Extra's: The best extra was the 9.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. It had more sex, some of the photogallery shots being taken, and some goofing around by the cast and crew (yet it was too short to allow all the cast to get equal time). There was also a decent photogallery, some trailers, and some spam.

Audio/Video Quality: Ass Good Ass It Gets was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Seymore Butts for his Home Movies company. While his works have often been technically limited in terms of lighting, grain, and other visual flaws, he wisely focuses less on technical matters to concentrate his efforts on providing the kind of raw energy that far too few pornos have these days. This DVD looked similar to past efforts of his, with some minor lighting and grain issues as much as anything else but it didn't look bad at all. The composition of the scenes varied less than in other recent Seymore movies, making the women look pretty good, if not their very best, for what they had. While I don't believe the action is unscripted as the movie tries to show, it suggests this makes it all look "real" as in unstaged or as if Seymore mindlessly walks into the scenes but we all know better and that detracts from the otherwise fun sex he offers up. There were no observed compression artifacts so at least the DVD mastering was solid. The 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo English audio track was okay with no separation between the channels and limited dynamic range. There was no music during the scenes and that helped keep it from being a total train wreck in my book.

Body of Review: Seymore Butts Home Movies has been around in one form or another for many years, offering up sex scenes that were designed to look like they were simply the result of Seymore walking in on his friends in play. He used to participate but that hasn't been the case since the last AIDS scare (at least on a regular basis) and the lack of a focal point for his routine like Shane, Tyler, or several others used to provide tends to make his movies much more hit or miss for my tastes. The latest release of the bunch is Ass Good Ass It Gets, a selection of four generic scenes that were already underway when Seymore's camera caught the action. If you like anal sex by performers that aren't typically considered top of the line, you'll probably get off on these gals as well as anyone else. Here's a quick look at the action, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: Sophie Dee, a curvy white gal with a big fleshy ass, Tina Price, a leaner black gal with a nice smile, and reliable old Herschel Savage were up first in bed as the sex had already started with Sophie literally impaling her pussy on his cock. Tina didn't do a whole lot here except for lend a hand and tongue with both gals joining in to do some PTM before it was Tina's turn. Both gals gave active rides vaginally and Sophie did a fair job of continuing the motion when doing the anal but it was at a markedly slower pace. There was ATM and the riding took on several positional variations but there really didn't appear to be any chemistry between the trio other than the mere fact they were getting paid to screw. Sophie was the better of the two gals sexually but each kept up with the program and the scene ended a long time later with the facial; Sophie giving some post coital sucking.

Scene Two: Tylene Buck, Demi Delia, and Kayla Paige, were up next in another bed as they went at each other with a series of cool looking (and expensive) toys. This was another case where the action started before the camera was rolling and I rarely appreciate that kind of thing but as fake as some of their moans & groans may have been, I have to admit that Tylene seemed quite at home getting eaten out while her pussy was being plundered. All three of the gals were actively working themselves and the others, so fans of toys used on ladies will be completely happy; but the technical DP aside, it was fairly mundane in most ways (and in need of Seymore jumping in to give each of them some meat and gravy). Regardless, while the scene didn't really work for me, fans of lesbian action will likely find enough stroke material to last at least a few sessions.

Scene Three: Jessica Jammer and Aaralyn Barra, a couple of very white bleach blondes, were up next outside on the porch as they rode Brian Pumper for the first interracial scene of the movie. The gals both took turns riding his pole, sucking the balls and other body parts clean as their partner enjoyed impaling herself on the dark cock. Like the other scenes, there was a fair amount of rimming taking place too and the benefit of this scene initially was that they were both on top of his cock so the ride was more active, especially in the vaginal footage. The anal took the gals longer to appreciate and the use of a sex swing was kind of interesting in how much better leverage it allowed Brian (not to mention his access) but the scene was clearly pushing their limits sexually to a point where they were very uncomfortable. The gals continued to eat each other out as able but the scene was kind of basic in most ways with little to differentiate it from so many other efforts by Seymore. The facial was moderate but not swallowed, leaving it as weaker than most from Seymore.

Scene Four: Lisa Sparxxx, a white gal with a fleshy body and large breasts, Nyeema Knoxxx, a black gal that had many of the same qualities, and former Houstonian Tom Byron were up in a scene that was said to take place a week after the last one. They were in bed and of course already screwing with Nyeema riding him in her pussy as Lisa sucked his nuts and ass. The gals switched out positions and if you like heavy women, this scene will work for you a whole lot. The gals blew him between their riding and did anal as well, if not better, then the last few scenes showed, displaying some level of chemistry to go along with their passion. In all, it was another by the numbers scene though with the anal and oral emphasized as expected. The ending was again a facial and Nyeema took it well but since I had no attraction to her, the scene really didn't have that much stroke value for me.

Summary: Ass Good Ass It Gets was a run of the mill release by Seymore Butts Home Movies that had some of the fun factor, some of the heated sex, and some of the technical rough edges that Seymore is known for but handled in such an inconsistent manner as to only merit a rating of Rent It. In short, the over use of close ups, the second (and third) tier quality of performers, and limited chemistry were all such that Ass Good Ass It Gets just didn't work like some of Seymore's better titles if you take the time to actually watch the action. I hope he does better in his next movie since he has long shown the ability to make really solid stroke flicks like Asshunt rather than barely passable fluff like this one.
