Extras: The best extra was a bonus scene between Lenny Power, Paloma, and Chris Charming on a couch. It lasted 21 minutes, had him filling their mouths and pussies, and ending with a facial but it was very basic in most ways (with spotty technical matters). There was also a photogallery, a number of trailers, and a cumshot recap from the scenes as well as a true double sided DVD cover with attractive cardboard sleeve to boot.

Audio/Video Quality: Big Rack Attack was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color the twenty clips were originally shot in by directors like Mike Quasar, Mark Davis, Greg Alves, Sammy Sixxx, and others for release by Zero Tolerance. The quality of the scenes varied a lot more than usual since they came from source material shot over the period of about three years, for directors of varying quality, and under the various time and budget constraints any new company would have (at least initially). This said, none of the scenes looked terrible and some looked quite good. If you look at my past reviews on the company's titles, you'll find that almost all of them are rated rather highly (and not because Mike Quasar set me up with a couple of hotties, or Greg paid me off either). This is as much a tribute to the original slogan the company used (and apparently wishes they could forget given some conversations I've had in the past) as the dedication the creative staff employed to make a difference in terms of quality porn (which necessarily provides them with better sales and more profit). The fleshtones were often very accurate, the lighting professionally handled, and the amounts of grain negligible although some of the scenes looked washed out; perhaps due to DVD mastering problems. There were minor visual flaws in many of the scenes but also nuances favorable to repeat play. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English though there did not appear to be any separation between the vocals and the music wasn't worth mentioning.

Body of Review: Zero Tolerance has long been a company able to provide quality porn for fans of gonzo scenes (often called raincoaters as a tribute to those of us who were around when you had to go to an adult theatre to watch porn). While they haven't always been marketing geniuses, I can safely point out that most of their titles I've seen in the past as a reviewer for DVD Talk have been worthy of Recommended status, despite minor technical issues they would work on intermittently. Today's review is on a title that provides clips from twenty scenes out of the Zero Tolerance vault, editing away the foreplay, tease, vaginal sex, and many other things in order to zero in on anal sex and pop shots. Personally, I prefer unedited scenes, even if I get fewer of them but the cover of Big Rack Attack looked too good to pass up. Here's what the back cover said about the movie: "Warning: Consult your physician before watching this footage. Sweaty palms, shortness of breath and a raging hard-on that just won't quit may occur. These are just a few of the common symptoms of a Big Rack Attack. Nothing gets your pulse pumping and cock stiff like a pair of perky nipples poking through a skin-tight shirt. Watch these busty babes let their sweater puppies loose and smother your cock with their squeezeably soft melons! Thirty-two pussies, sixty-four knockers and twenty smoking scenes of blistering hot big-boob banging. Take two and call us in the morning!" Okay, so it's a limited form of compilation that focused on gals with large breasts; not a bad idea except for the edits. For a host of reasons, I didn't get into this scene much-they weren't attractive to me, the implants on one of them looked lame, and the energy looked forced at times."

Summary: Big Rack Attack is released by Zero Tolerance, one of the unsung companies of gonzo porn. While other companies have been pushing the multi-disc sets, higher end production values, and trying to find the newest performers possible, they've bucked the trend to offer a solid alternative; good porn for blue collar workers. I know Mike used to shoot most of their stuff and he has long been recognized as having a quality eye for what works and what doesn't so that works in favor of the majority of scenes but as capable as the staff is, I couldn't shrug the feeling that a compilation of scenes that edits out much, if not most, of the sexual action is not where I want to go with my porn watching. That's why I'm going to give this compilation the Skip It it deserves and tell you to go pick up a few of their older titles (on sale) instead. My reasoning is thus: why cheat yourselves out of the real deal in favor of just the highlights? Granted, this would be a great format for an AVN, XRCO, or other award show DVD (especially if it involved multiple companies) but I like Zero Tolerance's back catalog too much to encourage limited compilations like this to gain a foothold.
