Extra's: The best extra, as usual, was the 17.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature where the ladies posed for the stills used in the photogallery, showed some extra nudity, and had a bit more sex in some cases. Not all of the ladies were given much air time here but it still added some value. Aside from the mentioned photogallery, there was also a cum shot recap, and a double sided DVD cover.

Audio/Video Quality: The Good, The Bad, & The Slutty was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Juan Cuba for Platinum X Pictures. I'm familiar with his work at Platinum X Pictures as a behind the scenes guy and his skills as a full fledged director at various companies has been getting pretty good, even if the rough edges were slow to disappear. The lighting better than average and this cleared up some issues with grain, video noise, and shadows, meaning he did a reasonably good job overall in presenting a solid set of visuals. The composition of the shots seemed to enhance the look of most of the ladies, showing more improvement than any other aspect of his previous works. There were no compression artifacts so even the mastering of the DVD was handled well and some of you will appreciate the lack of the formerly displayed watermark of the company logo in the lower right hand corner of the screen during the show. The 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo was in English but the actual audio appeared to be shot in monaural with the processing added later on (in the mastering part of the process). The vocals were generally clear but lacked any separation or dynamic range so this is an area that Juan needs to work more on (just like most of his associates in the industry).

Body of Review: Juan Cuba was once a production assistant/mope squad member in porn but soon worked his way up to director for Platinum X Pictures and related companies. I always liked his BTS work so this was a natural extension of his skills, picking up tips from some of the industry leaders he worked with over the years. His latest turn at the helm was The Good, The Bad, & The Slutty, a selection of four lengthy scenes that had some role playing action and varied settings (like in an adult store) that really added to the fun but not nearly as much as the choices in casting did. If you like hardcore action, you're going to love this one since most of the sex was balls to the wall in how it was shot and performed. Here's a look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used at all:

Scene One: Shopping For Porn: Lindsay Kay, a brunette wearing see through clothes and a thong, was up first as she browsed the aisles of a porn store; presumably looking for something I gave a good rating to. The technical values were decent, the extras okay, and the meat puppets alright but the heat, chemistry, and stroke value of the ladies translated into a lot of fuck for the buck, making the movie well worth a rating of Recommended or better depending on what you enjoy. In large part, this provided The Good, The Bad, & The Slutty with the kind of replay value that some fans thought had left the company along with many of its former directors. Thankfully, they have a new generation of directors to take over; a generation willing to provide quality entertainment that fans will appreciate.
