The basic milf scenario -- mature lady seduces a very willing young guy -- is followed faithfully in this good-looking video comprising six scenes. And unlike some titles passing themselves off as milf material, "Mother Load" actually features women in their 30s and older.

THE ACTION

Scene 1:
A geeky kid (Trent Soluri) selling newspaper subscriptions door to door makes a newsworthy call on home-alone housewife Darryl Hanah. While he waits in the foyer, she repairs to the bedroom to get her long legs into fishnets and black heels. Darryl is clearly into her sex and likes to kiss and whisper to her partner; Soluri takes a little time to get fully jointed, but he finally reveals a deceptively large unit. Scene 2:

In all, there are 51 chapters on the two-hour-plus main program, which breaks up the action nicely.

If you do nothing at the end of the final credits, the movie starts again from the beginning.

Picture and audio
All scenes are brightly photographed, with all sex shot indoors. Colors are vivid (check out the blue eyes on Vicky Vette and Celestia) and the camerawork is up close without being distracting. There are good lingering closeups of all essential body parts; the direction refrains from artsy effects.

While the main menu hints that we're getting a widescreen picture, in fact, the feature and the trailers are in old-school full frame.

No audio format is specified on the box or onscreen, but the sound is fine, with the usual porn caveat that groans and screams are loud while dialogue and sweet nothings are often not quite picked up. A Spanish-dubbed soundtrack is offered as an option.

Extras

In addtion to a photo gallery and a cum shot loop, the DVD offers a decent behind-the-scenes featurette. We see Celestia being directed in her scene. We get an extensive interview with Cheyenne Hunter, a longtime stripper who, after doing some porn "in the early '80s," is ready "to be dirty." But best of all is a long segment in which Chelsea Zinn slowly rides Trent Soluri's cock while they and a couple of crew members casually discuss the latest developments on "The Sopranos" and "American Idol." Just like any other watercooler chat at the office.

There's a thick load of trailers that give substantial looks at the goods: "Internal Combustion 7," "Fishnets 2," "Drive Thru 3," "Apprentass 3," "Double Decker Sandwich 6," "POV Centerfolds," "Who's Your Daddy? Volume 7" and "Teenage Jizz Junkies."

FINAL THOUGHTS

"Mother Load" delivers on its promise of displaying women who are not right off the bus. Chelsea Zinn is 35, Lisa Ann is 34 and Cheyenne Hunter is in her early 40s, and they and most of their co-stars show horny enthusiasm despite the somewhat tired scenarios. Fans should get off repeatedly on this collection of mature, pretty women with great bodies enjoying themselves big-time.
