Audio/Video Quality: Rocco: Animal Trainer 19 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as originally shot by director Rocco Siffredi. Like most of his work, the technical aspects weren't bad but seemed to lack the polish of the other directors at Evil Angel in favor of a slightly realistic approach (not as bad as a home movie or amateur porno but in that direction nonetheless). The colors were accurate but the shadows and grain were more than I care for with camera angles that sometimes didn't enhance the way the gals looked. The audio was presented in stereo English but it was as basic as ever with limited dynamic range and not a lot of separation between the channels. I've never expected a lot from the audio of gonzo porn so I won't wail on this one for giving me exactly that but some day soon, I'd like to see someone really focus on the audio.

Body of Review: Over the last couple of years, I've been hearing increasing numbers of rumors regarding the approaching retirement of the legendary Rocco Siffredi from porn. Having been quite happy to see his heated antics go on much longer than was initially suggested to be the case, I've found that some of his newer, more experimental movies have been less exciting but he still has the eye for quality porn or I'd have dropped him like a bad habit long ago. Today's review of his latest release, Rocco: Animal Trainer 19 is a case in point; the action varied far more than I'd like it to but it showed some creativity in how the whole porn idea was conceptualized, improving in some ways on Animal Trainer 18. That said, here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that condoms weren't used and the addition of Angelina (the gal on the upper left hand corner of the front cover with a foot on her head) and Silvia, the gal on the opposite corner with her head down and ass in the air, will give you an idea of what the gals looked like this time:

Scene One: Angelina Sweet, a skinny little brunette with few curves, was up first as she swung in the back of the school on a swing during class. This upset her black professor and he gave her some discipline to teach her right from wrong, focusing on oral tricks until he was visited by the guys. Lili, a much older and whorish looking gal, joined in and the next thing you know, Michael Chapman, Yalcin, Isinan, and Rocco Siffredi, all joined in for some orgy action. Rocco was the most capable stud of the pack although Michael (the professor) wasn't bad either and the lead guy ended up playing with both gals as he wielded a large black dildo. The taste testing of the toys was progressive and the gals were made to clean the toys out of the other's ass before they were back in action with vaginal and anal sex on the menu. The main theme of the scene was anal of course and each gal took to it fairly well but they seemed to lack any initiative and spark which kept the scenes from being as replay oriented as previous scenes by Rocco and crew.

Scene Two: Daniela, an older brunette, was up next after Rocco took a shine to her and had her swimming on the overcast day after some exhibition. Jamie Brooks, the British blonde bombshell, and Silvia "Miss Afghanistan" Lancome (on the lower right hand corner of the front DVD cover), soon joined in to all work over Kid Jamaica and the crew. Daniela took an early shine to Kid as she gave him a combination blowjob and titty fuck but it was only a small slice of things to come as Jamie got to taste some whipped cream off his dick moments later. Silvia's role was initially small but he took to her rather quickly when she tried to break the party up, so the group moved to the mattress closer to the house as they sucked, fucked, and otherwise took care of their needs together. Silvia was probably the best combination of sex appeal, class, and something more than a simple fuck but each gal addressed a basic need so they shouldn't be thought of as anything lesser by comparison. If you like curvy gals, all of them would suit so fans of anal sex won't feel let down by any of them.

Scene Three: Katsumi, arguably one of the most popular porn stars in the world these days, was up last in a lengthy scene with Roberto Chivas, Andrea Moranti, Omar Galanti, and Antonio Ross, as she laid out on a wooden table in fetish attire before the men came to her for a gangbang. They were all dressed in black and whipped out their peckers to take turns with her mouth and other holes (even DP's) but the scene was almost a filler scene compared to the previous two that each lasted around an hour. Katsumi is generally considered to have few, if any, limits on what she'll do so they really kicked into overdrive to prove this point by ravaging her in every way possible to take full advantage of the limited time they had to spend with her. She seemed almost lost in the moment as they boned and drilled her with lots of choking, slapping, and spitting besides to show a rougher than average outing. They eventually dropped loads into her mouth and on her body but the scene wasn't as good as I had hoped for since it came off as slightly rushed.

Summary: Rocco: Animal Trainer 19 continued the current Rocco trend towards fewer, but longer, sex scenes in his movies. Given that they were a very mixed bag with some weaker than average pacing, I wasn't all that enthusiastic about long stretches of material here so I rated this one as a Rent It. It had lots of nasty hardcore porn action in it and enough variety of women to satisfy many of you but it lacked on some fundamental levels like fresh performers and passion over mechanical skill so check it out before you shell out a lot of money.
