Extras: The best extra for me was the 6.5 minute long session of tease by Flower Tucci as she wiggled her oiled ass before the camera. Her ass is a sight to behold and the only thing that would have realistically made it better (other than me getting to play with her of course) would've been to make it a longer tease. While not as good for me, the 10 minute long Blooper Reel was funny too, containing extra sex and some of the slip ups from the movie. This was followed by an 18.5 minute long interview with Georgia Peach and Anthony Rosano. Zupko's admission that he's a "moron" was funny but Georgia's insight into the business was pretty interesting too. There was a slide show, trailers to shows like Neu Wave Hookers and Kill Girl Kill, and spam, as well as a star index for those wanting to jump right to a particular gal's scene.

Audio/Video Quality: Triumph of the Tushy! was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Thomas Zupko for release by Excessive and VCA Pictures. The lighting was favorable and flat, with minimal shadows and grain as a result, displaying accurate fleshtones too. The composition of the camera angles was such that some of the gals were not made to look their best but this was another area where the general tendency was on the favorable side. I saw no compression artifacts though so the mastering of the DVD was decent. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo but like most porn, the vocals appeared to be recorded in monaural. The music for the show was an irritating loop of Scottish bagpipes and an incredibly lame laugh track that killed a lot of heat, though the laughter thankfully stopped early in each scene.

Body of Review: Thomas Zupko is often accused of directing under the influence of foreign substances (DUI) and many other transgressions on his sets but the fact is that he has some talent when he finally gets down to business. Part of his general style is to provide perverted twists and kinks that either work for a fan or don't, with little middle ground to speak of. His latest movie with lots of anal fun is Triumph of the Tushy!, a title you'd think came from a Seymore Butts flick where the series of vignettes centered on gals trying to get their loser boyfriends to have anal sex with them but upon failing that, a mysterious Scotsman (not me either) appears to show the guys how it's done. The down side of the scenarios is that the laugh track was distracting and the over the top goofiness was bothersome but once the actual sex started, the scenes were well done. Here's a quick breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used and the scenes were all well made:

Scene One: Lucious Lopez, the curvy brunette with the ample sample, was up first as she teased two retarded guys played by Jay Stone and James Orlando. While they admittedly seemed like naturals in the roles, the premise was a bit weak with the laugh track and all. As with the later scenes, Anthony Rosano, the guy on the cover dressed up like a Scotsman, stepped in when they couldn't handle her luscious ass. What followed was a traditional scene in most ways in how they engaged in foreplay; she gave a sloppy blowjob, and then the boning in both of her holes proceeded (the vaginal was short while the anal lasted a while). She was active in the ride as she provided some heat and energy (fans of fleshy asses will love this part of the show). Thankfully, the laugh track had disappeared after the initial tease and aside from some taste testing (mostly ATM), it was a good opening scene as she's a solid performer at milking a dick (as she put it). She licked his nuts as he jerked out the load to her face

Scene Two: Flower Tucci, the hotty featured on the front DVD cover and all around anal queen, was up next as she dealt with one of the loser duo before taking on Anthony Rosano in bed. The major difference in sex acts between this scene and the last was, of course, Flower's devotion and drive, though in all fairness to Luscious, Flower is one of the top three anal queens in the business and conveyed more of a sense of passion as she performed (make no mistake about it, all of the scenes came across as performances rather than chemistry-filled couples screwing for fun). The sound effects were not as welcomed as I think the director must've wanted, though I can't say he was off in casting some of the best gals in the backdoor business for the movie. The oiling up aspect of the scene was also incredibly hot (with some extra footage in the special extras section), as was the blowjob. In short, the scene rocked once the gimmick crap was largely out of the way. Whew!

Scene Three: Tyla Wynn, a gal that has admittedly made a name for herself by using dirty talk and lacking any limits, was up next in a scene that started off with her calling herself a "dirty fucking pig" as she rubbed herself and had water poured on her barely clothed body. Her ass was the least round, least bulbous, and generally not in the same league as the other four gals so she had a long way to go to make up for it. In her favor, it was also more toned then the others and her scene skipped using the retarded duo although the irritating bagpipe music was plentiful as Anthony Rosano went down on her. For me, she has never really clicked with my libido as a consistent event though I'll admit she has some skill once you get past the awkward looks she tends to give. She gave good head; some might argue great head, by the way she blocked out the world to do him orally; turning in a very solid performance during this part of the scene. She was no Flower Tucci but she aggressively rode his cock very energetically here to make it all seem worth it.

Scene Four: Georgia Peach, the bleached blonde chunky newcomer that has proven to have a growing fanbase based on her skill and curvy body, was up next as she tried to get one of the retarded pair to fuck her ass but all he could say was how he was a "doofus" and she'd reply with "a dumb ass?" A little of that during the tease, especially with the laugh track, went a long way and I was sorely tempted to mute the sound because of it. Anthony Rosano came to the rescue in his goofy getup and took charge. They did the tease, oral, anal, vaginal, more anal, formula fairly well with her showing some heat as she took him inside her three holes. While she wasn't the top act of the show, she handled herself well enough with the guy, providing a solid show for those paying attention. Her vocals weren't as over the top as some but she at least conveyed her sentiments in a more believable manner.

Scene Five: Katja Kassin, the only gal in the cast truly capable of providing a better anal scene than Flower (I've held that Katja is the reigning world anal queen but Flower often provides extremely solid performances that challenge this fact), was up last as she teased one of the limp-dick losers all dressed up in her blue fishnet outfit and stripper shoes. Her taunting of the loser was actually funny this time, a pleasant change for the better, but he couldn't handle her ample sample so Anthony Rosano took over. She slobbed his knob soundly, making noises, getting it all wet, and concentrating as she put her back into it (providing one of her best blowjobs in a while) as she jerked him off. This led, of course, to them screwing enthusiastically vaginally and anally, with the tiny resulting pop shot completely missing her mouth. I thought she was great in the BTS as she stood up to Zupko by refusing to stick the cum soaked dick back in her ass (she understands the dangers of such an act) and her scene was, on average, a tie with Flower's for the best of the show.

Summary: Triumph of the Tushy! could just as easily been titled Triumph of Zupko given the way the scenes stood out with such high levels of quality once the gimmicks were disposed of. Anthony Rosano may not be one of the great porn studs of modern times but he was presented with a top flight cast of hot women to fuck and came across as being a capable performer. Otherwise, any time a cast includes gals like Katja Kassin and Flower Tucci (as well as the others), especially when they're on fire as they were here, you know it has to be good. On the down side, the performances tended to be a bit too openly like performances and the gimmicks annoyed me more than anything else, but it was still worthy of a rating of Highly Recommended. If you like anal sex with a bit of Zupko twist, Triumph of the Tushy! should be on your list of titles to pick up, given the amount of fuck for the buck this time.
