Extra's: The best extra was the 20.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. It had several of the ladies featured with the emphasis on interviews, extra sex, and Mike taking stills, using his brand of humor to make the project funnier (I can always count on Mike to liven things up). Audio/Video Quality: Head Case was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Samson (I'm still on the fence whether this is an alias for the super talented Mike Quasar or not but Mike was in charge of the show from the looks of it alone) for 3rd Degree. The colors were accurate, the grain minimal, and the camera angles solid with decent lighting most of the time. It had very few rough edges but overall, I'd have to say that fans of gonzo porn (and Mike Quasar in particular) will find most of the ladies looking their best. Even the DVD mastering was handled with some care so there were no compression artifacts or mosquito noise present. The scenes were all captured in the point of view (POV) camera angle needed to allow fans to fantasize that they were the one getting the blowjobs too, adding a measure of value to the show. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital with the vocals again set just fine this time as I could hear all that was said without a lot of background noise.

Body of Review: Samson and Mike Quasar have been known to make a pretty good team on the movies they make together at 3rd Degree (insider joke). Whether or not they are indeed the same person is irrelevant considering the quality Mike shows on the technical side of all he does, so I knew that their latest collaboration, Head Case, would look and sound just fine. The movie is a series of twelve blowjobs with some really well handled tease and masturbation action, leading to the ultimate conclusion of the men popping loads all over the place. If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, keep in mind that it competes with a growing number of blowjob only releases, many of them longer or involving more kinks. That said, here's a quick look at the scenes by female cast (the men weren't identified) and general dynamic of the action, noting that no condoms were worn:

Scene One: Penny Flame, looking really hot as she playfully walked down the hallway in a teasing manner, was wisely chosen to be first and she made the most of it by giving one of the best hummers of the entire cast. I'm not a huge fan of oral only projects but I can safely say that the levels of suck for the buck, replay value and strokability made Head Case almost as good as being there given the POV camera angle and heated action the cast provided.
