Extras: The best extra was clearly the 17 minute long Behind the Scenes feature shot largely by (and credited solely to) Johnny "Bad Bob" Thrust. It did not have all the performers and cast included but aside from favoring a few of the ladies in particular, it added some value to the already lengthy show. There was some nudity and sex included but most of it was strictly getting ready for the scenes and goofing off on the set. There was a pop shot compilation from the scenes, a photogallery, some spam, and trailers to shows like Triple Header, Pure Filth 2, Oral Antics, Anal Bandits, Phat Ass Tits, and Ass Slaves 3, as well as a true double sided DVD cover.

Audio/Video Quality: Stick It! 3 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as originally shot by director Skeeter Kerkove for Metro Interactive/Bad Ass Pictures. The lighting was often a bit weaker than expected this time, with several scenes looking red tinted and having extra grain as a result. There was a lot of camera movement too, limiting the effects of the usually solid composition of the shots to enhance the look of the ladies but aside from a proper DVD mastering, it also looked pretty decent in terms of how it was shot and looked. The 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo English audio track was another area of minor contention since the scenes started with a loud, droning music track that thankfully lowered in volume as the scenes progressed but was a nuisance nonetheless. It was an area in need of work for future projects but not too bad here.

Body of Review: I've been acquainted with Skeeter Kerkove for years now due to his once possessive manner of defending his now ex-wife Bridgette from anyone who suggested she wasn't the top female performer in the industry. While I've only seen him in passing in real life (at trade shows), he strikes me as a man passionate about whatever he believes in rather than simply being out to make a buck. This is one of the qualities that sets him apart from most of his peers in the field of directing porn. His latest DVD release is Metro's Stick It! 3, a series of anal flavored scenes shot back in 2004 before his disputes with the company (over his ex-wife). Like the wonderfully decadent Stick It! 2 and Stick It! 1, the title was all about anal gonzo sex with a talented line up of ladies well suited for the action. Rather than bore you with more background, here's a quick look at the scenes, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: Audrey Hollander, the award winning redhead with a large mane of kinky hair, cute Aussie Selena Silver, and Audrey's hubby Otto Bauer, were up in the first scene; both dressed in shiny silver fetish outfits that looked really hot. The tease was too short and impaired by very obnoxious music but after a short bit of interview footage with director Skeeter (where he gave a nod to Gene Ross after making some very sarcastic comments about the porn industry in general) and intro to all three players, the scene began with the trio pawing each other soundly. That led the gals to sucking him off with a tremendous amount of skill, Selena being ordered to look up at Otto as she deepthroated his shaft. He then expanded Audrey's ass with some toys as he verbally abused the ladies, placing two toys in Audrey's ass before planking Selena's pussy. This carried on for a long time (Selena even rubbing his cock while her hand was inside Audrey's ass) with alternating toys and dick in their backdoors, with Audrey sporting a strap on dildo to give Selena a technical DP before the ending pop shot to Selena's mouth. It was a great scene to start with in terms of heat, chemistry, and energy.

Scene Two: Lexi, the gal on the front DVD cover, was up next in her shiny black outfit as she smoked a cigarette to some weird music and nuclear looking lighting. I got the impression that Jim Powers had a hand in this one (the ending credits confirming it) and the stylish leaning of the material was decidedly different looking though that mostly changed when Benjamin Bratt came to play with her in the actual scene. She looked a mess by the end of the scene but she had some freshness factor going on that worked fairly well.

The lighting was reddish and this scene took place long before she became the powerhouse of sex that has won her a great many fans but it still showed plenty of heat and energy, as expected. Summary: Stick It! 3 is a nice tribute to the style of Skeeter Kerkove from his earlier directing years in the industry. There were numerous technical flaws but the end result was never such that the heated performances by a wonderfully diverse (and perverse) cast were dampened to the point where they couldn't be repeatedly enjoyed by fans. I came close to suggesting it even higher but a Recommended seems fitting given the levels of fuck for the buck taking place in the show and the quality of material. The sheer length of the movie should be enough to convince many of you it was worth a look but the quality was present too. Skeeter is supposedly back to making porn after a lengthy hiatus and I wonder if he's still got the touch he had when this one was shot but given the man's ability to keep coming back for more, I suspect he's planning a lot of the same types of kink he showcased here. Check it out and you'll see why Skeeter might be a bit nuts, but he's also considered a solid director of fine porn too.
