Audio/Video Quality: Super Whores 7 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as (mostly) shot by director Tina Tyler for release by Mercenary Pictures. The lighting was flat and plentiful so the grain and video noise weren't issues here. Some of the compositional matters were only fair but in most of the scenes, she did just fine as she tried to balance the close ups against the medium shots that look better on this type of show. There weren't any compression artifacts and I thought the visual appeal was among the best of the series to date (it seems to get better each time in most ways, even with a change in directors). For those who claim that Tina is just a name placed on the credits rather than the "real" director, it should be noted that she was heard and seen in the mirror as holding the camera and directing the action when needed. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English. There was a fair amount of generic music in the background but it never dominated the vocals and sounds of sex so it worked out fairly well, even without any separation and a very limited dynamic range.

Body of Review: Tina Tyler is the former performer turned director working as the only female director at Mercenary Pictures these days. My personal feelings towards her aside, I have found her to be intelligent, talented on both sides of the camera, and creative enough to add something to the mix in the movies she directs. Her latest release for the company is Super Whores 7, a series I last reviewed with Lexington Steele's Super Whores 5, that shows a number of curvy white gals doing studly black men, including the Dark Prince himself in some scenes. If you like interracial sex, this was certainly a cute above the pack in several ways, serving up a healthy dose of gonzo attitude with the kind of cock hunger you only see from women that really mean it. In short, the fuck for the buck, strokability, and replay value of Super Whores 7 reminded me of the fun I had with Super Whores 5 (another excellent title in the series), I only wish I had seen this one sooner given the relative lack of quality interracial gonzo on the market these days.
