Extras: For most of you, the bonus scene between Promise and Brother Love from POV Fantasy 3 will be the best extra but since it has been used so often, the impact as an extra diminishes for fans. I described it below in detail but wanted to warn you in case you've seen in several times like I have. For me, the best extra was easily the 15.5 minute Behind the Scenes feature by Seneca. It started off with Roxy and showed most of the ladies as a series of interviews rather than a traditional BTS feature having sex, goofs, and other bits. There were trailers to shows like Dark Angels 2, POV Fantasy #2, Teen Dreams, and others, a photogallery, a double sided DVD cover with a cardboard slip case, and a pick your pleasure section where you could skip to the sex acts you liked.

Audio/Video Quality: I Know You're Watching 5 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Xavier Mann for release by Digital Sin/New Sensations. This being a somewhat older work, he had not mastered the lighting quite as well as he has recently, with some parts looking washed out, and others looking slightly too dark. Still, the grain wasn't too bad and the minor video noise seemed minimal most of the time, serving to illuminate the ladies fairly well if not as solidly as he does currently. The composition of the shots generally enhanced the look of the gals too though perhaps not as favorably as some of his newest titles. The DVD mastering seemed well handled with no added compression artifacts or mosquito noise. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo with none of the music weakening the vocals as in other series he shoots for the company.

Body of Review: Xavier Mann is the contract director at Digital Sin/New Sensations that has proven to be a quandary for me. Some of the time, he makes great scenes that invoke the usual physiological response from me and other times he leaves me cold as though he left the room when the scene was shot. He shows so much potential as a director but I get the impression that something else is often going on during the shooting of his movies compared to most of his peers (let's face it; most directors either show you what you like to see or don't with little middle ground). His latest movie is I Know You're Watching 5, a set of voyeurism vignettes similar to his last effort in the series, I Know You're Watching #4. The back cover put it like this: "Smile, you're on Xavier's camera! For over two hours of ripping hardcore action, director Xavier Mann delivers you voyeur like you've never seen it before. So get in the front row as you're actually able to be there and watch the action unfold. Check out Marco Banderas stick his key into Tory Lane and open her up. Then get up close and personal when Mark Ashley gives Kat and Joey an overdose of big fat cock. So sit back and enjoy the show as these girls get tore up from the floor up. Scene One: Roxy DeVille, a brunette that cleans up really nicely, was up first and an overall excellent choice to start off a movie in my opinion. I settled on a Rent It though came close to elevating it a notch with the extras pulling it back more than the okay technical values and stifling formula. In all, Xavier seems to be capable of showcasing the better performers as well as many of his peers but lacks the focus to get the weaker performers looking nearly as enthusiastic. Regardless, like his fellow director at the company, Brother Love, folks should not be so quick to dismiss his efforts without giving them a look or two given his sometimes surprisingly solid work. Check it out if you like the cast but don't expect as much as you could hope for given some of Xavier's previous efforts.
