Extras: The most unique extra on the DVD was a 3 minute feature called Ball Busting 101 #3 with Allie Ray and Brother Love showing the so-called toilet seat slam. If you've been watching the series, you'll have a pretty fair idea of what this entailed (her slamming the toilet seat down on his nuts). Ouch! There was also a bonus scene from POV Fantasy #3 that I described below with Promise taking care of the Brother. Personally, I enjoyed the 21 minute long Behind the Scenes feature since it gave most of the gals a chance to do more sexually and give interviews while getting Brother off. There was less BTS than simply interviews but most of you will appreciate the difference this time. There was also a photogallery, trailers to shows like Dark Angels 2, POV Fantasy #3, POV Fantasy 2, and others. There was also a double sided DVD cover and cardboard slipcase for those who care (they look nice, to be sure).

Audio/Video Quality: POV Fantasy #4 was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Brother Love (formerly known for his Behind the Scenes features) for New Sensations. The colors were accurate; the lighting generally weaker than the other volumes in the series, and the amount of grain fairly minimal but it looked cheaper in many ways too. I saw no compression artifacts but there was some video noise with the point of view camera angle was here as advertised. For the most part, it was well shot and the DVD decently mastered, but the weakness of the cast killed the heat all too often for me. The 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo audio was about average with little to recommend or fuss about but this is standard operating procedure for porn and the POV angle was the focal point. I'm not sure how the sound could be improved other than to suggest a microphone be deployed off the camera, perhaps even two of them to give a stereo feel to the dirty talk. This is an area that no one in gonzo porn has successfully tackled, though I know several directors have asked me for suggestions.

Body of Review: Brother Love is one of the newer directors in porn that has tried new things in order to keep his movies fresh, something I wish others in the field would try for more often. While he continues to expand his expertise, most of his work is still done for New Sensations and his latest movie is POV Fantasy #4. Like the previous three volumes in the series, POV Fantasy 1, POV Fantasy 2, POV Fantasy #3; the show details a number of scenarios where Brother gets to nail some hot poon tang in point of view (POV) fashion. Unlike those volumes, this one wasn't as good, perhaps owing to the fact that he tried to do too much with the limited budget (and limited cast) he had to work with. Here's a quick breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: The Senorita: Allie Ray, a very cute gal in her late teens, was up first in a scenario where she went from hostess to hooker in no time for the pleasure of the home viewer and Brother Love. Her playful blowjob showed enthusiasm and skill beyond her years, with her all natural body looking very appealing. Fans of kink might like how he used her armpits for a jerking off session but it was her vaginal skills that most interested me. She might have come across as over the top at times but I sensed some chemistry between them and her heat was clear. Scene Two: The Fitness Buff: Aleia Tyler, playing an athlete in need of some special attention, was up next with Brother Love after she finished a grueling workout. She's a black gal with an all natural body though she went right to riding him vaginally with the oral coming second. Her performance was lackluster though she did seem willing to follow instructions and slap his dick around. By this point in time, I was ready to skip the rest of the scene and apologize to you readers but she started to show some potential by actively riding him, doing some PTM too. It wasn't a good scene but at least it redeemed itself somewhat before she jerked out his wad.

Scene Three: Cowgirl: Lacie Heart, the hotty on the front DVD cover blowing bubbles, ended up blowing a lot more than those after she gave an interview in the house to studly Brother Love. The scene was similar to the others as it employed the same basic formula with oral and vaginal sex. She wasn't a particularly aggressive rider of cock but her cuteness was off the scale and she got better with time. I especially liked the way she was grinding her hips into him as she squeezed him against the walls of her pussy. She played with his nuts a little bit and gave some decent PTM but it wasn't the kind of energy and passion I tend to find in Brother's works of the past. The load to the face was small too but I'm not a size king so that really wouldn't have helped the rating.

Scene Four: Slacker Chick: Riley Mason, playing a 19 year old gal showing off her house to Brother Love, staying fully clothed while she did so. It seemed like forever before she offered to suck his cock, stripping off his pants to slob his knob thoroughly. It wasn't a great BJ but it wasn't terrible either, leading to a session of boxer balls where she repeatedly punched him in the nuts as he likes gals to do. She then rubbed her implants on the nuts and rode his cock in her pussy, trying to instill some energy though largely failing in her effort. I know she appeals to the goth set and the alt-porn crowd but this was one of her weakest scenes to date (a shame really since the quality level of the show was a turn for the worse). Scene Five: Girl Scout: Jamie Elle, playing a hotty from the "Pussy Scouts of America", was up last as she went door to door selling her cookie to Brother Love on the couch. Her girlish demeanor and kinky outfit were amusing. The use of the speculum was certainly different before the more conventional oral and vaginal riding were done. Of all the gals, she was the only one coming across as youthful and fans might appreciate the anal she gave up. It wasn't as energetic as I'd have liked but she had the cute factor down pat and the scene was full of chemistry between the couple. It ended when she jerked out a load to her face, showing Brother to have drained his balls dry like rarely before.

Bonus Scene: The Roller Babe: Promise, a black gal playing a stripper on roller skates with a large lollipop in the cavernous room, was up next to work with Brother Love. In terms of looks, she was my least favorite gal (I like black gals but not overly skinny black gals), but I didn't want to prejudge the scene based on looks alone. Over the years, I've found a lot of below par looking gals to be fantastic in bed both on and off screen. In oral, she provided a very wet, sloppy blowjob to enjoy and I couldn't fault her for this aspect of the performance. In terms of riding him in her pussy, she started off with some doggy style boning with PTM (pussy to mouth) and salad tossing, always keeping a positive attitude, before a cowgirl ride that came off as energetic too. After a few more positions, she sucked out a load, and I'm glad I didn't skip the scene.

Summary: POV Fantasy #4 was admittedly a let down for me and I'll have to ponder the reasons why it rarely worked though most can be tied back to the lack of enthusiasm and skill of the cast when working with Brother Love. The scenarios weren't played out as well either and the best I could honestly give this one was a Rent It. Whatever the specific reasons for the decline of quality in this volume, I'm sure that Brother will be back in fine form soon, since he generally does such a great job (regardless of the cast). If you're a fan of the cast and think the decent extras might be enough to cover it for you, rent this first and take it from there but don't expect one of his better titles.
