Extra's: The best extra was the 17 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by an uncredited guy. It had a lot of funny bits where director Pat was complimenting the ladies like Carmen and ended with a short bit by Gina Lynn but my biggest complaint was that only a handful of ladies were displayed this time. The only other extras were a true double sided DVD cover, a cumshot loop, and some trailers to shows like Swallow The Leader 4, Illegal Ass, Hand To Mouth 3, Crack Addict 5, About Face 3, Spanish Harlem, and Cum Beggars 3.

Audio/Video Quality: Hand To Mouth 4 was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Pat Myne/Danny Case for 3rd Degree. In general (to sum it up quickly), it looked almost as good as some of Mike Quasar's efforts so you'll have no problems with it. Like his work for Metro, the fleshtones were accurate, the composition of the shots almost always pleasing to the eye (enhancing the look of the gals in every case), a lot of eye to the details. The lighting was very good and this limited the grain, video noise and other potential flaws right from the starting gate. I saw no compression artifacts or video noise, making this a nice looking set of 12 scenes shot in the point of view (POV) manner. The 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo audio was okay but like most gonzo movies, there was little to discuss other than the limited moans, groans, and dirty talk were just fine, if uneventful in most scenes once more. I spot checked the Spanish audio track but the dubbing left something to be desired and it really didn't provide me with a lot of additional value. Fans will appreciate that Danny kept quiet most of the time, something many have asked me about in the last year or two.

Body of Review: Pat Myne/Danny Case has been in porn almost since the birth of the recent crop of newbie's making scenes for the industry; learning to work both sides of the camera before landing his current job as director for 3rd Degree. While he has his detractors, I've long found his ability to convey raw energy a definite asset in the way he shoots his flicks, providing a solid experience more often than not. His latest movie is Hand To Mouth 4, the sequel to Hand To Mouth 3 where the gals tease the camera in POV fashion before blowing and providing handjobs to completion without any penetrative sex. The loads all ended up in facials and even the worse scene here was pretty good with a few that were positively smoking hot in evidence too. Summary: Hand To Mouth 4 by director Pat Myne/Danny Case for 3rd Degree was at least as good as Hand To Mouth 3 thanks to a great cast, lots of energy and chemistry, superior strokability and the levels of suck for the buck provided so I rated it as Highly Recommended. If you like straightforward blowjobs and handjobs, you'd be hard pressed to find one offering up as much quality as Hand To Mouth 4 so I guess it is safe to say that Pat did it again. Good work!
