Extras: The best extra was the 39 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. It showed more sex, more tease, and a lot of material edited out relating to the making of the movie. It added a lot of value for me and fans of porn will appreciate all the little things going on here (there was a lot of funny stuff from Jenna Haze though and she was the focal point of the entire feature with a bit of Flower footage besides). Some people with a panty fetish might appreciate the two short "Panty Pops" as described below but they really didn't do a lot for me (well, Sandra's had some nice tease footage). The double disc set also had a photogallery and trailers to shows like Cheek Freaks and Short & Sleazy, all held together with a transparent plastic DVD case.

Audio/Video Quality: Obedience School was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Kevin Moore for distribution by Pulse Pictures. For the most part, the lighting was solid and flat, keeping the grain and video noise to a bare minimum. The composition of the camera angles tended to flatter the ladies as well, rarely hovering on minor blemishes or flaws as so many other cameramen seem willing to do these days. While a bit rough at times, these moments were few and far between; never weakening the energy of the scenes. I did see a few compression artifacts at times but again, they weren't common enough to bother me given the casting of the flick. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English audio was about average, with the vocals dominating this portion of the movie rather than droning music could have done. The mix was slightly off at times though with a few scenes noticeably lower than others and the separation between the channels was nonexistent but I wasn't tweaked by this given the state of gonzo porn these days.

Body of Review: It wasn't long ago that I watched a movie called Cheek Freaks from a new distribution company called Pulse Pictures. I found a lot to like about the movie and rated it accordingly, pointing out how valuable new blood is to the world of porn. The latest title released by the company is Obedience School, a series of gonzo-ish vignettes that have one of the partners in each scene dominating the other(s), depending on the specifics of the scenario. The director for the show was Kevin Moore, a man known as much for his twisted tales of drunken revelry at tradeshows as his other exploits, now having picked up the mantel of director to his list of accomplishments. In general, I thought he did a fine job here and if you like seeing this type of show, you could do far worse. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that the double disc set had a lot of fuck for the buck to appreciate along with the fine cast:

Scene One: Flower Tucci, the gifted anal queen located on the upper right hand side of the front DVD cover, was up first in a scene with Mark Wood. Initially, she teased the camera in her neon pink mesh outfit and flowery underwear, showing that she's built for comfort and not for speed. The initial location of the action was outdoors near some warehouses that looked especially seedy with the Pacific Bell phone removed. Fans of foot fetish action will probably appreciate that some of it took place but it wasn't central to the action as the ladies ate each other out and prepared themselves for some meaty action at Reno's hands midway through the scene. The gals did some substantial cleanup off his shaft too with some of the playfulness missing in a few of the otherwise fine scenes described above. It ended with Rita taking the load to her mouth but no swallowing was evidenced before the camera faded away to black, leaving me to wonder if she swallowed or not.

Flower, Sandra and Rita all made it a must own for me but the others had plenty going for them too. If you like getting lots of fuck for the buck, Obedience School will serve as a nice package to check out, making me wonder what Kevin will have in store for fans in future outings. Perhaps a bit stronger domination themes would serve him well to differentiate himself from the rest of the competition but this was a solid early attempt nonetheless.
