Extra's: The best extra this time was easily the 11 minute long Behind the Scenes feature that gave the ladies a bit of special time in front of the camera with some interviews, tease, and extra nudity for the fans. There was also the usual bit of solo masturbation action with each gal getting a minute or so to pleasure herself in front of the camera. I still wish they lasted longer but as a teaser for their scenes, these bits were okay. There was also a photogallery, some trailers, and a second side to the DVD cover for a selection of covers of other releases from DVSX.

Audio/Video Quality: Double Parked 15 was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Bobby Manila for DVSX to distribute. The fleshtones looked very accurate though there was little grain, and the lighting was decent throughout the movie. It could've been a bit more evenly lit but it wasn't bad; showing that director Bobby Manila was on his game this time. The composition of the camera shots was almost always favorable to the women, playing up their strengths rather than zooming in on their flaws as so many directors seem compelled to do, and this added to the visual appeal of the movie. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo English but the levels were sometimes set too low on the vocals with the microphone not picking them up too well. The music was a factor during the tease footage too but in all, the audio was fairly weak so don't expect much.

Body of Review: Bobby Manila is a director that has been getting better at his craft as he learns the trade through OTJ (on the job) training. While not exactly the subject of a bidding war like some of his peers lately, his abilities have grown to the point where he seems comfortable handling a wider variety of gonzo shoots. Such was the case when he took over to handle Double Parked 15, a gonzo flick about gals who do double penetration like some of us brush our teeth. The last volume of the series I watched was Double Parked 13, and I found a fair bit to appreciate with the show so my hopes were high given the cast and all, that this would be as good. Here's my brief breakdown of the scenes by cast and action of the scenes, noting that no condoms were used at all:

Scene One: Alicia Angel, the skinny and exotic brunette featured dead center on the front DVD cover in a green skirt and black crop top, was up first with Anthony Hardwood and Brett Rockman. Her exotic heritage aside (half Hispanic, half Egyptian), she set the stage for the formula with some teasing under a sepia colored lens with her 21 year old body built for speed, not for comfort. She masturbated with a large black anal plug to ready herself for the action, showing some goose bumps as the camera zoomed up onto her cheeks. Scene Two: Holly Wellin, a bleach blonde as seen on the upper left hand side of the front DVD cover, was up next as she followed the formula fairly closely. Rather than give an interview though, she went right to the sex with the muscular Tommy Gunn and Freddie Prinze Jr. look-alike Talon, on the orange couch by the fireplace. I know she can do better than this and the scene came across as a filler.

Scene Three: Lucy Love, a curvy little vixen with a lean body and light brown hair, was up next (and sadly, not gracing the front cover) and after her tease, Dennis and Kamil Klein woke her up in bed by rubbing her through the comforter. She didn't seem to speak a lick of English as Bobby flattered her left and right while she carried on without missing a beat. Scene Six: Hillary Scott, the blonde featured on the right hand side of the front DVD cover, was up next as she showed off her implants and teased the camera as well as any of the others did before working with Alex Sanders and Rick Masters. The guys took over once they came into view, spanking her and rubbing her in order to get her mindset right for the scene. Summary: Double Parked 15 showed me that while Bobby Manila has some talent at shooting porn, he still can't overcome the problems with less talented ladies in the scenes (which puts him firmly in the pack since most of his peers can't do so either). In any case, there was enough to like here to suggest it as a Rent It but even that stretched the matter more than a little since the levels of fuck for the buck were very uneven. Most of the gals showed plenty of potential in their work but were not up to the level I've come to expect of DVSX so even with some decent extras and an attractive cast, be wary of dropping a lot of dough on this volume of the popular series.
