Extra's: The first cool extra was the 12 minute long Behind the Scenes feature that showed the cast getting ready for the movie (such as at the airport, eating dinner at a fast food place, partying at clubs and in the van discussing their experiences. I also liked the 23 minute long set of interviews by the professionals of the cast as they shared tidbits like their own biographical data, what they like to do, how they hooked up with the company, and some anecdotes about the shoot to top it all off with. There was then a photogallery, trailers to movies like College Invasion 9, Blazed & Confused 1, Blazed & Confused 2, Oral Supremacy, Pork BBQ, Guide To Anal Sex, Girls Night Out 1, Girls Night Out 2, Shane's World 37, Shane's World 36, Shane's World Swingers, and Shane's World: Nerdz as well as a toy commercial. There were also a double sided DVD cover.

Audio/Video Quality: College Invasion 8: Collector's Edition was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame as shot by an uncredited director for Shane's World. If you've ever watched any of their uncredited titles, you'll know that the quality of their work can vary considerably but it's also one of my pet peeves considering that knowing who directs something allows a consumer to have some basic information to guide their purchase. That's one of the reasons why I appreciate knowing when they use Penny Flame, Tim Von Swine, or Devinn Lane, as each has their own style and capability in providing a unique look. This time, the lighting and editing were again pretty good, eliminating the grain, video noise, and other issues related to lighting. There were a lot of silly parts that I'm glad weren't edited out as they made it more fun to watch. The composition of the shots weren't always designed to enhance the looks of the ladies and make them appear as hot as possible but these were some of the choicest picks that could have been made; no enhancement really needed. The DVD showed no compression artifacts or mastering issues and looked like a great release overall for the company (shame I again can't credit anyone as director for it). The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English and like many other releases by the company, the vocals were almost always hard to hear with no real separation noticed or major dynamic range to speak of as with the noisy party titles the company puts out these days.

Body of Review: Shane's World may have spun off of the Seymore Butt world at first but over time, the second owner of the company made a decent company far better by the addition of a type of company branding that included several series that have proven to be exceptionally popular with the younger crowd since it was a goal to stop making porn your dad would like in favor of something new. Going to colleges, traveling across the country to molest willing people in various fashion, and taking porn stars outside of Porn Valley to meet the fans more intimately has been the strongest reason to get their titles, the latest one landing in my reviewer stack being College Invasion 8: Collector's Edition. Until they start a series called Shane's World Meets the Reviewer, this is one of their best offerings to enjoy, just like previous volumes I liked such as College Invasion 10, College Invasion 9, and College Invasion 7. The idea is that the company sends a group of performers to colleges across the country to various fraternities, making a huge party for the bolder members to enjoy various games and activities of an adult nature. The mainstream press has had a field day with some of the antics by the company in recent years, further popularizing it beyond the abilities of any publicist in Chatsworth. The cover said it like this: "We sent our new College Invasion girl Delilah down to Florida with three other hotties; Hustler cover girl Memphis, Erin and Sandra. These guys know how to party hardcore! Sandra and Kyle shocked the crowd with an impromptu sex show, Memphis got her pussy eaten while the crowd cheered and lots of college guys got fucked! Sure beats the usual Friday night!" This time, the crew went to Gainesville, Florida to meet a lot of horny students, and the dynamic was very solid overall. If that isn't enough to get you picking up a copy, here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: Erin Moore, a cute little blonde with an all natural body, was up first in bed with students John and Sly; both of whom won a contest the previous night. Their reward was that she was going to suck them off in the motel room bed, moving back and forth between them as she'd jerk and suck with a sense of abandon. One of the guys blew his load straight into her mouth fairly quickly, allowing her to concentrate on the other for a few more minutes, until he popped a load of population pudding all too reminiscent of a meat puppet that works too often. It was a fun way to begin the scene and she swallowed their wads easily.

Scene Two: Sandra Romain and Erin Moore were up next with Jack Venice and Kyle Moore as they engaged the two mopes in a scene in front of the entire fraternity. Sandra, the redhead seen on the right hand side of the front cover, was the primary gal of the scene and the guys in the audience were right up on them screaming like a bunch of drunk losers as she yelled out her appreciation for the screwing. There was some limited audience participation as guys and gals alike were molested by the team, the hot scene ending when Sandra drained both men dry of semen and cumswapping it to her pal as the guys watched (it was funny how the crowds that initially treated jack and Kyle like shit were now idolizing them too).

