oral on one another and she actively rode him in that tight pussy of hers. I especially liked the hip grinding action she employed to send him over the edge but the chemistry between the couple was very noticeable and I always had the impression that they would've screwed for free under similar circumstances. It ended when she jerked him off into her mouth but she didn't swallow. Still, it was a well done scene with a sense of playfulness not always found in similar scenes.

Scene Four: Nautica Thorn, a little hotty now under contract to a smaller company, showed off her perfect ass to girlish Jean Val Jean as they made out on the couch. He went down on her as she bent over for him and apparently savored the taste of her ass enough to really work her up. Her blowjob in return was also quite nice although I have to be fair and say she's done better in the past. They screwed vaginally in several positions, taking their time as if to enjoy the moment more than usual, and he played with her in a slightly rough manner as she aggressively pumped up and down on his cock. The scene finished up with him jerking out a droopy load to her face but much of it fell short; landing on her lean little body. It was a good scene but not the best of the movie.

Scene Five: Sinita Stone, a bleached blonde with a curvy body, was up next in another masturbation scene. This was a somewhat mechanical scene at first since she seemed so shy as to be in great need of something to loosen her up. It was the weakest scene of the bunch although the Montel commentary right after it was cute in how it mentioned my name (much like it mentioned Empire's Spooky from Empire before that). "Don Houston, I'm going to save you some time and review that one for you man. That was bullshit!..." Well, I have to give credit where it's due for knowing what works and what doesn't. Good call Montel; if you want to start helping me review porn, send me a few samples of your work.

Scene Six: Jayna Oso, the cute gal on the far left side of the front DVD cover, was up last in a very strong scene with Mick Blue. The fishnet stocking enhanced her slutty appeal and even the loss of focus from time to time didn't harm the overall heat displayed by the couple. This was another scene where the chemistry enhanced the passion and the fact that Jayna did anal on top of everything else made it all the better for me. Her sultry looks may not have been in the same league as Jana but her skillful manner with a meat pipe made this a great scene in terms of strokability. The only aspect I wasn't turned on by was the use of a large black dildo (and maybe that she had some youthful blemishes on her face) but it was a great way to end the scene and the length of the scene was decidedly better than average for the series.

Summary: Jack's Playground 26 was a great combination of humor, sex, and attractive women with decent technical values and a lot of fuck for the buck. I was especially pleased that the running time was far closer to two hours than usual and the sex scenes all greatly benefited from the added length. Only one scene didn't work for me (and this was apparently predicted by Robby thanks to the amusing Montel commentary directed at me personally) and the show easily earned a rating of Highly Recommended for all it had to offer. While it might not have been the comedic equivalent of Digital Playground's Pirates, a title I'd love to see by the way, it was one of the strongest volumes I've watched, particularly since it didn't rely on any of the contract superstars employed by the company. If Robby can maintain this level of chemistry, passion, technical savvy, and value; I'll be a happy camper routinely pitching a tent.
