Extras: The best extra was obviously the "lost footage" that lasted about 17 minutes. There was also a photogallery, some limited cast biographies for the ladies, and trailers to shows like Shane's World 37, Shane's World NERDZ, Shane's World 36, and Other Shane's World flicks.

Audio/Video Quality: Shane's World: Girls Night Out was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by an uncredited director for release by the Shane's World line for New Sensations. The series is supposed to look like it was shot by an amateur, something like the Girls Gone Wild series, and it did in virtually all scenes. The lighting would wash out the fleshtones, the camera would lose focus, and the composition of the shots would look like a drunken monkey filmed it but the raw energy of the show remained intact. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English audio was decent but I didn't notice a lot of separation between the channels (the center channel provided pretty much all of the sound) and the dynamic range was about average for the series. The technical values in general were decent but a bit more work might help them even more in the future.

Body of Review: Shane's World is a popular series started by the lovely former counterpart to Seymore Butts until she left for greener pastures. Paying homage to the handheld camera action of her mentor and making movies that were more about having a fun factor then simply offering stroke material. Coming across as a reality television talent search, the latest release in the series is Shane's World: Girls Night Out, where Penny Flame, Jasmine Byrne, and Sunny Lane go out for some fun on the town, picking up strangers like a few other series have done over the years. Here's a quick breakdown of the scenes, noting that no condoms were used and everyone seemed to get off at least once:

Scene One: Alicia Alighatti, a lean, all natural cutie, as seen in the Polaroid on the middle of the front DVD cover (in the hot tub on the right hand side), was in the hot tub with a very drunk Penny at night, making prank calls to goofballs like Kurt Lockwood. Summary: Shane's World: Girls Night Out was well worth a rating of Recommended and almost boosted up to the next level given the amount of fuck for the buck, the ladies in charge, and the replay value. If you like drunken gals on the prowl as much as I do, you'll like this new spin off series from the folks at Shane's World though the technical values were pretty similar to most of their offerings. Fans of Penny, Jasmine, and Sunny will also note that they were really in the mood here, not just going through the motions as most porn would be handled in. I look forward to seeing the sequel to this one if it's as well made as this one was, perhaps since I was told by someone in the know that it was even better.
