Extra's: The best extra was easily the 16.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. It had extra sex, some playful antics by the cast and crew, and lasted just long enough that it worked well. There was also a slide show, some trailers, and spam but the BTS was the only interesting extra for me.

Audio/Video Quality: Mason's Sluts was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Mason for VCA's Excessive Entertainment subsidiary. The camera work was rougher than most of her previous work and the lighting seemed to rely heavily on whatever was already available so there was some grain and shadows at times. The camera movement was also problematic at times but it helped convey a raw energy that Mason has long been known for. The composition of the shots didn't seem to be designed to enhance the looks of the gals so much as further the driving attitude of the scenes and I saw no compression artifacts to add anything else negative to the visual aspects of the show. The stereo English audio that was encoded on the DVD appeared to be added in during the processing since there was no separation between the channels and the dynamic range was nothing special with a lot of wind and other background noise present in several scenes.

Body of Review: Those of you that have seen either Riot Sluts! 2 or Riot Sluts! 1 from director Mason will know why she seems to make a movie or two a year before moving on to greener pastures. Her brand of pornography seems to scare many production companies while her lack of steady output drives off the others. Either way, the lovely gal makes some edgy porn at a time when "edge" translates into "governmental notice" so I don't expect to see a lot of her work coming out in the near future (last I heard, she was looking into other projects) but even if she never picks up a camera again, she'll have left a lasting mark with such titles as Mason's Sluts, the last known movie by the formerly shy gal. Here's a look at the scenes, noting that Mason is completely unapologetic for presenting scenes that work for her, if no one else, on screen:

Scene One: Kami Andrews, a brunette with a bad attitude towards those who waste her time but completely animalistic towards sex, was up first in a scene in a warehouse with Chris Charming and Sascha. She started off dressed up in a straightjacket and they carried her over to the assembly table to use her as they saw fit. With slapping, spanking, and other forms of abuse that she egged them on to perform, she appeared to get off a few times as she begged for them to fill her ass. They eventually freed her and her black fishnet body stocking looked good on her curves as they held her hands high in the air and covered her head with plastic wrap. This elicited a favorable response from director Mason who led the scene from behind the camera as Kami blew them with all her skill. They choked her and boned her ass like crazy as she dirty talked them into doing even more. With taste testing and still more swapping out of positions, they ravaged her some more before they DP'ed her and popped some more into her mouth. Yikes!

Scene Two: Hillary Scott, a skinny bleached blonde dressed in retro hippy style with no panties, was up next as she walked along the road and discussed things with Mason. Her partner was Tony T., a guy I cringe to see in the credits of any movie. He was sitting in the bleachers and started to show some interest in her in the wide open spaces so they kissed and rubbed one another. I was pleasantly surprised that he kept his usual shtick to a bare minimum and it ended with a mouthful of semen. Scene Three: Taryn Thomas, dressed up in sexy black lingerie on a couch, began the scene underway with Denis Marti jilling her off with his hand as he kissed her. He then led her away from the couch with his tie wrapped around her neck, choking her as she blew him with some degree of energy. She looked sweet here and I can see why so many of you are becoming converts to her charms. Her energy was solid and her skill improves every time I see her. The scene wasn't as extreme as the first two but it had some slight edge to it nonetheless so fans won't be disappointed. The sex was oral and vaginal only though so keep that in mind when you pick this one up.

Scene Four: Missy Monroe, sporting black hair this time rather than the blonde tresses I'm used to seeing on her, wore a fluffy coat and little else as she masturbated outdoors by a tree stump. She used a glass dildo and pissed all over the place, calling for herself to be a "dirty fucking whore" before encountering Brian Surewood and some guy who I'm not familiar with (and apparently no one at Hustler/VCA or Mason were either since there was no credit for him). They had her blowing them and otherwise acting as their semen receptacle with Mason talking from time to time as though she were getting off herself. They jilled her off to another wet moment and kept forcing her to orally please them but she never went further than oral this time (which was a surprise). It got very messy and she looked like crap once it was all through but if you like to see a gal into oral; this would be your scene.

Scene Five: Kelly Wells and Georgia Southe, the two gals featured on the front DVD cover in corsets, were up last with Brandon Iron in an aircraft hanger. He played a mechanic that used common tools on the gals, making them swallow long screwdrivers among other things. Kelly did anal as he pulled her hair and Georgia pissed (squirted) but the scene had a lot of dirty, nasty sex throughout and that will appeal to those of you that are familiar with Mason's brand of deviancy. Summary: Mason's Sluts wasn't her best work but I think fans of hardcore abuse will find enough here to warrant a rating of Recommended for the way Mason turns decent performers into hardcore sex slaves willing to do anything asked of them by the cute director. I think the extras were slightly weaker than they should've been and the amount of fuck for the buck was lower than Mason's previous releases but consider that the footage shown here was un-distilled Mason and you may see why she managed to get a good rating even with some technical issues. Give it a look if you can find it but remember that this type of porn is an endangered species these days so it may be gone before you know it.
