Extra's: For most people, the bonus POV blowjob scene by Lacey DuValle will be the best extra. It only lasted about 10.5 minutes but she showed a lot of skill with the meat pipe here (as expected) and ended up with a messy wad in her mouth from Jonni Darkko (though not credited, it looked like him). I also enjoyed watching the 22 minutes of Behind the Scenes footage that combined the ladies posing for their photos, some interview footage, and even a bit of masturbation depending on the gal (though this time, it was heavy on interview footage). Not all of the gals were equally favored in terms of providing quality material but fans should check this out to see how their own preferred hotties fared. Audio/Video Quality: Slut Collector was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Jonni Darkko for distribution by Evil Angel. Having watched his works for several years now, I can safely say that he has been improving the quality of his work in regards to technical matters much of the time just as he has been getting better at displaying passion and heat in the scenes he shoots. This title was a case where he tried something new to surpass the visual qualities of his peers at the company by using artistic lighting rather than the kind I prefer, with some mixed results as the fleshtones were decidedly muted. He did seem to spend some time enhancing the quality of the looks of the gals using camera angles that flattered them individually instead of a cookie cutter approach as in the past. The editing looked pretty solid too with Eddie Powell showing he can do more than just direct. While not his best looking title to date, I acknowledge his care and consideration at trying to provide something different. The DVD had no compression artifacts or other flaws added in during the mastering process so it was a nice looking DVD too. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English audio wasn't as pleasing as the visuals since they typically started out with droning musical pieces and moved onto almost always quiet action sequences. I hate rap and thump heavy music in porn, especially when the vocals are weakened because of them, so this was once again an area needing some work in the future.

Body of Review: Jonni Darkko is currently one of the directors at Evil Angel that is most difficult to describe in terms of the type of style he offers up. He has long possessed the talent to showcase ladies at their best in scenes but sometimes gets away from the basics as he tries to provide something different, typically artistic in nature, as though driven by a muse few others understand. The result is that some of his works are markedly better than others, the latest release being Slut Collector. The movie used a theme of the ladies being disposable and placed in a large cardboard box, appropriately labeled "Slut" and a number on the side inside of a large, empty warehouse. The colors were purposely muted and the vocals hollow but some of the time, Jonni pulled it off pretty well. The down side was that some of the ladies didn't work well in the scenario and the results were mixed as far as the overall quality of the show. Still, you may like it more than I did so here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: Missy Monroe, a curvy blonde these days with the appropriate slutty attitude for the theme of the movie, was lucky enough to come delivered to Jack Napier after providing some thump-heavy tease in a rundown building. The look of the scene was a washed out bit of arty farty work but it grew on me more then the music or hollow vocals did. After some light playing around, she was slobbing his large knob to the best of her slutty ability; using her hands on the shaft and concentrating on the tip as most women have done of late (he's very well endowed). She tried to deepthroat him but only got about half way there before tearing up and switching to offering a titty fuck instead. She became vocal with lots of dirty during the vaginal pounding she took in a few positions but she wasn't particularly active and during the anal she slowed down even more. He went balls deep inside of her but it was a relatively focused screw with few fringes; offering up something for fans more than the rest of us. It ended with the facial as expected but really didn't do much for me.

Scene Two: Melissa Lauren, a brunette sporting large implants, was up next as she climbed out of the box at the hand of Christian. Her ass was looking as good as ever and the scene was the first she had done in months according to her BTS interview, making me think it might be something really special. The technical matters were the same as the last scene and the editing looked pretty solid to help make up for it but the energy missing last time was much more evident; denoting that she wanted to be there with him and show the world that she still had what it takes to excel in a scene. Her oral skills were top flight and he alternated between her pussy and mouth after that. She wasn't as vocal as Missy (Christian's a nice guy but not as well endowed), and I hated the implants but both of them provided a solid performance here. They did move over to anal after he sucked her ass, and like the previous action between them, she did some taste testing (PTM and ATM) in a convincing manner. Scene Three: Shyla Styles, a lean hotty with impossibly oversized implants for her frame, was up next with Christian in the warehouse setting. Personally, I think she has tremendous potential and as she tore into his pants, some of it made it through in POV fashion but this was another case where the artistic look of the scene weakened the overall effort more than a little. She proved to be a very skilled fellatrix but wasn't really given the time to showcase all of her oral skills when they began boning vaginally. I liked her riding ability but her vocals were relatively lame and even the excessive PTM didn't enhance it. In a sense, she seemed like she was trying to impress someone at Vivid to become a contract performer rather then go balls out in her scene. It was a mixed scene but her repeated use of oral skill was appreciated and with a bit of polishing up, she really could be something special. The scene finished up when she worked up his load orally, allowing him the pleasure of rubbing it out but still savoring the taste; slowly giving him some post coital head before he put her back in her box (the large cardboard box theme was kind of weird).

Scene Four: Lexi Love, the hotty on the front DVD cover, was up next as she followed the theme and expanded upon it nicely by taking on Mark Wood, Jack Venice, Barry Scott, Marcus London, Trent Soluri, Johnny Castle, and Justice Young. Initially, she blew Mark very well and provided a very active vaginal ride with superior vocals that nearly drove me over the edge. It was a hot bit of boning and she conveyed a sense of heat that was missing far too often in some of the other scenes. Once she was through with him, she didn't want to go back in the box so she ended up giving the other men a blow bang that displayed her skills even better (at least in oral terms) as the men circled around her to offer up the meat she demanded of them. They coated her face completely and while it wasn't the best such bit I have seen in recent times, it was a pretty solid bit by a gal I want to see more of.

Scene Five: Lacey Duvalle, an exotic looking black gal with a fetching face and implants a bit overdone for her frame, was up last as she followed the formula of the box, the empty warehouse, and the general sexual act with Mark Ashley. He sucked her titties, ate her out, and then started hammering away as though possessed without the usual blowjob given up front. She passively let him nail her pussy with some canned vocals before doing some limited PTM and eventually pushing back on him a little bit. The exorcist routine she did at one point was unbelievably weak but the titty fuck seemed to be fun; the scene ending when she jerked him off on her chest and face (he jumped in at the end but the pop shot was so lame that it might as well have oozed out).

Scene Six: Lacey Duvalle, a lean gal with a sunny disposition and love of cock, was the one slobbing the knob of Jonni Darkko to produce a wad by the end of the 10.5 minutes. She worked his shaft and balls handily, sucking both while spending ample time on the head. It was clear that she has had a lot of cocks in her mouth in her life and I can see why she'd be called upon to offer up her fine oral skills for the movie's bonus scene.

Summary: Slut Collector by director Jonni Darkko for release by Evil Angel was not the best work I've seen by the talented guy in terms of the artistic look he went for (emulating some of John Leslie's works in my opinion) but it was worth a rating of Rent It for the scenes by Lexi and Shyla. Sometimes Jonni's experiments work out better than this one did but I have to give him credit for trying something new rather than rely on the same generic formula or copying the works of others as is the industry standard. In that sense, Slut Collector had some potential but it never really lived up to it consistently (and as much as I like Jonni, I felt he could've polished this one up better).
