Extras: For most of you, the best extra will be the bonus scene from House of Ass starring Joanna Angel & Scott Nails. It took place in and around a bathtub, showing the one good scene from the movie per reliable sources, and included a variety of sexual practices that most of us don't get to partake in too often. I actually liked the 28.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Cary Radcliff better (since it was made specifically for the movie on the DVD) though. There was a lot of sexual footage, nudity, and goofing around with most of the cast getting in some quality time (not just the two starlets). There was also a photogallery and trailers to shows like The Contractor, University of Austyn 2, University of Austyn 1, Up Skirt Cam Girls, and Blue Light.

Audio/Video Quality: Carmen & Austyn was presented in a 1.85:1 ratio non-anamorphic widescreen color as originally shot by director Wesley Emerson for distribution by Adam & Eve. The lighting was pretty decent, leading to limited grain, video noise, and shadows but I did notice compression artifacts several times throughout the movie. The composition of the shots wasn't always favorable to the ladies but some care was given to the angles used so while they weren't always optimal, they weren't bad on average either. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo English with no separation between the channels and limited dynamic range but the dirty talk was clearly heard over the often droning and loud music.

Body of Review: Adam & Eve has been a leader in providing adult entertainment, in the form of toys and movies, for a long time now. They are generally not associated with the ultra hardcore gonzo material that the industry favors these days but they still manage to top the charts with a fair amount of titles given the appeal to the couples market they serve. Today's review is of Carmen & Austyn, a showcase for the then-contract gals of the Adam & Eve Empire (Austyn has since left their fold) in some okay lesbian scenes. The formula used for the six scenes didn't really vary much and you'll probably understand that for harder lesbian fare, there are much better titles to look for, but there were some recurring domination themes explored here in an interesting manner. Here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were needed thanks to a complete absence of men:

Scene One: Feed The Kitty: Nicole Scott, licking up some milk from a saucer on the floor in the living room, played a submissive to the very fine Felix Vicious. Both gals wore skimpy outfits that enhanced their lean, lithe bodies though Felix took off Nicole's minimal lingerie in order to have better access (finger fucking her friend after spanking her). There was spitting and PTM with lots of strap on dildo action after that. Felix worked her over nicely to the droning music, taking her from behind as she bent her over the couch for better access. This continued until Nicole took a slim vibrator into her ass, with Felix allowing some minor vibrator play of her pussy after that.

Scene Two: The Workout: Austyn Moore, the former Adam & Eve contract hotty, and current Wicked Pictures gal Kirsten Price, were up next in a home gym where they were working out on a weight bench until they decided they needed to really work out in a sexual manner. There was less power exchange action this time though there was more chemistry between them too. They felt each other up, sucked each other's breasts, and went down on each other with some minimal vibrator action to enhance the moment. They appeared a bit awkward at times but this added some measure of realism to the scene with both of them looking exceptionally attractive. This was a decent scene to enjoy with solid replay value thanks in large part to the levels of chemistry they shared.

Scene Three: The Affair: Jenna Haze, the diminutive cutie with long brown hair, and bleach blonde Kimberly Kane, were up next in sleek dresses that didn't stay on their bodies long in a fancy bathroom. They pawed at one another before Kimberly gave Jenna quite an oral workout. Jenna reciprocated with some finger action on Kimberly's hairy crotch; leading to both of them pulling out some great toys to share. Jenna's ass begged for some attention though she only got a lick or two with Kimberly backing off a bit as Jenna started her over the top screaming (that came across as quite fake). Kimberly took the glass dildo up her own ass though, seemingly enjoying the moment more than a little bit before the scene faded to black.

Scene Four: Who's The Man?: Julie Night, a cute brunette these days, and bleached blonde Nikki Hunter, started a scene in the living room before Nikki left momentarily. She came back with a clear strap on dildo and talking up her role as the dominant partner of the relationship (ie: the man). Julie gave her a great blowjob as Nikki flogged her ass, eventually leading to some hot dirty talk and an anal ride that had Julie getting really sweaty. Both gals glistened with sweat as Nikki dominated her submissive little hotty, eventually leading to Julie rimming her mistress and using a black dildo on her crotch. There was some minimal toe sucking too (Julie's oral skills allowing her to put most of Nikki's foot inside her mouth at once in fact) with Nikki also partaking of the anal action (though in a slighter manner). They kissed and this very appealing scene finished up.

Scene Five: Sunbathers: Carmen Luvana, Angela Stone, and Alyssa Knight, were all up next as they enjoyed a sunny day in their bikini's by the large pool. Their outfits didn't last long as they kissed and sucked each other, paying lots of attention to the breasts, butt and pussy areas of course. The lesbo lick-a-thon was eye catching but kind of monotonous too with the minimal vibrator action standard play in most ways. The dirty talk seemed forced at times, as did the fake orgasm action, with Carmen wearing the strap on dildo in a passive manner before the urinating (some call it squirting) began. The gals kissed and that ended when appeared to be a short scene.

Scene Six: Staircase Affair: Carmen Luvana and Austyn Moore, both contract hotties when this scene was captured, were up next on the expansive staircase of the mansion. Carmen wore lingerie and Austyn wore a little work out outfit with Carmen playing the dominant role this time. Their roles weren't so clearly defined however and in terms of chemistry, they seemed the most in tune with one another. They ate each other out and then used a number of different sex toys before kissing each other to end the scene.

Summary: Carmen & Austyn will largely appeal to the slavering fanboys of the two lead contract stars or the other ladies of the movie though this wasn't the best work any of them have done in my opinion. I thought it was worth a rating of Rent It, though I could see where some would favor it more and others think the purely vegetarian outing was kind of lame. I like watching ladies go at it and this would suffice if I saw very little of it but as a prolific reviewer, the value to me was likely far more limited than for most of you out there. Give it a look if my scene descriptions sounded appealing but don't expect anything outside of the paint by numbers approach taken.