Scene Three: Delilah Strong, the leading gal of the movie who was featured on the center of the front cover, was up next as she rewarded Sly for winning a jerk off contest (with Memphis and John going to the other room for a similar bit of action). Delilah pawed the guy in the small bed, warming him up for him to do likewise to her, the couple enjoying each other more than a little as they started losing control to show an increasing sense of urgency. He drilled his fingers deep inside of her cookie, sending her into orbit as she tore off his pants to start slobbing his knob. She began trying to ride him aggressively, soon moving back in position to take his load into her mouth. She swallowed it and went right back to blowing him, getting him ready for a second screw; something you rarely see in professional porn these days. The second load came later and took a lot more work but he became the biggest promoter of the company after this.

Scene Four: Memphis Monroe, the foxy blonde Southerner seen on the lower left hand corner of the front cover, was up next with John as she dropped to her knees to give him a reward hummer too. While his size wasn't particularly impressive either, he managed to hold out as she aggressively worked his dick over in her mouth. This led to her straddling him and actively riding his cock, using dirty talk to enhance the experience nicely, her ass cheeks looking very tempting as she performed a load right out of him. There was no chemistry to speak of and it went by really fast but the way it was edited; I almost couldn't be sure if she gave him a second chance or if the order of the positions was messed up as they boned; him giving up a second load too. Still, she looked good here; no wonder Hustler made her a contract performer.

Scene Five: Delilah Strong, demonstrating her willingness to be a prize a second time, gave Justin the freedom to do whatever he wanted without mentioning any limits. She kissed him and showed him his prize, stripping off her clothing to showcase exactly why she was chosen for this mission. He was small enough that she had to pick between using her hand and her mouth at a given time but she treated his itty bitty wiener royally with a hummer and then a short vaginal ride before he launched his load onto her face.

Scene Six: Memphis Monroe, having been felt up by a huge number of guys and gals in the main room, was treated to some oral by Delilah before finding herself back at the hotel with Jack Venice in the bathroom. He was drunk and willing to skip dinner to eat at the Y, satisfying her on the bed before she blew him and let him tear into her. Once she was on top, she was really active in screwing, the scene coming off like a combination of a regular porn scene and a couple on their honeymoon getting all sweaty. He looked so red I feared that he'd have a stroke (some dick enhancers do that to a guy) but it ended with him launching the largest load I've ever seen him provide in a scene all over her sweet face.

Scene Seven: Sandra Romain, clearly the most extreme of the performers in terms of her sexual resume, was back in the hotel room with fourth tier moper Kyle Moore next as the two got friendly with each other. She was stoked that he resorted to flattering her when he didn't have to do so and that led her to taking off his clothing as she kissed him. He relished the chance to work so far above his station in the porn pantheon, kissing her feet and showing a willingness to do anything she wanted. She further used her feet to jerk him off but that didn't last long as he savored the taste of her cookie, spending a great deal of time on it as a result. Her oral was far better of course but she seemed to enjoy his style of screwing, even if he too looked beet red during the action. I suppose the chemistry of a lasting sexual scene is something of a given with guys like this and my own "two inch, two pump, two drop" style wouldn't be impressive either but it did detract from an otherwise excellent bout of screwing. The fun factor so heavily present in the other scenes wasn't as prominent but the scene lasted a very long time and I like seeing Sandra in action no matter who she works with. It ended with a small pop shot to her face; cutting away a bit too soon after it was all done.

Scene Eight: Erin Moore, now in the hotel room discussing the events of the previous trip, described the action to fellow Floridian Donny Long on the bed as she wished it didn't have to end. She was teasing him no end and he whined about not getting any, resulting in her sucking him off aggressively before they fucked vaginally in typical porn style. This was a scene that furthered the last one in showing two professionals at work, making me pine for the type of action that took place on the road trip even more than she had when she was still clothed but it was a scene that showed some chemistry between the couple and both were energetic to work with the other, making it a different type of scene than the series is known for but still strokable in the usual way. It ended when she told him to give it to her everywhere, resulting in a facial.

Summary: College Invasion 8: Collector's Edition by Shane's World was a lot of fun, especially when the civilians were getting their shot at stardom with the hot ladies of the cast. The gals were all in fine form and doing all sorts of things you don't see in most porn, including letting the hordes of college guys play with them as they had sex in the crowd or did the party tricks (let's face it; how often do civilians get to finger or feel up performers with the ladies enjoying it?). Out of the thousands of titles released each year, movies like College Invasion 8: Collector's Edition are rarer than computer nerds with hot girlfriends that put out so I felt obligated to rate this one as Highly Recommended thanks in large part to the levels of strokability, replay factor, and sheer fuck for the buck provided along side some decent extras.
