Audio/Video: The video is presented in widescreen color. The picture quality is decent. The scenes are filmed with low light and it makes some of the action hard to se and colors slightly off. The audio is presented in 2-channel stereo and sounds decent. There are issues with background noise that shouldn't be there. For instance in the last scene there is a moment when you here someone yell action.

Extras: There is nothing worthwhile included here. Just a slide show and some trailers.

Scene 1: Kaiya Lynn

Conclusion:
While I enjoyed the sex scenes in Memoirs of a Modern Day Geisha, I didn't enjoy them a lot. There were some hot babes and some decent sex, but there was enough about the DVD I didn't care for. There was a lack of attention to detail when it came to editing. The video segments together were not cut very well together, as well as there were some issues with audio. In the end, it felt like a production put together rather hastily. The story wasn't a big seller either. Kaiya plays a girl who is forced into becoming a Geisha to pay off her father's debt. Still, if you enjoy Asian babes and want something more than what gonzo has to offer, this is worth looking into.
