Extras: The best extra was the 21.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature starring Tiffany Russo. Steve and Tony were in it as well as the make up lady but Tiffany was clearly the star of the moment. I didn't understand most of what they all talked about but there was nudity, sex, and a photoshoot to enjoy so I just appreciated how good they made her look. There was also a photogallery and a cardboard sleeve for the DVD case but that was it.

Audio/Video Quality: Bodacious Boobies was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Toni Ribas for his new company, Combat Zone. I have long though Toni was a good performer in front of the camera and have also found some of his works to be handled quite well but his hasn't been as consistent as some of his peers; making reviews all the more important. That's why I'm happy to announce that he had capably handled the lighting in most cases to the point where there was minimal grain and other visual flaws; the fleshtones looking especially realistic (not harshly lit like some do or poorly lit like some of the leaders in the industry). The composition of the camera angles provided a almost universally enhancing look at the ladies and I saw no compression artifacts. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital English with little in favor or against it; I could hear the moans & groans well enough with little interference from the music.

Body of Review: Combat Zone is a new company recently founded by the original founder of Red Light District, Dion Giarrusso. He named the company after my old romping grounds in Boston, setting out to get back into porn after selling his interest in RLD/PXP to his brother David a few years ago. Dion seems intent on re-entering the industry after the expiration of his 2 year no compete clause, finding the business a completely different place than when he left in back in 2003. I know he has the snap to make it in the competitive times (he carved out a huge niche by becoming a distributor rather than producer of porn) but only time will tell if he can offer something better than that of the now established multitude of gonzo companies flooding the market. The first release I picked up was Bodacious Boobies by director Toni Ribas, a tribute to gals with large breasts. One look at the cover was enough to sell me on giving it a whirl and while there were some rough edges, I have a feeling Dion is about to reinvent the porno wheel. Here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used in them:

Scene One: Jessica Moore and Karina, a couple of attractive hotties wearing fishnet outfits that enhanced their busty frames (Jessica in pink and Karina in black), were up first in a scene on a couch with Zenza Raggi and Steve Holmes. The ladies spent a few minutes feeling themselves, and each other, up before rubbing their chests together and oiling them up. I love this type of tease and with racks like they had; even more so. The guys seemed to enjoy them too by the way they spent some time engaging in foreplay but the ladies did not give much oral until well after they rode some cock. Summary: Bodacious Boobies provided exactly what the cover suggested; large ample chests on (mostly) attractive gals that engaged in hardcore sex with a variety of nuances. It wasn't exactly a trend setter but it showed me that Toni as a director has been improving and his selection of ladies has never been better. There was a lot of fuck for the buck and the production values were sufficiently improved to rate this one as Recommended. I hope to see if other releases by the company are as good, or maybe even better, given the rumors circulating about some breakthrough work by Dion and his upcoming stable of directors but I'll keep you posted since his old company seems to be on a production hiatus for the summer. That said, I welcome Dion back to porn and hope he can lead the masses to making better porn; just like he did when starting up RLD/PXP.
