Extras: My favorite extras on the DVD were the POV blowjob by Flower Tucci on Jonni and the second one by Keeani Lei on the lucky director. There was lots of knob gobbling fun, though obviously Flower was the more skilled of the two. The 47 minute long Behind the Scenes feature was good too but it focused solely on Tory Lane and Jasmine Byrne's scenes (both of whom are great) rather than give any of the other ladies a chance to shine. Having watched his works for several years now, I can safely say that he has been improving the quality of his work in regards to technical matters just as he has been getting better at displaying passion and heat in the scenes he shoots. This title was another case where he surpassed the visual qualities of his peers at the company by using solid lighting (again, with minor exceptions) that got rid of the grain, video noise, and related flaws. He also seemed to spend some time enhancing the quality of the looks of the gals using camera angles that flattered them individually instead of a cookie cutter approach as in the past. For all these improvements, I tip my hat to his care and consideration. The DVD had no compression artifacts or other flaws added in during the mastering process so it was a nice looking DVD too. The 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo audio wasn't as pleasing as the visuals since they typically started out with droning musical pieces and moved onto almost always quiet action sequences. I hate rap and thump heavy music in porn, especially when the vocals are weakened because of them, so this was an area needing lots of TLC in the future.

Body of Review: Jonni Darkko has had some minor difficulties in the past as he tried to figure out his place at Evil Angel as one of their least appreciated directors. In recent times, his skills have improved and he has actually proven a number of critics wrong as he evolved past the technical limitations he once had while most of them remained the same. His latest work for the company is Bet Your Ass #3, the sequel to Bet Your Ass #2; both shows about anal sex with attractive women. While there were some issues with the lame music during the tease footage each gal had and the last two gals were mostly lame as performers, the overall quality of the show was pretty worthy of checking into. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

The extras were top notch and Jonni's skill as a director once again proved worthy of the talented cast he assembled for this Recommended DVD. There were a number of rough edges on hand but I'd be misleading you if I said the raw energy of most of the scenes wasn't really fun to watch. Jasmine, Tory, and Flower were all looking hot in their scenes. Jonni has continued his ascent up the ranks of directors at Evil Angel, perhaps the top company in gonzo porn these days as others fall apart.
