Extra's: The extras were something of the standard Vivid package with five scenes from previous releases (three starring Briana Banks), a Briana Banks biography, a couple of photogalleries, a 13.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Vic Alpine (that spent an awful lot of time with director Chi Chi LaRue), trailers for The New Devil In Miss Jones, When Strangers Meet, Circus and Janine's Been Blackmaled; a double sided DVD cover, and some of the usual spam for phone sex and other Vivid products.

Audio/Video Quality: Stunner was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as directed by Chi Chi LaRue for Vivid Entertainment. I know that some of you have suggested that his movies are visually less appealing than others at Vivid but to me, they are more of an acquired taste. I disagree with his BTS comments about him being the best "sex" director at Vivid although he's certainly in the top three by most standards. The lighting this time was above average, especially for a Vivid movie, and that kept the grain and video noise at a minimum in all but a couple of scenes. The composition of the shots was solid in most cases, enhancing the look of the gals, and the editing wasn't bad although a few out of focus moments and other slips could've been excised out. There were no compression artifacts and I thought it was a good looking movie. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English language and the vocals sadly took second fiddle to the droning music track but there were times when the dirty talk was plainly heard. There wasn't any separation between the tracks and the dynamic range was limited but audio rarely gets much attention by production companies.

Body of Review: Chi Chi LaRue is currently the most established Vivid Entertainment director that routinely provides the kind of movie I like to see. Few can argue his technical resume and his latest release, Stunner, is indicative of his skill as a director. The movie is a showcase for the lovely Briana Banks, giving her three of the five vignettes to star in. She managed to look her best here and fans will probably already own this one given the strength of her performances alone but Taryn and Jordan were great too. If you're looking for a feature porno, look elsewhere but if you want something you can enjoy with your significant other (or by yourself for that matter) you'll like this one a lot. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that while condoms were used, they really weren't that prominent:

Scene One: Briana Banks, the stunningly attractive gal on the front DVD cover, was up first in a scene with muscular he-man, Marco Duato. She was still looking very lean but slightly less so (she could use another twenty pounds though) and her flimsy aqua outfit hugged her in all the right places. The tease began with the two on opposite sides of a glass wall, taunting one another to build some heat while the music droned on. The setting was the bathroom and the lighting was exceptionally enhancing to the couple when they finally went at it. They did oral on one another, with her blowjob among the best she's given on screen in recent memory, that led to a titty fuck and some heated screwing. I essentially got the impression that she wanted to do him for a long time, regardless of her comments on the BTS feature that she hadn't seen him before this. She wasn't as active when he was nailing her, at least until the end of the action, but they looked great together and the scene ended back at the shower stall window where he rubbed out a load her way. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the scene was in most ways with some chemistry and heat between the two.

Scene Two: Taryn Thomas, a lean brunette with a very attractive face, has been making a lot of waves in recent months for her look and raw sensuality. In this scene with Rick Patrick, she played a high end model in classy garb while bleach blond Rick administered to her sexual needs after some great tease footage on the couch alone. They kissed before he started servicing her orally all over her lovely body; focusing his efforts on her sweet pussy. She reciprocated with a blowjob that built up to a nice tempo over time, making lots of noise as she slurped and sucked him off. The screwing that can as a result of the oral was actually better than the first scene, with Taryn actively riding his cock in cowgirl fashion before switching positions and eventually jerking off onto her face. It was a little cleaner than I'm used to seeing her but she did look fine as could here and the two had some fun.

Scene Three: Briana Banks, this time dressed in white lingerie and a flowing tapestry, walked outside by the pool on the mid summer day with bodyguards Tommy Gunn and Talon standing by stoically in black with matching mirror shades. Within moments, they looked at one another, nodded, and walked over to give her some thrills as each took one end of her to stimulate. Talon went to licking her crotch while Tommy rubbed her large breasts, each getting in on a good thing from the looks of it. She started rubbing them back of course and this led to some nice blowjob material. The guys then took turns working her mouth and pussy over and she looked great (although the body glitter might've been a bit much) as the recipient of their lustful ways, eventually saying a few encouraging words of dirty talk to coax them on. The vocals sounded dubbed in a few parts but visually, this was a great scene for her. I'm on the fence about declaring they had chemistry together but on a mechanical level alone it was more than sufficient to work for me. The anal wasn't all that engaging but I don't think I've ever seen her do it so clearly. The scene ended when they bathed her with semen on her chest and this was another winner for me.

Scene Four: Jordan Fleiss, a skinny brunette that looks a lot like mainstream actress Elizabeth Hurley, was up next in a colorful sarong as she enticed Erik Everhard to pay some attention to her. This wasn't difficult for her and the two began passionately kissing, which led to him feeling her up on the porch. The two then started stripping off their clothes and she dropped to her knees to give him a teasing blowjob after he licked her silly all over her crotch (front and back). She was probably the best fellatrix artist of the show in terms of raw energy although that'd be a good subject for debate. She was an active participant in much of the vaginal sex although Erik was sweating up a storm as he hammered away like a mad man. I've seen far more of him in gonzo productions but she really tripped his trigger by the looks of it and unleashed a huge load of massive proportions onto her face when it was all said and done. Whether she was just another lay to him or not, I believed the two had chemistry and passion together even if she wasn't the best looker of the flick.

Scene Five: Briana Banks, after a short photo session, was then placed before the glass doors of the house during the daylight hours in her skimpy lingerie. She appeared to be waiting for someone and after caressing her own hot body, she settled for Trent Tesoro in the bedroom. Her tan, skin tone, and overall appeal seemed in marked contrast to his own but this might help fuel the fires of fans that are somewhat less studly so I'm not complaining. She gave him head for too short a time and he warmed her up with his hand in return. A bit more oral took place after than and the two bumped uglies in numerous positions as she held on while he boned away. The pop shot went to her chest and there was no anal this time but it was still a decent scene and Briana's fans will probably stroke off to it repeatedly.

Summary: Stunner tripped my trigger and provided five well done scenes, a solid cast of cuties, and some decent extras all rolled up into a single package. It would've needed another scene to really invoke my higher functions in regards to the fuck for the buck quotient but I can't think of a Briana Banks movie more worthy of a Highly Recommended rating. The limitations of the movie were far outweighed by the strengths, making this one of the titles you should consider as a stocking stuffer for the holidays, especially for fans of Briana Banks. In summary, Stunner was a wet dream for Briana Banks fans and connoisseurs of attractive women; relying more of sex appeal than circus act sex to sell the movie.
