Extras: The best extra was easily the 13.5 minutes of tease footage where the ladies got to peel off their clothing and tease the camera for a short time each. I wish all of the ladies had that much time to themselves but it was still a value adding extra that I wish other companies would emulate (I.E. copy). There was a mere 4 minutes of Behind the Scenes footage this time, with most of the cast left out in the cold. There was also a cumshot loop, a true double sided DVD cover (naughty on one side and cleaner on the other), and trailers to shows like Drive Thru 3, Meet The Fuckers 3, and Who's Your Daddy 8.

Audio/Video Quality: Fresh Jugs 3 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director David Perry for release by Zero Tolerance. The lighting was decent which meant there was little grain, limited video noise, and few shadows worth mentioning. The composition of the shots wasn't always favorable to the ladies though it tended to show them in a decent light nonetheless. While not shot by someone as skilled as Mike Quasar, at least it was reportedly edited by him and Critter (his alias or significant other, you decide), showing the skill of a seasoned veteran in that sense. I saw no compression artifacts and thought it looked pretty good most of the time. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English (with an optional Spanish track). The music was thankfully sparse even though the vocals seemed limited too, likely due to a lack of language skills by most of the cast.

Body of Review: Having watched David Perry perform numerous times on camera, it took some getting used to watching him move into the director's chair. It's not that all performer turned directors suck but there is more than a bit of evidence to suggest this is the norm rather than the exception. David's latest effort was a mixed bag in that regard with Fresh Jugs 3 being described on the back cover as: "Get your daily dosage of D-cupped dairy cannons with the bosom-blessed sluts of Fresh Juggs #3! These busty babes have huge cans, the kind of freshly squeezed melons, casabas, milk buckets, boulders, fun bags, roundies, softees, doozies, double whammies, jubblies, mounds, gazongas, sweater puppies, or just plain ol' huge fucken tits. In all, it wasn't up to the standards I usually think of when picking up a Zero Tolerance but it had some appeal to me in a few worthy scenes. Here's a quick breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: Sabrina Rose, a skinny gal with moderately large breasts, was up first as she teased the camera by a couch, eventually even using a blue vibrator before taking care of David Perry and Bruno SX. Summary: Fresh Jugs 3 had some nice jugs and attractive ladies but most of them were too mechanical in the way they performed to really float my boat. I'm going to rate the movie as a Rent It though I'd be misleading you to say that the advertised breasts weren't up to the standards set in previous volumes. There was some minor amount of fuck for the buck and the production values were pretty decent most of the time but it lacked the kind of spark that sets a movie apart from the multitude of large titty movies so check it out before buying it.
