Extra's: Most people will enjoy the 10 minute Bonus Scene from Sorority Sex Kittens 3 (as described below) that could be found as an Easter Egg called "Cheat" at the lower right hand corner of the trailers menu. You could also play a game to access the scene where you match up asses to some of the cast, the Easter Egg for the game being on top of the Star Bios section of the Extras menu. I also really liked the 18 minute Behind the Scenes feature as it gave a good look at the making of the movie plus some of the other titles being shot at the same time. Another great extra for fans would be the Director's Commentary as it gave Jim a lot of chances to tell the fan what was going on during the shoot as well as some of the background anecdotes, along with Jessica Drake and Evan Stone. There were also some minimal Star Bios, a trailers for Perfect Smiles, Sorority Sex Kittens 3, a photogallery, a bit on the multiple angles used, and a jump to the scene bit too.

Audio/Video Quality: Sorority Sex Kittens 4 was presented in the originally filmed 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Jim Holliday for VCA Pictures back in July 2000 (filmed at the same time as Sorority Sex Cam, Sorority Sex Kittens 5, and Ten Little Angels). The picture was crystal clear and had a wonderfully diverse cast as seen on the front DVD cover. The fleshtones were accurate thanks in large part to the flat and plentiful lighting, eliminating grain and other visual defects in a manner I wish contemporary companies would at least consider. This was another one of the early Holliday flicks that made great strides to cleaning up the picture and camerawork substantially and should be recognized as such. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital English but the vocals appeared to be looped in a few cases, the dialogue slightly wooden at times, and it sounded hollow less frequently than previous volumes in the series. The music was trademark Jim Holliday style with Reno & the Rumrunners as well as Huckleberry Hodad & his Bunch of Surfin' Buddies on backup duty. There was a slightly wider range of music here for those who care but the movie seemed to be more of an after thought or filler in between the other three movies made at the same time.

Body of Review: Jim Holliday directed most of his work at VCA Pictures, having ditched his original directing name of Amanda Hunter in favor of that name (which wasn't his real name either of course; look it up) to make a lot of great fluffy flicks using sorority themes, nurses, and cheerleaders with outrageously twisted and obscure plots to lighten the mood. After some time between the series, VCA asked him to start making sequels to his SSK titles with Sorority Sex Kittens 4, introducing a new breed of pledges to the ranks of the popular series, as Jim made several movies all at once. The back cover said it like this: "The most notorious Sorority in porn hi is back and the legend continues!! Upsilon Sigma (home of the first 30 girl initiation orgy ever filmed) establishes a new chapter on a brand new campus. Discover six of the most natural, perky-breasted pledges this side of perfection and watch their horny sisters put them through the rigorous paces of Hell Week...Collegiate raunch, blistering sex and eye candy extraordinaire from Jim Holliday, the first name in adult extravaganzas." It was a cute flick with all the trademark action, providing extra entertainment value with some fine extras. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting condoms were used in the scenes with men:

Scene One: Envy, the hot Polish gal on the far right hand side of the front cover, was up first with muscular Dillion Day outside as he orally satisfied her with some rimming and cunnilingus. The sex wasn't as consistent here as with most of Jim's works but it wasn't a bad scene by any means as the gals took some time to get truly acquainted with one another.

Summary: Sorority Sex Kittens 4 by Jim Holliday for VCA Pictures was written by Devan "Mr. Bunny Luv" Sapphire (DCypher) and Jim really went out of his way to overcome a great many obstacles (power outages among them) to make it this good. There were times when I wanted more from the cast (the true multiple angles helped in that sense) but this was classic Holliday fluff that provided a great cast, solid technical values, sweet extras, and lots of chemistry to warrant a rating of Highly Recommended, even if it seemed a bit disjointed at times. In short, Sorority Sex Kittens 4 had some superior fuck for the buck if you enjoy Jim's movies at a low cost, admittedly using ladies older then the roles as part of the usual porn conventions but all in good fun with the usual cheesy action you'd expect.
