Audio/Video Quality: Teen America: Mission #9 was presented in a 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen. The fleshtones were accurate, the lighting solid, and the levels of grain and video noise very acceptable. Fans of the series will already know that the composition of the shots virtually always enhances the look of the gals and this volume was no different. There were no compression artifacts this time and none of the previously mentioned video noise but it was the attention to composition that enhanced the performers the most. The audio was presented in 5.1 Dolby Digital English with some decent separation between the front channels and a little bit of bass added for good measure. While it wasn't even close to the best use of such an audio track, it was above average for porn and a step in the right direction.

Body of Review: Fans of the Jack's Playground comedy porn series were so insistent last year that Digital Playground commissioned director Robby D. to start a spin off series about a mythical beauty contest called Teen America. This series was a bit lighter on humor and heavier on gonzo, hardcore sex, sometimes referred to as Jack's Playground on steroids. The latest in this series was the excellent Teen America: Mission #9, a show even better than Teen America 8, thanks in large part to the addition of Teagan Presley to the cast in a return visit to the series. There were other hotties of course, some of them even offering up better levels of energy and sexual skill, but the name recognition alone added to the value of the show for me as I watched another of her rare appearances in porn. Here's a look at the scenes on the DVD noting that no condoms were used and there was a decent amount of fuck for the buck for your entertainment pleasure:

Scene One: Teagan…White Panties: Teagan Presley, the lead gal on the front DVD cover (in the middle), was up first in what was billed as the qualifying round of the pageant; sporting some white cotton panties and a lengthy shirt. Teagan's one of Digital Playground's leading gonzo experts and a gal that has been getting better with almost every release she's been in over the last couple of years so her pairing up with Jean Val Jean struck me as a great idea. Summary: Teen America: Mission #9 had a cunning array of stunts this time, offering up some twisted kink for those of you wanting to go to the next level. Digital Playground is not typically known for this kind of kink so they are to be applauded in that they took some extra chances and managed to provide another heated set of scenes. While I wasn't keen on the circus act sex of the last scene (the milk enema) and I was slightly disappointed in a few of the gals that did one part of their scene so much better than the rest, it was easily worth a rating of Recommended to me given the way in which the overall quality of the production struck me. I was kind of curious as to one of the advertising claims on the back cover though that stated there was "3 hours of ass traffic" on the DVD rather than the 2 hours I actually witnessed but each scene had anal and I figured it was a typo rather than a deliberate attempt to mislead consumers (otherwise, they sure in heck wouldn't be sending out screeners to reviewers who are far too willing to point out such things). If you like twisted gonzo action, you may find this one even more worthy of a higher rating than I did but it had some good replay value and a good cast so check it out.
