Audio/Video Quality: Ass Masterpiece 2 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as originally shot by director Brett Brando for distribution by Naughty America. The lighting was decent this time, limiting the amount of grain and other visual noise the movie provided compared to an earlier release by the company. There were very few compression artifacts and the visual aspects of the movie were pretty good here. The composition of the angles and shots favored the ladies reasonably well and that elevated the quality of the visual presentation more than a little bit from what I've seen in the past. On a sour note, one scene had some moderately extensive artifacting and even mosquito noise, primarily scene three with Naomi, though not as bad as a few titles I recall back in the early days of porn. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital according to me receiver but I heard no separation between the channels and if the vocals were recorded in anything but monaural, I'd be very surprised. There was no music on hand to interfere with the vocals though so there was that benefit.

Body of Review: Brett Brando is not exactly referred to by those in the porn industry as their reigning champion or hero but he does manage to make some decent porn from time to time. His most recent movie in this regard was Ass Masterpiece 2 where the emphasis on shapely ass (though not always anal action) was undeniably sweet in most cases as the talented cast gave even this jaded reviewer something to sit up and take notice of. Instead of dispensing lots of goofy anecdotes, here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used and none of the men were credited (I knew most of them by sight though):

Scene One: Mia Bangg, the gal with light hair and a "banging ass" (as she put it) on the front DVD cover, was up first as she teased the camera in her skimpy bra and panties by the pool before walking into the house and masturbating by jamming her finger in her ass. Summary: Ass Masterpiece 2 was the best release by Naughty America that I've seen in months for the way director Brett Brando managed to capture a sense of heat, chemistry, and even playfulness from his cast of charming hotties. I only picked it up to see how well Naomi fared at his hands but soon found out that several of the others were equally gifted in terms of providing a solid show of a stroke worthy nature. The level of fuck for the buck could've been higher, the extras could've been better (there weren't any), and some of the technical matters could have been more polished but I still thought Ass Masterpiece 2 was worthy of praise and a rating of Recommended. I hope my missing copy of the first volume in the series comes in soon given the quality of the action here but with some minor polishing up, I could've rated this one even higher. I almost hate to admit this but good job Brett!
